1 . UMMARY
The ECLIP E 2.s Auto Darkening Welding elmet is a new generation product for labour protection. Some
new and high science and technology such as LCD, optoelectronics detection, solar power,
microelectronics, etc. are integrated into it. The automatic welding mask not only can efficiently protect
operator’s eyes from injuries caused by arc, but also can make both hands free and strike arc accurately.
Therefore, the quality of products and work efficiency may be raised considerably. It may be widely used
for various welding, cutting, spraying and arc gouging, etc.
2. WARNING
Read and understand all instructions before using.
Be sure that the dark shade of the lens in the welding helmet is the correct shade number for your
application.
This helmets and lenses are not suitable for “overhead” welding application, laser welding, or laser
cutting applications.
Welding helmets are designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks, spatter, and harmful radiation
under normal welding conditions. They will not protect against severe impact hazards, including
fragmenting grinding disks.
This helmet will not protect against explosive devices or corrosive liquids. Machine guards or eye splash
protection must be used when these hazards are present.
Impact resistant, primary eye protection, spectacles or goggles that meet the current applicable
regulations, must be worn at all times when using this welding helmet.
Avoid work positions that could expose unprotected areas of the body to spark, spatter, direct and/or
reflected radiation. Use adequate protection if exposure cannot be avoided.
Check for light tightness before each use. Before each use, check that the protection plates are clean
and that no dirt is covering the sensors on front of the lens.
Inspect all operating parts before each use for signs of wear or damage. Any scratched, cracked, or
pitted parts should be replaced immediately.
Do not make any modifications to either the welding lens or helmet, other than those specified in this
manual.
Do not use any replacement parts other than those specified in this manual. Unauthorized
modifications and replacement parts will void the warranty and expose the user to the risk of personal
injury.
If this lens does not darken when striking arc, stop welding immediately and contact representative.
Do not immerse this lens in water.
Do not use any solvents on any lens or helmet components.
The recommended operating temperature range for welding lens is -1 0°C ~ +65°C (+1 4°F ~ +1 49°F). Do
not use this device beyond these temperature limits.
Failure to follow these warnings and/or failure to follow all of the operating instructions could result in
sever personal injury.
3. CHARACTERI TIC
The ECLIP E 2.s automatic welding helmet is equipped with a filter set that can battery dark. The filter is
transparent before welding, so the operators may observe the work surface clearly. When striking arc, the
filter darkens automatically immediately. When arc goes out, the filter will become transparent again.
The switching time from light to dark is about 0,1 ms. The switching time from dark to light may be set up
within 0,1 -0,9 second.
The mask is equipped with continuous darkness adjusting unit, so the operator may select an arbitrary
dark shade number ranging from #9 to #1 3.
The ECLIPSE 2.s automatic welding mask gives the operators permanent complete protection against
UV/IR even in transparent condition. The UV/IR protection level is up to shade #1 5 in all time.
The power is provided by solar cells, so user is exempted from changing battery, turning on or off power
and any other operation.
The mask is equipped with 2 photosensors to sense arc light .In addition, the mask is also provided with an
outer protection plate made of high polymer materials. The plate is wear-resistant, thermostable, and has
no dregs-sticking, thus a very long service life.

7. OPERATION
Assemble the mask as shown in the construction and assembly figure (See pic. 1 at the end of this
manual).
The power of ECLIPSE 2.s helmet is provided by solar cells with one lithium battery. Turning on or off is
automatic controlled by circuit. You can use this helmet at any time you need and take it away after
working without operating any key.
Darkness selection.
Striking the arc, the observing window darkens immediately. At this moment, according to the
technical requirement, the operator adjusts the darkness knob (6) in the direction as shown by the
arrow to select the optimum darkness.
Delay time selection.
By moving the DELAY selector knob (1 0) on the rear of the cartridge, the time taken for the lens to
lighten after welding can be altered from 0,1 ~ 0,9 second.
Turn to MIN : The time the lens lighten after welding changes to be shorter. The shortest time is about
0,1 second depending upon welding point temperature and shade set. This setting is ideal for track
welding or production welding with short welds.
Turn to MAX : The time the lens lighten after welding changes to be longer. The longest time is about 0,9
second depending upon welding point temperature and shade set. This setting is ideal for welding at
high amperage where there is an afterglow from the weld.

