Este manual de instrucciones forma parte del producto:
UNIPRESS 4 (unidad de accionamiento universal para preajuste de tubos)
Como parte central del material de referencia del operador, este Manual de funcionamiento es de especial
importancia. Prestar atención a las instrucciones, datos y normas del OM le ayudará a manejar la máquina
con seguridad y eficacia.
En referencia a las ilustraciones y detalles de este Manual de instrucciones, la máquina está sujeta a
modificaciones técnicas si éstas sirven para mejorarla.
Este Manual de instrucciones puede describir equipos especiales que no forman parte de su máquina.

1.1 HINWEISE ZUR BETRIEBSANLEITUNG (BA)
Diese Betriebsanleitung ist als Bestandteil des Produkts:
UNIPRESS 4 (universelle Pressvorrichtung für Rohrvormontage) zu betrachten.
Der Betriebsanleitung kommt als zentralem Bestandteil der Benutzerdokumentation besondere Bedeutung
zu. Das Beachten der hier enthaltenen Hinweise, Daten und Vorschriften wird Ihnen dabei helfen, die
Maschine sicher und mit einer hohen Verfügbarkeit zu betreiben.
Gegenüber Darstellungen und Angaben in der Betriebsanleitung sind technische Änderungen, die der
Verbesserung der Maschine dienen, vorbehalten.
Innerhalb dieser Betriebsanleitung können Sonderausführungen beschrieben sein, die nicht in Ihrer
Maschine enthalten sind.

1.1.2 WORKING WITH THE OPERATION MANUAL
With the help of this Operation Manual, we want you to become acquainted with the machine and so be able
to operate it according to its intended application possibilities.
The Operation Manual contains important information on safe, proper and economic use of the machine.
Heeding it will help you to avoid danger, reduce repair costs and non-productive time and increase the
reliability and service life of the machine.
In addition to the Operation Manual, the instructions according to the national accident prevention and
environmental protection regulations must be observed.
The Operation Manual has to be permanently available and in legible condition at the working site of the
machine.
Any persons working with the machine or in its vicinity must read and follow the instructions of the Operation
Manual. This applies to persons concerned with
Operation of the machine, including setting-up, clearing machine problems in process, disposal of waste
matter collected during production, machine care, disposal of fuel and process materials
Maintenance (service, inspection, maintenance) and/or
Transport
In addition to the Operation Manual and the national regulations for accident prevention valid on the working
site, the technical standard regulations for safe and proficient work demand observation.

1.1.2 TRABAJAR CON EL MANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES
Con la ayuda de este Manual de instrucciones, queremos que se familiarice con la máquina y pueda
manejarla de acuerdo con las posibilidades de aplicación previstas.
El Manual de instrucciones contiene información importante sobre el uso seguro, correcto y económico de la
máquina. Prestarle atención le ayudará a evitar peligros, reducir los costes de reparación y el tiempo no
productivo y aumentar la fiabilidad y la vida útil de la máquina.
Además del Manual de instrucciones, deben observarse las instrucciones de acuerdo con la normativa
nacional de prevención de accidentes y protección del medio ambiente.
El Manual de instrucciones debe estar permanentemente disponible y en condiciones legibles en el lugar de
trabajo de la máquina.
Todas las personas que trabajen con la máquina o en sus proximidades deben leer y seguir las instrucciones
del Manual de instrucciones. Esto se aplica a las personas relacionadas con
Funcionamiento de la máquina, incluida la puesta en marcha, la resolución de problemas de la máquina
durante el proceso, la eliminación de los residuos recogidos durante la producción, el cuidado de la
máquina, la eliminación del combustible y los materiales de proceso.

