Notice Before Use
Important
- For safety purpose, you should read the instructions carefully before using the appliance for the rst time. Save
the instructions for future reference.
- The appliance is designed for domestic use and may only be operated in accordance with this instruction manual.

1. After unpacking the unit and before any use, make sure the mechanical parts of the unit and all its attachments
are not damaged.
2. Do not leave packing elements (plastic bags, cardboard, polystyrene, etc.) within reach of children, as they
could be dangerous.
3. Before use, check that your voltage corresponds to the voltage marked on the rating plate of the appliance. This
appliance is designed to work on alternative current (A.C.) only.
4. If an extension cable is used, it must be in good condition and should observe local safety laws.
5. This appliance must only be used for the purposes it was designed for. Any other use is considered improper
and thus dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damages deriving from improper,
awkward and unreasonable uses.
6. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is operated near children.
7. The blades are very sharp, handle them with the utmost care.
8. Do not place the appliance on or near gas or electric burner or a heated oven.
9. Do not allow the cord to hang over edge of counter or get in touch with hot surface.
10. Do not use attachments other than those come with this unit.
11. Disconnect the plug from the socket when not using the appliance.
12. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
13. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a licensed electrician in order to
avoid a hazard.
14. Repairs should only be carried out by German Pool or a licensed technician/electrician. Do not dismantle the
appliance by yourself.

Caution
Do not immerse the appliance completely in water.
Attention
Before removing the blender from the food container, wait a few seconds until the blade has come to a complete halt.
1. Select a suitable blade to blend and mix the food to work perfectly. Use a cloth to change the blade.
-- Blade (a) chops vegetables, fruits, salads, berries, baby food and dough.
-- Blade (b) blends sauces, milk shakes and frothy creams.
-- Blade (c) whisks up cream, mayonnaise, cocktails and shakes.
2. Place the blade-end of the blender into the container with food.
3. Press the “On/Off” button.
4. Press the button to switch off blender.
For Better Results
- Do not use the appliance in the absence of liquid or when food is too dry. It may irreparably damage your appliance.
- From time to time, press the button and pause the operation for a short time. Based on the type of food, repeat this as desired.
- The hand-held blender can also be used directly in a saucepan.

1. Place the key below the thread on the shaft.
2. While stabilizing the shaft with the key, remove the blade by
unscrewing it in anti-clockwise direction.
3. Place the replacing blade on the shaft and turn it clockwise.
Caution
- Disconnect the power supply when changing blades.
- Be cautious when handling blades as they are very sharp and can cause injuries. It is highly advised to use a
cloth while changing blades.
Cleaning
- Before cleaning, always switch off the appliance, unplug from socket and allow the appliance to cool down.
- Use a damp cloth to clean the unit body.
- Never immerse the motor housing into water or place it in a dishwasher.
- Be cautious while washing the blades. These metal blades could hurt your hand.
- To avoid thermal shock, wait until the hand-held blender has cooled down completely before washing it in cold water.

3. 為避免火災或漏電的危險，請確保插座電壓與產品標籤上列明之電壓相符。建議獨立使用
一個220~240V插座。本產品只適用於交流(A.C.)電流。
4. 如要使用延長插座，請必須確保延長插座狀態良好，並應遵照本地的有關法例使用。
5. 任何不依照本產品原來設計目的之使用均被視作不當、不合理或危險。一切因對本產品作

1. 因應要處理的食物，選擇適用的刀片，用乾布協助裝上刀片。
-刀片(a)用作切碎蔬菜、水果、沙律、莓類、嬰兒食物和粉團。
-刀片(b)用來拌和或調配醬汁、奶昔和泡沫奶油。
-刀片(c)用以攪打奶油忌廉、蛋黃醬、雞尾酒和奶昔。
2. 將攪拌器有刀片的一端插入容器內之食物中。
3. 按下開關按鈕啟動攪拌器。
4. 完成後，按下按鈕停止攪拌器運作。
特別注意
切勿將本產品完全浸泡於水中。.
注意
應先等數秒鐘，待攪拌器刀片完全停止轉動後才從容器中提出攪拌器。
溫馨提示
-請勿使用攪拌器於沒有水份或過乾之食物，否則會損壞產品。
- 不時按下開關鈕以暫停攪拌，然後再按按鈕繼續，這樣攪拌效果會更佳，亦可根據不同的食
物種類和需要重複以上動作。
- 本產品可直接在鍋子中使用。

1. 將刀片更換匙從縫間插入刀片軸。
2. 一邊利用更換匙固定刀片軸，一邊將刀片向逆時
針方向扭，拆下刀片。
3. 將另一刀片放在軸上，向順時針方向上緊。
清洗
- 清潔前，必須先關機和拔下電源線。請待攪拌器完全冷卻後方進行清潔。
- 請使用濕布清潔攪拌器機身。
- 切勿將攪拌器完全浸泡於水中或置於洗碗碟機中清洗。
- 刀片非常鋒利，清洗時請特別小心，以免割傷。
- 於使用冷水清洗前，請先將攪拌器冷卻，以免機件爆裂。
注意
-更換刀片前必須先關機和拔掉電源線。
-刀片非常鋒利，更換時請特別小心，建議使用乾布輔助。
