How to Light a Gas Surface Burner
Push the control knob in and turn it to

Sealed Gas Burners
The smaller bm'ner (right rear position)
will give the best simmer results for
delicate foods, such as sauces or foods
which need to cook over low heat for a
long time. It can be turned down to a very
low setting.

How to Select Flame Size
For safe handling of cookware, never let the flames
extend up the sides of the cookware.

Aluminum: Medium-weight cookware is
reconm_ended because it heats quickly
