Important safety precaution:
Before use, please read the instructions carefully, and keep them on file, including the warranty
receipt and,if possible,the box with the internal packing . If you pass the appliance on to a third
party ,please pass on the manual .
Operate the machine strictly according to the instructions of the manual.
Duty will be on user's side if the machine is damaged or anyone is hurt by the machine when
operated not according to the instruction of the manual.

Turn off the machine ,when assemble accessories, change the accessories ,and clean the
machine before or after use .

Please don’t touch the operated parts when machine is working .

repairing.

Please don’t use the machine when the head is lifting .

Please don’t make machine body ,power cord and plug damp or close to water and other

Make the machine work in AC power and rated voltage. Rating label is under the bottom of
machine . Please keep the speed in “OFF” level .

Please don’t put the machine near fire,combustible items (curtain,textile),induction
cooker,oven etc.

Please keep the machine on a flat table-board .
l
Please don’t repair the machine by yourself . There will be electric shock if you try to open or
remove the top cover by yourself .

Please keep the machine far away from children , and put it where children can not touch it .

How to test before first-time use:
1. Remove all packages, and clean all parts .
2. Turn on the machine with AC power .
3. Test the machine with Speed 1,2,3,4,5,6.OFF,P .
4. Press the lifting button and check the lifting function .
5. Turn off the machine after the test is OK .
How to use with different food :
lPut the food mixture into the bowl, Press the lifting button to make the machine head up .
lAssemble the transparent lid for safety and better use. Pls make the feeding hole forward
outside for easier feeding .
lPut the bowl on the machine ,and make it locked .
lAssemble the mixing accessories .
lPress the head well .
lTurn on the machine.
Mixing the dough ,for making bread or short pastry ( Using Dough Hook )
1.The ratio of flour and liquid is 5:3
2.Operating 30seconds with speed 1, finally working 3-4 minutes with speed 2 .
Attention : Only speed 1-2 can be used when mixing the dough , otherwise the machine will
be damaged. Working time can not be over 10mins .
3.The maximum dough amount is 1000g,
4.Please turn off the machine if there is a heavy load, and reduce the dough amount , then turn on
the machine again .
Mixing the eggs white and cream ( Using whisk )
1.Operating 3-5 minutes with speed 6 .
2.Can mix 3-13 eggs .
3. The performance will be much better if the eggs are stored in normal temperature, not from
refrigerator.
4.Please make sure there is no oil fat or egg yolk when mixing the egg white .
5.Do not mixing the eggs ,cream or other liquid which is over the bowl max.amount .

Stirring other food ( Using beater )
1.
Put the food into the bowl , stirring about 3mins with speed 2-4
2.Don’t stirring the food ,which is over the bowl max.amount .If there is too much
food in the bowl , please slow speed.
3.Switch the speed to level 0, turn off the machine, pull out the plug before removing
the bowl .
How to clean :

Turn off the machine and make sure it unplugged before cleaning .
l
It is normal that there will be some oil dirty on mixing accessories connector, just
clean it .
l
Please clean the machine after the machine cool down .
l
Please do not let the water or other liquid enter the machine inside ,to avoid
damage or electric shock .
Main machine body
1.Clean it with wet cloth first, and then use dry cloth to clean it again .
2.Please do not use rough cloth to clean it or put the machine into water .
Bowl
1.
Wash the bowl by hand or in the dishwasher.
2.The bowl belongs to stainless steel, so please do not wash it with electric brush ,wire
other abrasive objects etc..
3.Please do not put it on stove,induction cooker,or in toaster oven ,micro-oven etc .
Mixing accessories
1.
Wash them by hand and dry them .
2. Do not use wire brushes or other abrasive objects .
3. Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents .
Transparent lid
1.
Wash it by hand and dry it .
2. Do not use wire brushes or other abrasive objects .

Meat Grinder /Sausage maker /Cookie maker
1. Remove the meat grinder from the machine .
2. Wash them with clean water .
3. The blade of meat grinder is sharp ! Please proceed carefully when disassembling,cleaning
and assembling the individual parts .
4. Do not use wire brushes or other abrasive objects .
5. Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents .
How to Store:
1.Clean the appliance as described.Let accessories dry completely .
2.We recommend that you keep the appliance in the original packaging,if you do not want to use it
for a longer period .
3.Always store the appliance out of reach of children in a well ventilated ,dry places.
Special Safety Instructions :
1. Users must operated the machine strictly according to the using manual .
2. Our machine can automatically stop after working 10 minutes .Users can choose to turn on it
after the machine cooling down after 20 minutes .
3. Please use speed 1,2,3 to mixing the dough , not allow to use higher speed level or “P”level.
Higher level will make the machine damaged because of over load ,which will not be
involved in warranty range .
4. Prior to operating the machine ,please ensure to assemble the transparent lid. Do not touch
the mixing accessories with your hands or put your hands into the bowl .
5. Place the machine on the flat table surface , which can make it more stable and not shock
when it working .
6. Before plugged in ,please make sure it in speed “0”,after plugged in , adjust the speed from
level “0”.
7. Pay much attention to ventilation and heat dissipation-keep the machine far away from heat
source (gas cooker,refrigerator,rice cooker etc).There are heat-dissipation holes in the bottom
and back of machine , please don’t let the wall or other things block the holes for better heat

dissipation

8. Reduce its continuous working time , ensure the machine head not very hot ,otherwise stop
the machine at once and let it cooling down .
