A. WARNINGS FOR CORRECT USE
Read all the instructions and warnings carefully before using SX1 CONTROLLER.
Failure to read and/or observe the instructions and warnings can lead to incorrect use of the device
or its malfunction, resulting in product damage and personal injuries.
SX1 CONTROLLER IS INTENDED ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR RACING USE.
GENERAL WARNINGS
1. Follow the instructions described in this manual to prevent vehicle damages.
2. Do not modify or replace the material supplied by GET.
3. Always make sure that no installed part can interfere with the hot parts of the engine, thE
steering components or with the rider.
4. The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and/or animals as it contains small
sized components that could be swallowed.
5. Do not use the product for purposes other than those specified in these instructions.
6. Do not use high pressure washers on the product.
SPECIFIC WARNINGS
1. SX1 CONTROLLER works only with GET SX1 PRO ECUs. It is not compatible with the OEM or any
other different ECU.
2. Always make sure that SX1 CONTROLLER is properly installed and functional prior to use.
3. Never expose the device to temperatures above 70°C /158°F.
4. Install it when the engine is cold.

B. PRODUCT LAYOUT
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE SX1 CONTROLLER:
• MAP SELECTION:
With the SX1 Controller, you have total control over the power of your motorbike. Change maps to
adapt to any terrain and conditions in real time.
•GPA TRACTION CONTROL SETTINGS
Enter the curve and open the throttle! Adjust the level of Traction Control - GPA, the technology
patented by GET - and complete the turn faster than everyone else.
•LAUNCH CONTROL ACTIVATION
Select Launch Control mode. When the gate drops, release the clutch and get the holeshot!
• QUICKSHIFTER MANAGEMENT
Activate or deactivate the possibility of changing gear without using the clutch.
• ENGINE OVERHEATING SIGNAL
Get critical alerts immediately, like engine overheating. Keep tabs on your vehicle’s health and enjoy
worry-free driving.

C. SX1 CONTROLLER INSTALLATION
REMEMBER TO WORK IN SAFE CONDITIONS AND TO KEEP THE ENGINE
TURNED OFF.
1. Remove the original
combined switch and install
SX1 CONTROLLER on the
handlebar.
2. Connect the SX1 CONTROLLER
connector to the connector on the
“MAIN” cable of the GET control
unit. CONTROL UNIT SX1 CONTROLLER
ATTENTION:
-To connect the SX1 CONTROLLER control unit and the SX1 CONNECT simultaneously, use the GL-
264-AA harness included in the SX1 PRO control unit kit.
-Always make sure that the connectors are correctly associated; you will hear a “click” when you hook
them together, and that will tell you they are correctly connected.
-Make sure that the free movement of the handlebar in both directions is not hindered, and that the
product never hinders or interferes with the moving parts of the motorbike or with the rider.

- RACE MODE: once the motorbike is started, SX1 CONTROLLER will quickly and automatically check
the operation of all LEDs. All functions are active, except for the Hi-Temp overheating alarm;
-TRAINING MODE: once the motorbike is started, SX1 CONTROLLER will automatically check the
operating status. All functions are active.
The device is initially set to RACE MODE: it is possible to change the operating mode using SX1
CONNECT with the free WiGET app or with the GET Maya programming software (sold separately).

D. OPERATION OF SX1 CONTROLLER

To set the GPA intervention level, first choose the desired mapping (MAP 1 or
MAP 2), then press the GPA activation button highlighted at the bottom left for
approximately two seconds until a flashing GREEN number appears.
When the function is active, the LED will also light up in GREEN.
To change the GPA intervention level, press the map selection buttons until the desired level is
reached:
To exit GPA level settings mode, simply do not press any buttons for approximately three seconds.
Once you exit settings mode, you can check the set GPA level by pressing the activation button
briefly: the number displayed will correspond to the set GPA level.
For beginners, a good suggestion to find the ideal GPA level setting (which can be totally different
from pilot to pilot) would be to start riding at level 10 and then decrease the GPA assistance level until
you reach the one that is most suitable for you.

ATTENTION: If LC-GPA is installed as an accessory, the control unit follows the indications of
the values set with LC-GPA. The control unit is equipped with a Recovery function which, in the
event of breakage and/or malfunction of the LC-GPA, continues to apply the set values until
the engine is started up the next time;
*Function not available for KTM, HUSQVARNA, GASGAS Cross 125 and Enduro 150 cc models.

LAUNCH CONTROL ACTIVATION*
The Launch Control functionality is available and settable for both maps.
As soon as the rider closes the throttle when entering a curve, Launch Control mode will automatically
turn off.
WARNING:
it is possible to activate the “Launch Control” mode only with the engine running at idle speed.
*Function not available for KTM, HUSQVARNA, GASGAS Cross 125 and Enduro 150 cc models.

