About this guide
We’re here to help you get the most from your twist & go blender,
so please keep hold of this manual for future use.

THIS PRODUCT WAS DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED TO
MEET STRICT QUALITY AND SAFETY STANDARDS. THERE ARE,
HOWEVER, SOME OPERATIONAL PRECAUTIONS THAT YOU
SHOULD BE AWARE OF.
1. Read all warnings & instructions in this manual to ensure you
get the best out of your product.
2. For household use only. Only use this appliance for its
intended purpose as described in this manual. This appliance
is only suitable for domestic use and is not designed for
commercial use.
3. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
4. This appliance can be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
5. Children shall not play with the appliance.
6. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is
left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
7. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts that move when in use.
8. Danger of injury! Care shall be taken when handling the sharp
cutting blade, emptying the bottle and during cleaning.

10. Before connecting the twist & go blender to the power, check
the voltage shown on the appliance corresponds with the
voltage in your home. If it doesn’t, contact your local store.
11. Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or
plug. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer,itsserviceagentorsimilarlyqualiedpersonsto
avoid a hazard.

& go blender, cord, or plug in water or liquid.
13. Remove all protective wrapping prior to use.
14. The cord shouldn’t hang over the edge of a table or counter,
or touch a hot surface.
15. Do not place the appliance on or near gas or electric hobs or
by ovens.

Place away from the edge of the countertop.
17. Do not use attachments not recommended by the
manufacturer. They could pose a safety risk to the user and
may damage the appliance. Only use original parts and
accessories.
18. Keep away from harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
19. Unplug the appliance when not in use and before removing or
changing the bottles.
20. Never leave the appliance unattended when in use.
21. WARNING: Do not place the blade unit on the motor unless
the bottle is attached properly.
22. The bottle and blade unit must be properly tightened, sealed
and placed correctly on the motor before use.
23. Do not use the appliance to blend when the bottles are empty
as this could damage the unit.
24. Do not blend hot liquids in the bottles. Allow any hot liquids to
cool to a lukewarm temperature before pouring them into the
bottles.
25. The bottles are not intended for use in the microwave.
26. Do not use the appliance to blend ice. Do not use to blend any
hard ingredients such as nuts and remove any stones from fruit.
Always add liquids to dry food.

28. To prevent overheating, never allow the motor to run for
more than 1 minute at a time. Allow the appliance to cool
for at least 1 minute in between operation cycles and only
operate for a maximum of 3 consecutive cycles. After 3 cycles
allow the appliance to cool for 10 minutes before next use.
29. Rinse the blades under a tap straight after use to remove
debris. This will make it easier to clean properly a little later.
30. Plastic bottles and lids are dishwasher safe. Blades are not
dishwasher safe.
31. Please don’t dismantle. If a fault occurs, have the twist & go
blenderinspectedinaqualiedrepairshoporreturntous
at ASDA.

2. Place the motor unit on a flat, stable surface, making
sure the rubber feet are firmly on the work surface.
Ensure there are no accessories placed on the motor
before plugging into the mains.
1. Before first use, remove all packaging and wash the blade unit, bottles and resealable
lids in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

...use your twist & go blender
Please note
This blender can be used for uids (e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups,
milks, drinks and shakes) or soft ingredients (e.g. fruit and protein powders). Do not use
to blend hard seeds or ice. Do not use for hot liquid or food. Don’t overll the bottles.
The bottles aren’t suitable for use in the microwave.

4. Fill the bottle with liquid first, then add the food you
wish to mix. Do not exceed the maximum marker on
the bottle (600ml/20 Oz).
NOTE: Peel and core any fruit or soft vegetables
and cut them into small chunks, roughly 1cm square.
Always add a liquid to dry ingredients.
6.Tip the assembled bottle and blade unit upside down
so the blade unit is at the bottom. Align the blade
unit with the top of the motor unit, making sure the 3
nodules on the bottle align with the voids in the motor
unit.
5.Screw the blade unit onto the bottle, taking care whilst
handling the sharp blade. Make sure the lid is sealed
properly.
3. Slot the plug into the wall socket and switch
the power on.

Please note
Don’t operate the appliance continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the appliance
to cool for at least 1 minute in between operation cycles for a maximum of 3 cycles.
Then allow 10 minutes to cool. Do not operate the blender with the empty bottle and
never use to grind hard ingredients, as this can cause damage.
7.Press down (1) and turn clockwise (2) until the bottle
can’t move anymore. Press and hold the power button
to start blending.
8.When satisfied with the consistency of the mixture,
remove the bottle and blade unit from the motor unit
and unplug from the mains.
9. Turn the bottle over so the blade is at the top.
Carefully unscrew the blade unit by turning
anticlockwise.
10. Decant the mixture into a suitable drinking vessel or
simply screw on the supplied resealable lid and use
the bottle as a drinking vessel. Make sure the lid is
sealed correctly.

Make sure the twist & go blender is switched off and disconnected from the power.
Take care when washing the blade unit.
1. Carefully remove the blade unit from the bottle. Beware
of the sharp blade. For easier cleaning the blade unit
can be removed from the housing.
2. Wash the bottles, resealable lids and blade unit in warm,
soapy water and rinse under a hot tap. (The bottles and
resealable lids are also dishwasher safe.)
3. The twist & go blender motor unit can only be wiped
clean with a damp cloth.
4. If debris is in the locking mechanism of the motor unit,
brush away with a small, dry brush.
5. Dry all parts thoroughly before storing.
1. Switch the twist & go blender off once you get the right consistency.
2. Never use the twist & go blender to crush ice or large pieces of frozen foods, grind
bones or process spices.
3. Remove the assembled bottle from the motor unit and carefully remove the blade unit
before scraping the inside of the bottle.
4. When blending thick mixtures (e.g. pâté and dips), you may need to scrape down the
inside of the bottle. If the mixture is too difficult to blend, add more liquid.
5. For easiest blending add liquids first, then solids.
6. The twist & go blender cannot beat egg whites, whip cream, mash potatoes, grind
meats, mix dough or extract juice from fruit and vegetables.

How to…
…change the fuse
1. Only use a 3 amp fuse.
2. To change the fuse, place a screwdriver into the
recess of the plug cover and pull the fuse holder
upward until it’s free.
3. Slide the fuse out and pop in the replacement.
4. Slot the fuse holder back into the recess and push
down until it locks into place.
