Warnhinweis: Bewegliche Teile der Handbetätigung!
Während des Betriebs dürfen Körperteile nicht im Beweg ngs-
radi s der Handbetätig ng geführt werden
Hinweis: Schraubensicherung!
Die Schra ben z r Befestig ng des Antriebes (1) nd
des Zwischenstücks nten (5) werden mit «Loctite 243»
oder äq ivalenten gesichert.
Montage mit Handbetätigung
1. Die beiden Klammern (6) der Adapterplatte (7) lösen nd diese mit
dem Stellantrieb (1) vom M ltif nktions-Mod l (9) entfernen.
2. Die vier Schra ben z m Antrieb (1) lösen nd diesen von der
Adapterplatte (7) entfernen.
3. Zwischenstück oben (2) wird mit zwei k rzen Schra ben an Antrieb
(1) befestigt. Die Indexier ng vom Antrieb (1) z m Zwischenstück
oben (2) beachten!
4. K ppl ngshebel (3) in Antrieb (1) stecken. Die Stell ng vom Antrieb
(1) nd vom K gelhahn (10) müssen identisch sein!
5. Zwischenstück nten (5) wird mit zwei k rzen Schra ben an
Adapterplatte (7) befestigt. Die Indexier ng von der Adapterplatte
(7) z m Zwischenstück nten (5) beachten!
6. La ffläche zwischen Zwischenstück nten (5) nd Stellhebels (4)
fetten (z.B. Silikonfett).
7. Stellhebel (4) in K ppl ngshebel (3) nd Zwischenstück nten (5) in
Zwischenstück oben (2) stecken.
8. Adapterplatte (7) wird mit zwei langen Schra ben an Antrieb (1)
befestigt.
9. Stellhebel (4) in K ppl ng (8) führen nd Adapterplatte (7) mit
M ltif nktions-Mod l (9) a srichten.
10. Adapterplatte (7) mit Klammern (6) am M ltif nktions-Mod l (7)
befestigen.
Betrieb der Handbetätigung
1. Der Antrieb (1) in Endstell ng fahren (offen bzw. geschlossen).
2. Betätig ngsklinke am Stellhebel (4) drücken.
3. D rch drehen des Stellhebels (4) wird Antrieb (1) vom K gelhahn
(10) entk ppelt.
4. Einrasten des Stellhebels (4) in K ppl ngshebel (3) sicherstellen.

All screws of act ator (1) and intermediate piece below (5)
has a thread locking («Loctite 243» or equivalent).
Mounting with manual override
1. Solve both clamps (6) of adapter plate (7) and remove theses parts
with the act ator (1) o t of m ltif ncional mod le (9).
2. Solve fo r screws of the act ator (1) and remove the adapter
plate (7).
3. Mo nt intermediate piece on top (2) with two short srews onto the
act ator (1). Attention: Discriptior asignments!
4. P t co pling lever (3) in act ator (1). The position of act ator (1)
and ball valve (10) m st be the same!
5. Mo nt intermediate piece below (5) with two short screws onto
adapter plate (7). Attention: Discriptior asignments!
6. To ching s rface between intermediate piece below (5) and control
lever (4) m st be greased (e.g. silicon).
7. P t control lever (4) in co pling lever (3) and intermediate piece
below (5) in intermediate piece on top (2).
8. Mo nt adapter plate (7) with two long screws onto the act ator (1).
9. P t control lever (4) in co pling piece (8). Attention: Discriptior
asignments!
10. Mo nt adapter plate (7) with clamps (6) onto m ltif nctional
mod le (7).
Operation of manaul override
1. The act ator (1) is in end position (open or close).
2. P t down the catch of control lever (4).
3. With t rning of control lever (4) the act ator (1) is disco pled o t of
ball valve (10).
4. Sec re that the control lever (4) co ple in co pling lever (3).