QUICKSHIFTER
To activate the Quickshifter functionality, briefly press the highlighted button
on the bottom right. When the function is active, the LED will light up in
YELLOW.
ATTENTION: this function is available for all Offroad 4T KTM,
HUSQVARNA, GASGAS my 2024 models because the Quickshifter
sensor is fitted as standard equipment.
The GET Quickshifter accessory is sold separately for YAMAHA, HONDA, and
KAWASAKI Offroad 4T models: using the Get Quickshifter sensor, it is possible
to integrate this functionality on applications that originally did not support it.
NOTE: Temperature thresholds can be changed using the GET Maya
programming software (sold separately).

HI-TEMP ENGINE OVERHEATING SIGNAL*
When the engine temperature exceeds 100°C (212°F), a flashing ORANGE letter H
will be displayed to inform the pilot of the potential danger.

We declare that this product supplied is compliant with RoHS Directive
2011/65/EU amended by the Directive 2015/863/EU (RoHS3) relative
on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances.

LED BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT
SX1 CONTROLLER has two LED brightness levels, HIGH and LOW.

Pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 49 of 14 March 2014,
“Implementation of Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and
electronic equipment (WEEE)”.
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol displayed on a product or its
packaging indicates that when the equipment reaches the end of
its life cycle it must be disposed of separately from other waste for purposes of
treatment and recycling. Once such products reach the end of their life cycle, users
may dispose of them free of charge at special municipal centres for the collection of
waste electrical and electronic equipment, or return them to the distributor under
one of the following arrangements:
- very small products, i.e., equipment with no external dimension exceeding 25
cm, may be returned with no obligation to buy to distributors whose sales areas
dedicated to electrical and electronic equipment exceed 400 m2. Distributors with
Smaller sales areas are not obliged to participate in this scheme.
- products of dimensions greater than 25 cm may be returned to distributors under
a “one for one” arrangement, i.e. the distributor is only obliged to receive the product
in return for the purchase of a new, equivalent product, with one new product being
purchased for every waste product returned.
The separate collection and subsequent processing of products for purposes of
recycling, treatment and environmentally sound disposal helps avoid potentially
harmful effects on the environment and human health, and facilitates the reuse/
recycling of the materials contained in the products.
Users abusively disposing of products are subject to the penalties applicable under
the respective legislation.
F. DISPOSAL

F. WARRANTY
Athena S.p.A. warrants to the consumer that the product is free of defects in material
and workmanship for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase, which
must be certified by a document valid for fiscal purposes. The warranty can only
be exercised by the original consumer of the product purchased from an authorized
dealer or through the Athena S.p.A. sales channel.
During the warranty period, the product – if the relevant defect has been
ascertained following an internal assessment – will be repaired or replaced without
any additional cost for workmanship and materials. The warranty shall not apply in
the following cases:
• Normal wear and tear of the product;
• Improper use of the product;
• Improper installation;
• Damages arising from repairs or alterations by unauthorized personnel;
• Damages arising from misuse, accidents and failure to observe the precautions
required;
• Inadequate maintenance.
Athena S.p.A. shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, expenses and direct or
indirect costs arising from the product or ascribable to the latter.
In case of repairs or replacement, the product will be covered by warranty until the
expiry of the original warranty. The product’s repair or replacement may involve the
use of equivalent parts in place of the original parts.
The removed parts or replaced products will become the property of Athena S.p.A.
This warranty issued by Athena S.p.A. does not in any way affect the rights and
remedies expressly envisaged and recognized to the consumer pursuant to the
national or regional laws in force concerning the sale of consumer goods, nor does it
limit the consumer’s rights towards the dealer arising from the sales contract. This
warranty is exclusively valid in the countries in which the product was marketed and
sold by Athena S.p.A. or by an authorized dealer.