1.1.2 NUTZUNG DER BETRIEBSANLEITUNG
Diese Betriebsanleitung soll erleichtern, die Maschine kennen zu lernen und ihre bestimmungsgemäßen
Einsatzmöglichkeiten zu nutzen.
Die Betriebsanleitung enthält wichtige Hinweise, die Maschine sicher, sachgerecht und wirtschaftlich zu
betreiben. Ihre Beachtung hilft, Gefahren zu vermeiden, Reparaturkosten und Ausfallzeiten zu vermindern
und die Zuverlässigkeit und die Lebensdauer der Maschine zu erhöhen.
Die Betriebsanleitung ist um Anweisungen aufgrund bestehender nationaler Vorschriften zur Unfallverhütung
und zum Umweltschutz zu ergänzen.
Die Betriebsanleitung muss ständig am Einsatzort der Maschine verfügbar und in einem
lesbaren Zustand sein.
Die Betriebsanleitung ist von jeder Person zu lesen und anzuwenden, die mit Arbeiten mit/an der
Maschine z. B.
Bedienung, einschließlich Rüsten, Störungsbehebung im Arbeitsablauf, Beseitigung von
Produktionsabfällen, Pflege, Entsorgung von Betriebs- und Hilfsstoffen
Instandhaltung (Wartung, Inspektion, Instandhaltung) und/oder
Transport beauftragt ist.
Neben der Betriebsanleitung und den im Verwenderland und an der Einsatzstelle geltenden verbindlichen
Regelungen zur Unfallverhütung sind auch die anerkannten fachtechnischen Regeln für sicherheits- und
fachgerechtes Arbeiten zu beachten.

This symbol reminds you to follow certain instructions in order to protect yourself from
danger and prevent damage to property.
NOTE!
Ignoring this sign may lead to severe damage of property.
PROHIBITED, DO NOT PUT YOUR HAND IN!
You find this symbol in spots where a certain risk remains and the operator should not
come too close or reach in.
ONE-MAN WORKING PLACE!
The Tuboform must be treated as a working place for a single operator. If the machine
is operated by two persons, they run the risk of additional hazards.
ATTENTION!
This is a warning symbol to attract attention to objects or situations that might involve
danger.
CAUTION - HIGH VOLTAGE!
In the event of current discharge caused by faulty structural components or cables,
leave the danger area immediately and cut off the power supply.
Only electricians are allowed to install the machine and only according to the electric
circuit diagram.

En caso de descarga de corriente causada por componentes estructurales o cables

eléctrico.

read the safety precautions and warning directions in this Operation Manual and confirm their
comprehension by signature,
wear their personal protection outfit or the equipment belonging to a specific workplace for the benefit of
safety and use the necessary protection aids while working.
The defined areas of competence must be maintained.
As an example
repair or maintenance of electric and hydraulic components of the machine shall be carried out only by
qualified personnel or a trained person under the supervision of a qualified person, according to the valid
technical regulations.

1.2.5 RISKS OF MACHINE OPERATION
The machine has been built according to state-of-the-art technology and the acknowledged safety-specific
rules. Nevertheless it may pose a threat to the health and life of users or third parties; operating the machine
may affect adversely the machine itself or other valuables.
Because of the working stroke of the tool, an element of risk remains. In normal operation, the pipe is held in
the left hand of the operator, the right hand actuates the pushbutton for the working stroke. The operator
cannot reach into the working stroke range with his hand.
The Tuboform was designed as a one-man working place; a second operator means additional risks.
The machine shall only be applied
for its intended use
in a safety-related sound condition.
Before starting the machine, make sure that all protective facilities and safety
requirements, for instance removable protective facilities and emergency-off facilities,
are available and in working order!
Any safety-related failures shall be corrected immediately!
1.2.6 USE AS INTENDED
The basic unit of the TUBOFORM C is a universal basic adaptor for different attachments. With the cutting
ring attachment, a variety of different cutting rings from 6 to 42 mm or 1/4 “ to 2 “ in diameter can be fitted
up to the maximum operation pressure.
The flaring head has been laid out for 37° flared edges from 6 to 42 mm or 1/4 “ to 1 1/2 “Ø. Precision steel
pipes according to DIN 2391/C Material St.37.4 NBK and stainless steel tubes 1.4571 /1.4541 within the
diameter range from 6 to 42 mm can be machined.
With the presetting attachment for 10° flares, VOSS BV-10 as well as Zako flange connections from 16 to 38
mm Ø can be fitted.
Any operation going beyond the use mentioned above is not according to regulations. PIPE BENDING
SYSTEMS cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse.
Operation according to regulations also means
acknowledging all rules and regulations of the Operation Manual and
keeping the schedule for inspection and maintenance according to directions or within the period stipulated
by the OM.