By moving the SENSITIVITY selector knob (9) on the rear of the cartridge, the sensitivity to ambient light
changes can be altered.
Turn to LO : The photosensitivity changes to be lower. Suitable for high amperage welding and welding
in bright light conditions (lamp light or sun light).
Turn to HI : The photosensitivity changes to be higher. Suitable for low amperage welding and using in
pool light conditions. Suitable for using with steady arc process such as TIG welding.
If the helmet can be used normally, we suggest using this helmet with a bit high sensitivity.
Since the shapes of man’s heads vary from person to person and the work position and the observing
angle are different, operator may adjust the headgear top adjusting stripe (1 3) and the angle
adjustment (1 4) to select an appropriate observing angle.
By pushing and turning the adjustment screw (1 2), the perimeter ofthe head band can be adjusted.
Replacing the outer protection lens.
Turn the ADF frame block (8) to left (<) to unlock the ADF frame. Turn to right (>) to lock the ADF frame.
Grind election
Turn shade adjusting knob (6) anti-clockwise until you feel knob "click". You can now grind with helmet.
Turn the knob back to the appropriate shade for further welding operations.
8. POINT FOR ATTENTION
Be sure that the helmet is to be used in correct condition and check according to WARNING content.
There is liquid crystal-valve in the filter, although it has inner and outer protection plate, it is important
to avoid heavy knock to break.
The outer protection plate of helmet should be periodically inspected and cleaned, keep it clear. In case
ofbreak, crack, pitting or more serious influencing vision effect occurs, the plate must be replaced.
In order to operate more efficiently and safely, please select correct dark shade number.
If the filter is no water-proof model, please pay attention to preventing from water.
Be sure that the arc light must be received completely by sensor, if not, the filter will be light or unstable
in darkness to damage the person.
Please use the automatic filter at temperature between -1 0°C ~ +55°C (+1 4°F ~ +1 31 °F).
Please don’t disassemble the filter, any problems arising, please contact our company or agent.

This device meets the requirements of the relative directives concerning the environmental
protection (2002/96/EC, 2003/1 08/EC, 2002/95/EC).
At the end of the products life cycle it must be disposed of according to the regulations
concerning special waste collection as it cannot be treated as normal urban refuse.
The product is made up of materials that are both non-biodegradable and of potentially polluting
substances to the environment if not disposed of correctly.
1 1 . WARRANTY
Manufactured in China. GCE guarantees this product for 24 (twenty four) months or in accordance with
statutory warranty rights, from the date of delivery, against faulty design, material & workmanship.
GCE shall not be liable for loss of production, loss of profit or any other consequential damage or indirect
loss. In the event of any fault in the goods due to defective design, materials or workmanship, the liability
of GCE is limited to reparation or replacement of this good, provided that written notification is given to
GCE within three months of the date of delivery or deemed delivery. GCE cannot be held liable if the
product is modified, serviced or repaired by personnel not authorized by GCE or if the apparatus is used in
a manner not conforming to its intended use. GCE cannot be held responsible for the misuse of the
equipment in case of non-application of the instructions for use.

