Work Flow
1. O2source and compressed air get in to theregulator box, both adjusted
with pressure to 2 bars, it same with 2 kg/cm2
2. After O2set by regulator at first branch to nozzle through ball valve and
needle valve, another one get in 3 way valve
3. Compressed air after set by regulator get in to 3 way valve
4. 3 way valve functioned for supplying fraction that coose compressed
air, O2, or stop
5. Fraction or flow passing the needle valve to regulating air flow-in to
ventury system

7
6. If that air flow through nozzle and entering the ventury hole, then the air
at around the nozzle will suctioned. If the needle valve fraction closed,
then air from the outside will sunctioned thruogh check valve
7. If needle valve opened, then supply from 3 ways valve will enter with 2
bars pressure. Therefore, check valve will closed and air from the
outside couldn’t entering it. So, if 2 ways valve we choose O2, then the
fraction can reach 100%. If we choose compressed air, then fraction
can reach 21% according to the setting of both needle valve
8. During the operation, both ball valve must be opened