1.2.5 RIESGOS DEL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA MÁQUINA
La máquina se ha construido de acuerdo con la tecnología más avanzada y las normas de seguridad
específicas reconocidas. No obstante, puede suponer una amenaza para la salud y la vida de los usuarios o
de terceros; el funcionamiento de la máquina puede afectar negativamente a la propia máquina o a otros
objetos de valor.
Debido a la carrera de trabajo de la herramienta, sigue existiendo un elemento de riesgo. En funcionamiento
normal, el tubo se sujeta con la mano izquierda del operario, la mano derecha acciona el pulsador para la
carrera de trabajo. El operador no puede alcanzar con la mano la zona de la carrera de trabajo.
El Tuboform se diseñó como lugar de trabajo para una sola persona; un segundo operario supone riesgos
adicionales.
La máquina sólo se aplicará
para el uso previsto
en buen estado de seguridad.
Antes de poner en marcha la máquina, asegúrese de que todas las instalaciones de

Se pueden mecanizar tubos de acero de precisión según DIN 2391/C Material St.37.4 NBK y tubos de acero

1.2.5 GEFAHREN IM UMGANG MIT DER MASCHINE
Die Maschine ist nach dem neuesten Stand der Technik und den anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen Regeln
gebaut. Dennoch können bei ihrer Verwendung Gefahren für Leib und Leben des Benutzers oder Dritten bzw.
Beeinträchtigungen an der Maschine oder an anderen Sachwerten entstehen.
Durch den Arbeitshub des Werkzeugs entstehen Restgefahren. Im Normalbetrieb wird das Rohr vom
Bediener mit der linken Hand gehalten, der Arbeitshub wird durch Betätigung des Tasters mit der rechten
Hand ausgelöst. Der Bediener kann nicht in den Arbeitshub greifen.
Die Unipress 4 ist als Einmannarbeitsplatz zu betrachten, da bei einer zweiten Bedienperson zusätzliche
Gefahren auftreten können.
Die Maschine ist nur zu benutzen
für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung.

1.2.6 BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Die Unipress 4 hat als Grundgerät eine universelle Grundaufnahme für verschiedene Vorsatzköpfe. Mit den
Schneidringvorsätzen lassen sich Schneidringe von 6 bis 42 mm Durchmesser ausschreiben, sieht besser
aus bis zu dem max. Betriebsdruck montieren. Der Bördelkopf ist für 37° Bördelungen von 6 bis 42 mm
ausgelegt. Präzisionsstahlrohre nach DIN EN 10305-4 Werkstoff E235+N und Edelstahlrohr 1.4571 /1.4541
im Durchmesserbereich von einheitlich > 6 bis 42 mm können bearbeitet werden. Eine andere oder
darüberhinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für daraus entstehende Schäden
haftet die Fa. Gates Tube Fittings GmbH nicht.

1.2.7 APPLICATIONS VIOLATING THE REGULATIONS
If the TUBOFORM is used in any other way than described in chapter 1.2.5, the application is not according to
the intended use. Employing insufficiently qualified staff to operate the machine violates the regulations. The
company Gates Tube Fittings GmbH cannot be held responsible for damage caused by noncompliant
operation of the machine.
Any operations going beyond the utilisation mentioned above, e.g.:
clamping and bending of unsuitable component part geometries
operating the machine without its safety arrangements is regarded as not according to regulations.
1.2.8 GUARANTEE AND LEGAL LIABILITY
Basically, our “general sales terms and delivery conditions” apply. These are available to the user from the
date of the contract on.
Guarantee and claims on liability for damage to persons or property shall be precluded if they result from at
least one of the following causes:
misuse of the machine;
improper assembly, starting up, operation and maintenance of the machine;
operating the machine despite defective safety arrangements and inadequately fitted or non-functioning
safety and protection systems;
ignoring the directions of the Operation Manual concerning transportation, storage, setting-up, starting up,
operation, maintenance and rigging of the machine;
unauthorised structural alterations of the machine;
unauthorised alterations of the machine control;
insufficient supervision of the machine parts exposed to wear;
carelessly performed repair works;
disasters following the influence of alien elements and superior force.

1.2.7 SOLICITUDES CONTRARIAS AL REGLAMENTO
Si el TUBOFORM se utiliza de forma distinta a la descrita en el capítulo 1.2.5, la aplicación no es conforme al
uso previsto. Emplear personal insuficientemente cualificado para manejar la máquina infringe la normativa.
La empresa Gates Tube Fittings GmbH no se hace responsable de los daños causados por un
funcionamiento no conforme de la máquina.
Cualquier operación que vaya más allá de la utilización mencionada anteriormente, por ejemplo:

1.2.8 GARANTÍA Y RESPONSABILIDAD LEGAL
Básicamente, se aplican nuestras "condiciones generales de venta y entrega". Están a disposición del
usuario a partir de la fecha del contrato.
La garantía y las reclamaciones de responsabilidad por daños a personas o bienes quedarán excluidas si se
derivan de al menos una de las siguientes causas:
mal uso de la máquina;
Montaje, puesta en marcha, funcionamiento y mantenimiento incorrectos de la máquina;
utilizar la máquina a pesar de la existencia de dispositivos de seguridad defectuosos y de sistemas de
seguridad y protección inadecuados o que no funcionen;
ignorar las indicaciones del Manual de instrucciones relativas al transporte, el almacenamiento, la
instalación, la puesta en marcha, el funcionamiento, el mantenimiento y el aparejo de la máquina;
alteraciones estructurales no autorizadas de la máquina;
alteraciones no autorizadas del control de la máquina;
supervisión insuficiente de las piezas de la máquina expuestas al desgaste;
trabajos de reparación descuidados;
desastres tras la influencia de elementos extraños y una fuerza superior.

1.2.7 BESTIMMUNGSWIDRIGE VERWENDUNG

bestimmungsgemäß. Der Einsatz von nicht ausreichend qualifiziertem Personal ist bestimmungswidrig.
Die Firma Gates Tube Fittings GmbH haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch bestimmungswidrige Verwendung
entstehen.
Eine andere oder darüberhinausgehende Benutzung, z.B.:
Klemmen und biegen nicht vorgesehener Werkstückgeometrien
Betreiben der Maschine ohne Sicherheitseinrichtungen gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.
1.2.8 GEWÄHRLEISTUNG UND HAFTUNG
Grundsätzlich gelten unsere “Allgemeinen Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen”. Diese stehen dem Betreiber
spätestens seit Vertragsabschluss zur Verfügung.
Gewährleistungs- und Haftungsansprüche bei Personen- und Sachschäden sind ausgeschlossen, wenn sie
auf eine oder mehrere der folgenden Ursachen zurückzuführen sind:
nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung der Maschine;
unsachgemäßes Montieren, In Betrieb nehmen, Bedienen und Warten der Maschine;
Betreiben der Maschine bei defekten Sicherheitseinrichtungen oder nicht ordnungsgemäß angebrachten
oder nicht funktionsfähigen Sicherheits- und Schutzvorrichtungen;
Nicht beachten der Hinweise in der Betriebsanleitung bezüglich Transport, Lagerung, Montage,
Inbetriebnahme, Betrieb, Wartung und Rüsten der Maschine;
eigenmächtige bauliche Veränderungen an der Maschine;
eigenmächtiges Verändern der Maschinensteuerung;
mangelhafte Überwachung von Maschinenteilen, die einem Verschleiß unterliegen;
unsachgemäß durchgeführte Reparaturen;
Katastrophenfälle durch Fremdkörpereinwirkung und höhere Gewalt.

1.2.9 DISPOSAL
Once the service life of the unit / machine is over, the owner is responsible for the disposal at his own
expenses and according to legal regulations; he releases us from the obligation of taking back any part of the
machine and also from the liability towards third parties in this context.
DISPOSAL OF POL PRODUCTS
Empty hydraulic oil containers, waste oil, coolants or lubricants, oil and oily cloths shall be disposed at
collecting points according to the local legislation. Further information concerning POL products (i.e. quantity
and type) can be found in the technical data and safety data sheets of the appendix.
DISPOSAL OF THE MACHINE
Please heed the local accident prevention regulations!
Before disassembly, the machine shall be shut down and all hydraulic oil in the machine removed.
Before disposal, the machine shall be disassembled, the materials separated and grouped as

1.2.9 ELIMINACIÓN
Una vez finalizada la vida útil de la unidad / máquina, el propietario es responsable de la eliminación a sus
expensas y de acuerdo con la normativa legal; nos exime de la obligación de recuperar cualquier parte de la
máquina y también de la responsabilidad frente a terceros en este contexto.
ELIMINACIÓN DE PRODUCTOS POL
Los contenedores de aceite hidráulico vacíos, los residuos de aceite, refrigerantes o lubricantes, el aceite y
los trapos aceitosos se eliminarán en los puntos de recogida de acuerdo con la legislación local. Encontrará
más información sobre los productos POL (cantidad y tipo) en las fichas técnicas y de datos de seguridad del
apéndice.

und zusammenhängender Ansprüche Dritter frei.
ENTSORGUNG DER HILFSSTOFFE UND BETRIEBSSTOFFE
Leere Hydraulikölbehälter, Altöl, Kühl- oder Schmierstoffe, Öl und ölverschmutzte Lappen sind entsprechend
der landesüblichen Gesetzgebung an Sammelstationen zu entsorgen. Weitere Informationen (z.B. Menge
und Art) zu den Betriebsstoffen finden sie in den Technischen Daten sowie den Sicherheitsdatenblättern
im Anhang.