1 . ZU AMMENFA UNG
Der auto-verdunkelnde Schweißhelm ECLIP E 2.s ist ein neues Produkt im Bereich Arbeitsschutz. In Ihm
sind einige neue und hochwissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse und Technologien wie LCD, optoelektronische
Detektion, Sonnenenergie, Mikroelektronik, usw. integriert. Der automatische Schweißhelm kann nicht
nur wirksam die Augen des Schweißers vor durch Lichtbogen verursachten Verletzungen schützen,
sondern macht auch beide ände frei und ermöglicht exaktes Zünden des Lichtbogens. Demzufolge kann
die Qualität der Produkte und die Arbeitsleistung erheblich erhöht werden. Der Automatikhelm kann bei
verschiedenen Schweiß-, Schneidarbeiten, Flammspritzen und Lichtbogenhobeln, etc. benutzt werden
2. WARNHINWEI E
Vor der Verwendung lesen Sie aufmerksam alle inweise durch, um sie gut zu verstehen.
Versichern Sie sich, dass die Verdunkelung des Filters in dem Schweißhelm der richtigen Nummer der
Verdunkelungsstufe für Ihren Verwendungszweck entspricht.
Dieser elm und Filter sind nicht für Überkopfschweißen, Laserschweißen oder Laserschneiden
geeignet.
Schweißhelmen sind zum Schutz der Augen und des Gesichts gegen Funken, Schweißspritzer und
schädliche Strahlung unter normalen Schweißbedingungen vorgesehen. Sie schützen nicht vor
schweren Aufprallgefahren, einschließlich der Fragmentierung von Schleifscheiben.
Dieser Schweißhelm schützt nicht vor explosiven Geräten oder ätzenden Flüssigkeiten.
Schutzvorrichtungen oder Spritzschutz für die Augen sind zu verwenden, falls solche Gefahr besteht.
Stoßfester Augenprimärschutz oder Schutzbrillen, die den einschlägigen Normen und
Sicherheitsbestimmungen entsprechen, müssen stets getragen werden, wenn dieser Schweißhelm
verwendet wird.
Vermeiden Sie solche Arbeitspositionen, bei welchen die ungeschützten Körperteile den Funken,
Schweißspritzern, direkter und/oder zurückgeworfener Strahlung ausgesetzt werden können.
Verwenden Sie adäquate Schutzausrüstung, falls solche Betriebsbedingungen nicht vermieden werden
können.
Prüfen Sie die Lichtdurchlässigkeit vor jeder Verwendung. Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Benutzung, ob die
Schutzscheibe sauber ist und die Sensoren auf der Fronseite des Filters nicht mit Schmutz bedeckt sind.
Prüfen Sie vor jeder Verwendung alle Bedienteile auf Zeichen von Verschleiß oder Beschädigung. Alle
zerkratzten, rissigen oder verschlissenen Teile sind unverzüglich auszutauschen.
Nehmen Sie an dem Schweißfilter oder am elm keine Änderungen vor, die in diesem Manual nicht
ausdrücklich angeführt sind.
Verwenden Sie keine anderen Ersatzteile als in diesem Manual angegeben. Unbefugte Änderungen und
Verwendung unzulässiger Ersatzteile führen zum Erlöschen der Garantie und setzen den Benutzer der
Gefahr einer persönlichen Verletzung aus.
Sollte sich dieser Filter beim Zünden des Lichtbogens nicht verdunkeln, stellen Sie das Schweißen
unverzüglich ein und wenden Sie sich an Ihren Lieferanten.
Tauchen Sie den Filter nicht ins Wasser.
Verwenden Sie keine Lösungsmittel für die Filter- oder elmteile
Der empfohlene Betriebstemperaturbereich für den Schweißfilter ist von -1 0°C ~ 65°C (1 4°F ~ 1 49°F).
Verwenden Sie dieses Gerät nicht außerhalb dieser Temperaturgrenzen.
Nichtbeachtung dieser Warnhinweise und/oder Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungsanleitungen kann zur
schweren persönlichen Verletzung führen.
3. CHARAKTERI TIK
Der automatische Schweißhelm ECLIP E 2.s ist mit einer Filterkassette mit Verdunkelungseigenschaften
ausgestattet. Der Filter ist vor dem Schweißen hell, so dass der Schweißer die Oberfläche der
geschweißten Teile klar sehen kann. Wenn der Lichtbogen angezündet wird, der Filter verdunkelt sich
sofort. Nach Erlöschen des Lichtbogens, wird der Filter wieder hell. Die Schaltzeit von hell zu dunkel
beträgt zirka 0,1 ms. Die Schaltzeit von dunkel zu hell beträgt zirka 0,1 -0,9 Sekunden.
Die Schweißmaske ist mit einer stufenlosen Einstelleinheit ausgestattet, so dass der Schweißer die
Nummer der Verdunkelungsstufe beliebig von #9 bis #1 3 wählen kann.

Der automatische Schweißhelm ECLIPSE 2.s schützt die Schweißer vollkommen vor UV/IR und das sogar
im hellen Zustand. Das UV/IR-Schutzniveau entspricht der Norm #1 5.
Die Betriebsspannung wird mittels Solarzellen zur Verfügung gestellt. Daher bleibt dem Anwender das
Tauschen von Batterien sowie das An - und Abschalten und andere Arbeiten erspart.
Die Schweißmaske ist mit 2 Fotosensoren zur Detektion des Lichtbogens ausgestattet. Die Schweißmaske
ist zusätzlich mit einer Außenschutzscheibe aus einem ochpolymermaterial ausgestattet. Diese Scheibe
ist beständig gegen Abnutzung, thermostabil und trägt eine Antischmutz Beschichtung was eine sehr
lange Standzeit zur Folge hat.

