WOODEN BLOCK LETTER
BOARD
Inspired by traditional counting frames and a nostalgic
reminder of our childhood toys, the Wooden Block Letter
Board is a number and letter display designed to be easily
changeable and updated with the use of wooden cubes
which slide on and off the rails.
The Wooden Block Letter Board is designed with a focus
on quality, functionality and longevity to be used as a
better way to display messages in your business.

CARE GUIDE
Where you install your product depends on its material/s.
Wooden and Steel Products: We recommend using these
products inside or under a shelter where they are
protected from any exposure to rain or water.
Aluminum Products: These products are non-corrosive
and suitable for use outside.
Chalk Products: You should use traditional dry chalk. We
don't recommend using liquid chalk pens on our products.
Transportable Outdoor Signage: If there is exposure to
wind, we recommend bringing signage inside to protect it
from the extremes. We offer Sandbags to help support
your product in moderate wind conditions.

Using the top sticker jig or a measuring tape and a level,
mark the center points of the side brackets that are exactly
108mm apart.
Place the top of the side bracket sticker jigs on center at
these marks. Place a level on the side of the side bracket
sticker jig so that the screw holes are perfectly vertical. It
helps to have someone hold the level while doing this step.

Once the side bracket sticker jigs are in place, check to
make sure these are vertical and each of the screw holes
are 108mm apart from the centre point of the holes on the
opposite bracket gig.
Then using a screw or sharp pencil, press the center point
of the screw holes on each screw hole to mark the screw
holes through the jig onto the wall. Press hard.
Then you can remove the jigs off the wall and insert the
screws into the wall. Take care with the screws and ensure
to install them straight and not at an angle.

Stickers are applied simply by selecting the letter or
symbol you need. By matching the relief paper to the block,
you will ensure the letter is straight and centered each
time.