3.1 UNPACKING, CLEANING
Check the machine and tools to rule out transport damage.
Make sure that machine and tools are complete by comparing with the delivery and order notes.
3.2 PREPARING THE SET-UP
3.2.1 SPACE REQUIREMENTS
The UNIPRESS 4 requires a footprint of app. 700 mm width and 550 mm depth on top of a stable rest, for
instance a work bench. The height of the working place should be laid out according to ergonomic
recommendations. The required space depends on the dimensions of the work pieces to be finished.
3.2.2 SURFACE
A solid, level, horizontal and non-slip surface is required!
3.2.3 POWER SUPPLY
5-pole CEE plug, 16 A, with interpoles for reversing rotation.

3.1 DESEMBALAJE, LIMPIEZA
Compruebe la máquina y las herramientas para descartar daños de transporte.
Asegúrese de que la máquina y las herramientas están completas comparándolas con los albaranes de
entrega y de pedido.
3.2 PREPARACIÓN DE LA INSTALACIÓN
3.2.1 NECESIDADES DE ESPACIO
La UNIPRESS 4 requiere una huella de app. 700 mm de anchura y 550 mm de profundidad sobre un soporte
estable, por ejemplo un banco de trabajo. La altura del puesto de trabajo debe establecerse de acuerdo con
las recomendaciones ergonómicas. El espacio necesario depende de las dimensiones de las piezas que
deben acabarse.
3.2.2 SUPERFICIE
Se requiere una superficie sólida, nivelada, horizontal y antideslizante.

Enchufe CEE de 5 polos, 16 A, con interpolos para inversión de giro.

3.1 AUSPACKEN, REINIGEN

3.2 VORBEREITUNG ZUR AUFSTELLUNG
3.2.1 PLATZBEDARF
Die UNIPRESS 4 benötigt eine Stellfläche von ca. 700mm Breite und 550mm Tiefe auf einer stabilen Auflage
wie z.B. einer Werkbank. Die Arbeitshöhe sollte nach ergonomischen Gesichtspunkten ausgelegt werden. Der
Platzbedarf richtet sich nach den zu bearbeitenden Werkstücken. 3.2.2 Untergrund

Der Untergrund sollte fest, planmäßig, waagerecht und rutschfest sein!

3.2.4 ESTABLISHING THE REQUIRED CONNECTIONS
Connect the shock-proof plugs of the machine with the power supply. Activate the
machine control with the 0-1 switch.
The digital display lights up to indicate that the machine is ready. If nothing happens,
the emergency-off switch might be activated. Deactivate the emergency-off switch by
twisting it to the right.
Attention!
Pull out the plug after completing work!

3.2.4 ESTABLECIMIENTO DE LAS CONEXIONES NECESARIAS
Conecte los enchufes antichoque de la máquina con la fuente de alimentación. Active
el control de la máquina con el interruptor 0-1.
La pantalla digital se ilumina para indicar que la máquina está lista. Si no ocurre nada,
es posible que se haya activado el interruptor de desconexión de emergencia.
Desactive el interruptor de desconexión de emergencia girándolo hacia la derecha.
Atención:
Desenchúfalo después de terminar el trabajo.

Not-Aus-Tasters wird dieser entriegelt.

4. OPERATION
4.1 START OF OPERATION
Activate the control of the machine with the 0-1 switch.
The pressing operation is started by actuating the button.
4.1.1 USE
The machine is assigned to its intended use only.
4.1.2 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Never remove or alter any safety facilities or signs attached to the machine!
This would pose a threat to life or physical condition!
Damaged signs or safety facilities shall be replaced instantly!
The machine must stand on a level, steady and slip-proof surface!
The machine owner is obliged to lay down the tasks of the persons responsible for the
correct operation of the machine!
Heed all the valid health, work and fire protection regulations when operating the
machine!
Before starting, the operating staff must check the machine, making sure that it is in
operational and functional order; eliminate all risks for persons or the machine!
If a dangerous situation for man or equipment arises, take the necessary steps to
prevent injury or damage immediately!
Heed all safety precaution and warning signs attached to the machine!
The personnel qualified for working with the machine shall study the operation manual
thoroughly prior to starting, especially the chapters on safety instructions. Once the
machine has started, it will be too late! This is most important for persons who don’t
usually work with the machine, e. g. setting-up or maintenance staff!
Handle machines in a technically faultless condition only; use according to
regulations, beware of danger, take no security risks and observe the OM! Any
interference relating to safety aspects should be eliminated immediately!
Special attention must be paid towards the risk of exceeding or falling below the
capacity marks indicated in chapter “Technical Data”! If the owner fails to prevent
misuse of the machine, he allows for a further potential source of danger to
operational safety!
Unauthorised alterations are prohibited!
Never open protective caps before pulling out the plug!