7. BETRIEB
Setzen Sie die Maske zusammen, wie es in den Zusammensetzungs- und Montageabbildung gezeigt ist
(Siehe Abb. 1 am Ende des andbuches).
Der Schweißhelm ECLIPSE 2.s ist aus Solarzellen mit einer Lithium-Batterie geliefert. Ein- und
Ausschalten wird automatisch über einen Stromkreis überwacht. Dieser Schweißhelm können Sie jedes
Mal wenn Sie ihn brauchen nehmen und wieder ablegen ohne einen Knopfzu betätigen.
Wahl der Verdunkelungsstufe.
Nach Zünden des Lichtbogens verdunkelt sich das Sichtfenster sofort. In diesem Moment stellt der
Schweißer durch Drehen des Verdunkelungsknopfes (6) in der Pfeilrichtung die optimale
Verdunkelungsstufe ein.

Wahl der Verzugszeit.
Durch Drehen des Wahlknopfes DELAY (1 0) auf der interseite der Filterkassette kann die Schaltzeit für
Wechsel des Filters in den hellen Zustand nach dem Schweißen von 0,1 bis 0,9 Sekunde eingestellt
werden.
Drehen auf MIN : Die Schaltzeit für Wechsel des Filters in den hellen Zustand nach dem Schweißen kann
verkürzt werden. Die kürzeste Zeit beträgt ca. 0,1 Sekunden abhängig von der
Schweißpunkttemperatur und der eingestellten Verdunkelungsstufe. Diese Einstellung ist ideal für
Schienenschweißen oder Fertigungsschweißen mit kurzen Schweißnähten.
Drehen auf MAX : Die Schaltzeit für Wechsel des Filters in den hellen Zustand nach dem Schweißen kann
verlängert werden. Die längste Zeit beträgt ca. 0,9 Sekunden abhängig von der
Schweißpunkttemperatur und der eingestellten Verdunkelungsstufe. Diese Einstellung ist ideal für
Schweißen bei hoher Amperezahl (Stromstärke), wo es zum Nachglühen der Schweißnaht kommt.
Empfindlichkeitseinstellung.
Durch Drehen des Wahlknopfes SENSITIVITY (9) auf der interseite der Filterkassette kann die
Empfindlichkeit auf das Umgebungslicht geändert werden.
Drehen in der Richtung LO : Die Fotoempfindlichkeit wird vermindert. Geeignet für
ochstromschweißen und Schweißen beim hellen Licht (Lampenlicht oder Sonnenlicht).
Drehen in der Richtung HI : Die Fotoempfindlichkeit wird erhöht. Geeignet für Schweißen mit geringer
Stromstärke und Schweißen bei schlechten Lichtbedingungen. Geeignet für Verwendung beim stabilen
Lichtbogenschweißprozess wie TIG-Schweißen.
Wenn der elm unten normalen Bedingungen verwendet werden kann, schlagen wir vor diesen
Schweißhelm mit etwas höherer Empfindlichkeit zu verwenden.
Da die Form des männlichen Kopfes von Person zu Person verschieden ist und ebenfalls die
Arbeitsposition und der Sichtwinkel verschieden sind, kann der Schweißer das Kopfbandoberteil mit
dem Verstellung (1 3) und der Neigungsverstellung (1 4) so einzustellen, so dass ein geeigneter
Sichtwinkel eingestellt wird. Durch Drücken und Drehen der Einstellschraube (1 2) kann der Umfang des
Kopfbands eingestellt werden.
Auswechseln der äußeren Vorsatzscheibe
Bewegen Sie den ADF-Rahmenblock (8) nach links (<), um den ADF-Rahmen zu entsperren. Bewegen
Sie nach rechts (>), um den ADF-Rahmen zu sperren.
chleifen Auswahl
Drehen Sie den Farbton-Einstellknopf (6) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, bis Sie den "Klick" des Knopfes
fühlen. Du kannst jetzt mit elm schleifen. Drehen Sie den Knopf zurück zu den entsprechenden
Schatten für weitere Schweißarbeiten.
8. ZU BEACHTENDE HINWEI E
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der elm im richtigen Zustand verwendet wird und überprüfen Sie den
elm gemäß dem Inhalt der WARN INWEISE.
Im Filter befindet sich ein Flüssigkristallventil, obwohl der Filter eine Außer- und Innen Vorsatzscheibe
hat, ist es wichtig schwere Stoße, die zum Bruch führen könnten, zu vermeiden.
Die äußere Vorsatzscheibe des Schweißhelms sollte regelmäßig kontrolliert und gereinigt und klar
gehalten werden. Im Falle eines Bruchs, Risses, Lochfraßes oder ernsteren Auswirkungen, die den Blick
beeinflussen könnten, muss die Vorsatzscheibe ausgetauscht werden.
Um effizienter und sicherer zu arbeiten, wählen Sie bitte die richtige Verdunkelungsstufe.
Falls es sich bei dem Filter um kein wasserdichtes Modell handelt, widmen Sie bitte die Aufmerksamkeit
dem Schutz vor Wasser.
Versichern Sie sich, dass der Lichtbogen komplett durch den Sensor erfasst wird. Sollte es nicht der Fall
sein, wird der Filter hell oder die Verdunkelung instabil und kann zur Verletzung der Person führen.
Verwenden Sie bitte den automatischen Filter bei Temperaturen zwischen -1 0°C ~ +55°C (+1 4°F ~
+1 31 °F).
Demontieren Sie, bitte, nicht den Filter. Falls einige Probleme auftauchen, wenden Sie sich bitte an
unsere Gesellschaft oder andelsvertreter.

