WARRANTYCONDITIONS GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
The warrantyperiod is 36 monthsand beginswith
the saletothe end user. The receipt must clearlylist
the dateof purchaseandthe part number, inaddition
it shouldbe printed. Keep the receipt forthe entire
warrantyperiod sinceit is required forall warranty
claims. During the warrantyperiod the defective
itemswillbe credited, repaired orreplaced at the
manufacturer's expense.Workcarried out underthe
warrantyneitherextendsthe warrantyperiod nor
startsanew warrantyperiod. The manufacturer
reservestheright tovoidanywarrantyclaimfor
damagesordefectsdue tomisuse, abuseor
externalimpact (falling down, impact, ingress of
water, dust, contamination orbreak). Wearing parts
(e.g. rechargeablebatteries)areexcluded fromthe
warranty. Upon receipt of theRMAgoods, Gembird
Europe B.V. reservesthe right tochoosebetween
replacement of defectivegoodsorissuing acredit

GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN CONDITIONSDEGARANTIE
Degarantietermijnbedraagt 36 maanden en gaat in
op de aankoopdatumvan het product doorde
eindgebruiker. Opde aankoopbon moeten de
aankoopdatumen productomschrijving duidelijk
vermeldstaan. Gelievede aankoopbonde gehele
garantieperiode tebewaren, dezeis ten alletijden
benodigd voorallegarantieaanspraken.Tijdensde
garantieperiode zullen allegebreken verholpen of
vervangen worden doorde fabrikant d.m.v. reparatie,
omruiling vanhet defecteonderdeelof het gehele
apparaat. Aanspraken tijdensde garantieperiode
leiden niet totverlenging hiervan. Garantieaanspraak
vervalt bij schade of gebrekendieontstaanzijndoor
oneigenlijkgebruik, misbruikof invloedenvan
buitenaf (vallen, stoten, water, stof, vuil of breken).
Slijtagegevoelige onderdelen (b.v.batterijen)zijn
uitgesloten van garantie. Bij ontvangstvan deRMA
goederen behoudt Gembirdzichhet recht omte
kiezen tussen vervanging van de defectewaren of
het uitgeven van een kreditnota. Het bedrag vande
kreditnotazalaltijdgecalculeerdzijnop basis van de
huidige marktprijs voorhet defecteprodukt.

mauvaiseutilisation,abus ouleseffets externes (chute,
choc,pénétrationde l'eau,la poussière,etc..).
Les pièces d'usure(par exempleles pilesrechargeables)
sont exclus de lagarantie.
Dès réception dela marchandisesousgarantie,le SAV
de Gembird Europe BVseréservele droitde choisir
entre le remplacement desproduits défectueuxou de
délivrer un avoir.
Le montant d’avoir sera toujourscalculéesurla basede
la valeur actuelle dumarchédesproduitsdéfectueux.

ГААНТИЙНЫЙ ТАЛОН УМОВИ ГААНТІЙНОГО ОБСЛУГОВУВАННЯ
1. Гарантийное обслуживание предоставляется втечение
срока гарантии, при наличии правильно ичетко заполненного
гарантийного талона, иизделия вполной комплектации.
Серийный номер имодель изделия должны соответствовать
указанным вгарантийном талоне.
2. Гарантийное обслуживание представляет собой бесплатное
устранение всех неполадок (ремонт), или замену изделия на
новое (аналогичное).
3. Гарантия не распространяется на неисправности,
вызванные следующими причинами:
•использование изделия не по назначению.
• нарушение условий эксплуатации, хранения или перевозки
изделия, которые указаны внастоящей инструкции.
• подключение нестандартных или неисправных периферийных
устройств, аксессуаров.
•механические повреждения, попадание внутрь изделия
посторонних предметов, веществ, жидкостей, насекомых.
•ремонт изделия не уполномоченными на то лицами.
4. Комплектность ивнешний вид изделия проверяются
Покупателем при получении товара вприсутствии персонала
фирмы.
Послепродажные претензии по укомплектованности и
внешнему виду не принимаются.