4. FUNCIONAMIENTO:

4.1.2 PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
No retire ni modifique nunca los dispositivos o señales de seguridad fijados a la
máquina.
Esto supondría una amenaza para la vida o la condición física.
Las señales o instalaciones de seguridad dañadas deberán sustituirse
inmediatamente.
La máquina debe colocarse sobre una superficie plana, estable y antideslizante.
El propietario de la máquina está obligado a establecer las tareas de las personas
responsables del correcto funcionamiento de la máquina.
Al utilizar la máquina, respete todas las disposiciones vigentes en materia de salud,
trabajo y protección contra incendios.
Antes de la puesta en marcha, el personal operario debe comprobar la máquina,
asegurándose de que se encuentra en estado operativo y funcional; ¡elimine cualquier
riesgo para las personas o la máquina!
Si se produce una situación peligrosa para las personas o el equipo, tome
inmediatamente las medidas necesarias para evitar lesiones o daños.
Respete todas las precauciones de seguridad y las señales de advertencia colocadas
en la máquina.
El personal cualificado para trabajar con la máquina deberá estudiar detenidamente
el manual de instrucciones antes de la puesta en marcha, especialmente los capítulos
relativos a las instrucciones de seguridad. Una vez que la máquina se haya puesto en
marcha, ¡será demasiado tarde! Esto es muy importante para las personas que no
suelen trabajar con la máquina, por ejemplo, el personal de instalación o
mantenimiento.
¡Manipule las máquinas únicamente en perfecto estado técnico; utilícelas conforme a
las normas, tenga cuidado con los peligros, no corra riesgos de seguridad y respete la
OM! Debe eliminarse inmediatamente cualquier interferencia relacionada con
aspectos de seguridad.

4. BETRIEB
4.1 INBETRIEBNEHMEN
Die Steuerung der Maschine mit dem 0-1 Schalter aktivieren.
Pressvorgang wird durch Betätigen der Taste in gestartet.
4.1.1 VERWENDUNG
Die Maschine darf nur entsprechend ihrer bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung eingesetzt werden.
4.1.2 SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Die an der Maschine angebrachten Sicherheitseinrichtungen und Schilder dürfen
weder entfernt noch verändert werden
Es besteht sonst Gefahr für Leib und Leben
Beschädigte Schilder und Sicherheitseinrichtungen sind unverzüglich zu ersetzen
Maschine muss auf einer ebenen, stand- und rutschfesten Unterlage stehen
Der Maschinenbetreiber ist verpflichtet, die Aufgaben der verantwortlichen Personen
für die ordnungsgemäße Bedienung der Maschine festzulegen
Für den Betrieb der Maschine sind die geltenden Gesundheits-, Arbeits- und
Brandschutzvorschriften zu beachten
Vor Inbetriebnahme hat sich das Inbetriebnahmepersonal davon zu überzeugen, dass
sich die Maschine in einem betriebsbereiten und funktionssicheren Zustand befindet
und eine Gefährdung von Personen und der Maschine ausgeschlossen ist
Bei Gefahr für Personen oder die Maschine sind unverzüglich die notwendigen
Maßnahmen zu treffen, die diese Gefahr oder den Schadensfall verhindern
Alle Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise an/auf der Maschine beachten
Das mit Tätigkeiten an der Maschine beauftragte Personal muss vor Arbeitsbeginn die
Betriebsanleitung, und hier besonders die Kapitel Sicherheitshinweise, gelesen haben.
Während des Arbeitseinsatzes ist es zu spät! Dies gilt in besonderem Maße für nur
gelegentlich, z.B. Warten, an der Maschine tätig werdendes Personal
Maschine nur in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand sowie bestimmungsgemäß,
sicherheits- und gefahrenbewusst unter Beachtung der Betriebsanleitung benutzen!
Insbesondere Störungen, die die Sicherheit beeinträchtigen können, umgehend
beseitigen lassen