1 0. ENT ORGUNG
Dieses Gerät erfüllt die Voraussetzungen der entsprechenden EG-Direktiven in Bezug auf den
Umweltschutz (2002/96/EG, 2003/1 08/EG, 2002/95/EG).
Das Gerät muss am Ende seines Produktlebenszyklus entsprechend der Vorschriften für
Sondermüll entsorgt werden, da es sich dabei nicht um normalen ausmüll handelt.
Das Produkt besteht aus Materialien, die nicht biologisch abbaubar sind und deren Substanzen
möglicherweise die Umwelt schädigen, wenn sie nicht ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden.
1 1 . GEWÄHRLEI TUNG
In China hergestellt. GCE gewährt auf dieses Produkt 24 (vierundzwanzig) Monate Garantie oder gemäß
den gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechten ab dem Tag der Auslieferung in Bezug auf fehlerhaftes Design,
Material und schlechte Arbeitsausführung.
GCE kann nicht für Produktionsausfall, Gewinnverlust oder jedweden anderen Folgeschaden oder
indirekten Schaden haftbar gemacht werden. Im Falle von Fehlern bei der Ware aufgrund von
fehlerhaftem Design, Material oder schlechter Arbeitsausführung, beschränkt sich die aftung von GCE
auf die Reparatur oder den Austausch von dieser Ware, vorausgesetzt, dass GCE innerhalb von drei
Monaten ab dem Datum der Auslieferung oder Übergabe schriftlich darüber informiert wurde. GCE haftet
nicht, wenn das Produkt von nicht durch GCE autorisiertes Personal verändert, gewartet oder repariert
wurde oder wenn das Gerät in einer Art und Weise verwendet wird, die nicht seinem beabsichtigten
Zweck entspricht. GCE haftet nicht für die Folgen unsachgemäßer Nutzung des Geräts, die durch die
Nichteinhaltung der Betriebsanleitung entstanden sind.

2. AVERTI EMENT
Lire et comprendre toutes les instructions avant utilisation.
Assurez-vous que la teinte de la lentille dans le masque est le numéro de la nuance appropriée pour
votre application.
Ces masques et lentilles ne sont pas adaptés pour les applications de soudage “dessus de la tête”,
soudage au laser, ou découpage au laser.
Masques de soudage sont conçus pour protéger les yeux et face à des étincelles, des éclaboussures, et
le rayonnement nocif dans des conditions normales de soudage. Ils ne protègent pas contre les chocs
sévères comme la fragmentation des disques de meulage.
Ce masque ne protège pas contre les engins explosifs ou des liquides corrosifs. Protections mécaniques
ou protection contre éclaboussure dans les yeux doivent être utilisées lorsque ces dangers sont
présents.
La protection oculaire primaire résistante aux chocs, les lunettes ou lunettes de protection qui
répondent aux spécifications en vigueur, doivent être portées obligatoirement en tout temps lors de
l’utilisation de ce masque de soudeur.
Évitez les positions de travail qui pourraient exposer sans protection les zones du corps à une étincelle,

Ne pas faire de modifications sur lentille de soudage ou masque autre que les modifications spécifiées
dans ce manuel.
Ne pas utiliser de pièces de rechange autres que les pièces spécifiées dans ce manuel. Les modifications
ou utilisations des pièces inautorisées annulent la garantie et exposent l’utilisateur au risque de
blessure.
Si la lentille ne s’assombrie pas quand l’arc se produit, arrêtez immédiatement le soudage et contactez
le représentant.
Ne pas immerger la lentille dans l’eau.
Ne pas utiliser de solvants sur aucun composant de lentille ou masque.
La plage de température de fonctionnement recommandée pour lentilles de soudage est de -1 0°C ~
+65°C (+1 4°F ~ +1 49°F). Ne pas utiliser cet équipement au-delà de ces limites de température.
Le non-suivi de ces avertissements et/ou non-respect des instructions de fonctionnement pourrait
entraîner des blessures corporelles sérieuses.
3. CARACTÉRI TIQUE
Le masque de soudage automatique ECLIPSE 2.s est équipé d’un ensemble filtre qui peut s’assombrir. Le
filtre est transparent avant le soudage, pour que les opérateurs puissent observer la surface de travail
clairement. En tirant l’arc, le filtre s’obscurcit automatiquement immédiatement. Lors que l’arc s’éteint, le
filtre deviendra de nouveau transparent. Le temps de commutation de lumière à l’obscurité est environ 0,1
ms. Le temps de commutation de l’obscurité à lumière peut-être mis en place pendant 0,1 -0,9 seconde.
Le masque est équipé d’unité d’ajustage automatique d’assombrissement continu, alors l’opérateur peut
choisir le degré de teinte foncée allant de #9 à #1 3.

Le masque de soudage automatique ECLIPSE 2.s donne à l’opérateur une protection permanente totale
contre les UV / IR même en condition transparente. Le niveau de protection contre les UV / IR est jusqu’à
#1 5 tout le temps. L’énergie est fournie par la cellule solaire, ce qui dispense l’usager de changer les
batteries et d’activer l’interrupteur marche/arrêt ou toute autre opération.
Le masque est équipé de 2 ensembles photo détecteurs pour détecter la lumière de l’arc. En plus, le
masque est fourni avec un verre de protection externe fabriquée en matériaux Polymères hautes
performances. La plaque de verre est résistante à l’usure, thermostable, et n’a pas de collage, alors la durée
de vie est très longue.

7. FONCTIONNEMENT
Assembler le masque comme indiqué dans le dessin de construction et ensemble (Voir la figure 1 à la
fin de ce manuel).
L’alimentation pour le masque ECLIPSE 2.s est fournie par cellules solaires avec une pile au lithium.
Mise en marche ou hors de marche sont automatiquement commandées par le circuit. Vous pouvez
utiliser ce masque tout le temps suivant votre besoin et l’emporter après avoir travaillé sans intervenir
sur les boutons.

En tournant le bouton sélecteur DELAY (1 0) à l’arrière de la cartouche, le temps nécessaire pour que la
lentille s’ouvre après soudage peut être modifié de 0,1 ~ 0,9 secondes.
Tourner vers MIN : Le temps d’éclaircissement de la lentille après le soudage est plus court. Le temps le
plus court est d’environ 0,1 seconde en fonction de la température de point de soudure et réglage de
l’ombre. Ce réglage est idéal pour le soudage piste ou soudage de production avec des soudures
courtes.
Tourner vers MAX : Le temps d’éclaircissement de la lentille après le soudage est plus longue. Le temps
le plus longue est d’environ 0,9 seconde en fonction de la température de point de soudure et réglage
de l’ombre. Ce réglage est idéal pour le soudage piste aux grands courants quand il y a lueur après le
soudage.
élection de la sensibilité.
En tournant le bouton SENSITIVITY (9) à l’arrière de la cartouche, le changement de sensibilité à la
lumière ambiante peut être modifié.
Tournez vers LO : La photosensibilité change vers plus faible. Convient pour le soudage haute Intensité
et soudage aux conditions de forte luminosité (lumière de la lampe ou la lumière du soleil).
Tournez vers HI : La photosensibilité change vers plus élevée. Convient pour le soudage à basse
intensité et en utilisant sous les conditions d’éclairage d’environnement. Adapté pour l’utilisation avec
le processus de courbe régulière comme soudage TIG. Si le masque peut être utilisé normalement, nous
vous suggérons d’utiliser ce masque avec une sensibilité un peu élevée.
Parce que les formes des têtes varient d’une personne à l’autre, la position de travail et l’angle
d’observation sont différents, l’opérateur peut ajuster le haut du bandeau (1 3) et l’inclinaison du
bandeau (1 4) pour sélectionner un angle approprié d’observation. En poussant et en tournant la vis (1 2)
de réglage, le périmètre de la bande de tête peut être ajusté.
Remplacement de la lentille de protection extérieure.
Déplacez le Verrouillage (8) vers la gauche (<) pour déverrouiller le cadre de filtre. Déplacez-vous vers la
droite (>) pour verrouiller le cadre de filtre.
Fonction de meulage.
Tournez le bouton de réglage de l'obscurité (6) dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à ce
que vous sentiez un "clic". Vous pouvez maintenant meuler avec le casque. Tournez le bouton à l'ombre
appropriée pour d'autres opérations de soudage.
8. POINT D’ATTENTION
Assurez-vous que le masque est utilisé dans des conditions correctes et vérifer selon le contenu
d’AVERTISSEMENT.
Dans le filtre, il y a des à cristaux liquides, même s’il ya des plaques de protection interne et externe, il
est important d’éviter les bosses lourds qui peuvent les briser.
La plaque de protection extérieure du masque doit être périodiquement inspectée et nettoyée, tenue
en état propre. Au cas de rupture, fissure, piqûre ou condition qui peut influencer la vision, la plaque
doit être remplacée.
A fin de fonctionner plus effcacementet en toute sécurité, sélectionnez le numéro de teinte approprié.
Si le filtre n’est pas le modèle étanche à l’eau, faites attention aux projections d’eau.
Assurez-vous que la lumière de l’arc soit reçue complètement par le capteur, si non, le filtre sera réglé à
la lumière ou instable dans l’obscurité qui peut endommager l’opérateur.
Utilisez le filtre automatique à la température entre -1 0°C ~ +55°C (+1 4°F ~ +1 31 °F).

1 . OMMARIO
La maschera ad oscuramento automatico ECLIP E 2.s è un prodotto di nuova generazione per la
protezione dei lavoratori. Alcune nuove tecnologie, come quella degli LCD, della rilevazione ottico-
elettronica, dell’energia solare, della microelettronica, ecc., sono integrate in essa. La maschera per
saldatura automatica non solo può proteggere efficacemente gli occhi del lavoratore da infortuni causati
dall’arco, ma consente anche di avere entrambe le mani libere e di usare l’arco con precisione. Quindi, la

2. AVVERTENZE

danno. Qualsiasi parte graffiata, rotta o bucata dovrebbe essere rimossa immediatamente.
Non apportare modifiche alle lenti o all’elmetto da saldatura, eccetto quelle specificate in questo
manuale.
Non usare parti di ricambio diverse da quelle specificate in questo manuale. Le modifiche e le parti di
ricambio non autorizzate invalidano la garanzia e possono far insorgere rischi di infortuni per l’utente.
Se le lenti non si scuriscono quando si usa l’arco, interrompere immediatamente la saldatura e
contattare un nostro rappresentante.
Non immergere le lenti in acqua.
Non utilizzare solventi sulle lenti o sui componenti dell’elmetto.
La gamma di temperature operative consigliata per le lenti da saldatura è -1 0°C ~ +65°C (+1 4°F ~
+1 49°F). Non utilizzare questo dispositivo se la temperatura non rientra in questa gamma.
Se non si rispettano le presenti avvertenze e/o tutte le istruzioni operative, potrebbero verificarsi
infortuni gravi.
3. CARATTERI TICHE
L’elmetto per saldatura automatica ECLIP E 2.s è munito di una serie di filtri che si oscurano. Il filtro è
trasparente prima della saldatura, in modo che gli operatori possano vedere chiaramente la superfcie di
lavoro. Quando si comincia ad usare l’arco, il filtro si scurisce automaticamente ed immediatamente.
Quando si interrompe l’arco, il filtro torna trasparente.
Il tempo di passaggio dalla trasparenza all’oscuramento è di circa 0,1 ms. Il tempo di passaggio
dall’oscuramento alla trasparenza può essere impostato ad un valore compreso fra 0,1 -0,9 secondi.
La maschera è dotata di un dispositivo di regolazione continua dell’oscuramento, in modo che l’operatore
possa selezionare il grado di oscuramento più indicato (da #9 a #1 3).
La maschera per saldatura automatica ECLIPSE 2.s fornisce agli operatori una protezione completa e
costante contro i raggi UV/IR anche in condizioni di trasparenza. Il livello di protezione dai raggi UV/IR è
pari Fino a #1 5 in qualsiasi momento.

L’alimentazione è fornita dalle celle solari, quindi non è necessario sostituire le batterie, né accendere o
spegnere il filtro, né effettuare altre operazioni.
La maschera è munita di 2 fotosensori per rilevare la luce dell’arco. Inoltre, la maschera è dotata anche di

tempo minimo è di circa 0,1 secondi, in base alla temperatura del punto di saldatura e all’impostazione
dell’oscuramento. Questa impostazione è ideale per la saldatura di binari o Lavori che comportano
saldature brevi.
Impostare su MAX : il tempo che le lenti impiegano a rischiarirsi dopo la saldatura passa al massimo. Il
tempo massimo è di circa 0,9 secondi, in base alla temperatura del punto di saldatura e all’impostazione
dell’oscuramento. Questa impostazione è ideale per la saldatura ad alto amperaggio, dopo la quale
resta sempre un’incandescenza residua.

Muovendo la manopola SENSITIVITY (9) sul retro della cartuccia, si può modificare la sensibilità alla luce
ambientale.
Impostare su LO : la fotosensibilità passa al minimo. Adatta per la saldatura ad alto amperaggio e in
condizioni di luce molto luminosa (lampada o sole).
Impostare su HI : la fotosensibilità passa al massimo. Adatta per la saldatura a basso amperaggio e se le
condizioni di luce sono scarse. Adatta per l’uso con processi ad arco fisso come la saldatura TIG.
Se l’elmetto può essere usato normalmente, suggeriamo di usarlo con una sensibilità leggermente alta.
Poiché la forma della testa varia da persona a persona, la posizione di lavoro e l’angolo visivo sono
diversi, l’operatore può regolare la fascia superiore (1 3) e l’inclinazione (1 4) del poggiatesta per
selezionare l’angolo visivo appropriato. Premendo e girando la vite di regolazione (1 2) , è possibile
regolare la larghezza del poggiatesta.

per ulteriori operazioni di saldatura.
8. ATTENZIONE
Assicurarsi che l’elmetto sia usato in condizioni corrette e controllarlo seguendo quanto riportato nelle
AVVERTENZE.
C’è una valvola a cristalli liquidi nel filtro, benché sia dotata di lamina protettiva interna ed esterna, è
importante evitare urti perché potrebbe rompersi.
La lamina protettiva esterna dell’elmetto dovrebbe essere periodicamente ispezionata e pulita. In caso
di rotture, crepe, buchi o danni gravi che pregiudicano la visuale, la lamina deve essere sostituita.
Per operare in modo più effcace e sicuro, selezionare il grado di oscuramento corretto.
Se il filtro non è impermeabile, prestare attenzione affinché non vi penetri acqua.
Assicurarsi che la luce dell’arco venga ricevuta completamente dal sensore, altrimenti il filtro rimarrà
chiaro oppure oscurerà in modo instabile, causando danni alle persone.
Utilizzare il filtro automatico ad una temperatura compresa fra -1 0°C ~ +55°C (+1 4°F ~ +1 31 °F).
Non smontare il filtro, in caso di problemi, contattare la nostra azienda o un suo rappresentante.

nauki i techniki takich jak LCD, detekcja optoelektryczna, zasilanie na ogniwa słoneczne, elementy
mikroelektroniczne. Maska ta jest w stanie nie tylko wydajnie chronić oczy operatora przed urazem

2. O TRZEŻENIE

Niniejsze przyłbice oraz soczewki nie nadają się do zastosowania przy spawaniu typu „nad głową”, przy

Przyłbice spawalnicze zostały zaprojektowane w celu ochrony oczu i twarzy przed iskrami, odpryskami, i

powierzchnię pracy. Podczas uderzania łukiem, filtr natychmiast ściemnia się automatycznie. Jeśli łuk
gaśnie, filtr ponownie staje się przezroczysty.
Czas zmiany z ciemnego na jasny wynosi ok. 0,1 ms. Czas zmiany z ciemnego na jasny może zostać