A. AVVERTENZE PER UN USO CORRETTO
Leggere attentamente tutte le istruzioni e le avvertenze prima di utilizzare SX1 CONTROLLER.
La mancata lettura e/o osservanza delle istruzioni e delle avvertenze può portare ad un uso
scorretto del dispositivo o al relativo malfunzionamento, con conseguenti danni al prodotto e
lesioni personali.
SX1 CONTROLLER È INTESO SOLO ED ESCLUSIVAMENTE PER L’USO RACING.
AVVERTENZE GENERALI
1. Seguire le istruzioni descritte nel presente manuale per evitare danni alla moto.
2. Non modificare o sostituire il materiale fornito da GET.
3. Assicurarsi sempre che nessun componente installato possa interferire con le parti calde del
motore, con i componenti dello sterzo o con il pilota.
4. Il prodotto non è un giocattolo. Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini e/o degli animali, poiché
contiene componenti di piccole dimensioni che potrebbero essere ingeriti.
5. Non utilizzare il prodotto per scopi diversi da quelli specificati nelle presenti istruzioni.
6. Non utilizzare idropulitrici ad alta pressione sul prodotto.
AVVERTENZE SPECIFICHE
1. SX1 CONTROLLER funziona solo con le centraline GET SX1 PRO. Non è compatibile con l’originale
o con qualsiasi altra centralina diversa.
2. Assicurarsi sempre che SX1 CONTROLLER sia correttamente installato e funzionale prima de
ll’uso.
3. Mai esporre il dispositivo a temperature superiori a 70°C/158°F.
4. Installarlo quando il motore è freddo.

B. LAYOUT DEL PRODOTTO

Con SX1 Controller hai la gestione totale sulla potenza della tua moto. Cambia le mappe per adattarti
in tempo reale a qualsiasi terreno e condizione.
•IMPOSTAZIONE GPA TRACTION CONTROL
Entra in curva e apri tutto! Regola il livello di Traction Control - GPA, la tecnologia brevettata da GET
- e diventa il più veloce nella percorrenza di curva.
•ATTIVAZIONE LAUNCH CONTROL
Seleziona la modalità Launch Control. Giù il cancello, rilascia la frizione e conquista l’holeshot!
• GESTIONE QUICKSHIFTER
Attiva o disattiva la possibilità di cambiare marcia senza l’utilizzo della frizione.
• SEGNALAZIONE SURRISCALDAMENTO
Ricevi immediatamente avvisi critici come il surriscaldamento del motore. Tieni sotto controllo la
salute del tuo veicolo e goditi una guida senza preoccupazioni.

C. INSTALLAZIONE DI SX1 CONTROLLER

RICORDARSI DI LAVORARE IN CONDIZIONI DI SICUREZZA E DI TENERE IL MOTORE
SPENTO.
1. Smontare l’interruttore
combinato originale ed
installare SX1 CONTROLLER
sul manubrio.
2. Collegare il connettore di SX1
CONTROLLER a quello presente
sul cavo “MAIN” della centralina
GET. CONTROL UNIT SX1 CONTROLLER
ATTENZIONE:
-Per la connessione simultanea a centralina di SX1 CONTROLLER e SX1 CONNECT utilizzare il
cablaggio GL-264-AA incluso nel kit centralina SX1 PRO.
-Assicurarsi sempre che i connettori siano correttamente associati; agganciandoli si sentirà un
“click” che ne indicherà il corretto collegamento.
-Assicurarsi che non venga ostacolato il libero movimento del manubrio in entrambe le direzioni e che
il prodotto non vada mai ad ostacolare o interferire con organi in movimento della moto o con il pilota.

- RACE MODE: una volta avviata la moto, SX1 CONTROLLER eseguirà un rapido controllo automatico
del funzionamento di tutti i led. Tutte le funzioni sono attive ad esclusione dell’allarme di
surriscaldamento Hi-Temp;
-TRAINING MODE: una volta avviata la moto, SX1 CONTROLLER eseguirà un controllo automatico
completo del funzionamento. Tutte le funzioni sono attive.
L’impostazione iniziale del dispositivo è settata su RACE MODE: è possibile cambiare la modalità
di funzionamento utilizzando SX1 CONNECT con l’app gratuita WiGET o con il software di
programmazione GET Maya (venduto separatamente).

Per impostare il livello di intervento GPA scegliere prima la mappatura
desiderata (MAP 1 o MAP 2), poi premere il pulsante di attivazione GPA
evidenziato in basso a sinistra per circa due secondi fino all’apparire di un
numero lampeggiante di colore VERDE.
Quando la funzione è attiva anche il led si accenderà in colore VERDE.
Per cambiare il livello di intervento GPA premere i pulsanti di selezione mappa (MAP 1 o MAP 2) fino
al raggiungimento del livello desiderato:
Per uscire dalla modalità di impostazione livello GPA è sufficiente non premere nessun pulsante
per circa tre secondi. Una volta usciti dalla modalità di impostazione per verificare il livello di GPA
impostato è sufficiente premere brevemente il pulsante di attivazione: il numero visualizzato
corrisponderà al livello di GPA impostato.
Per chi è alle prime armi, un valido suggerimento per trovare l’impostazione del livello ideale di GPA
(che può essere totalmente diverso da pilota a pilota) sarebbe di iniziare a girare al livello 10 per poi
diminuire il livello di assistenza GPA fino a raggiungere quello ritenuto più idoneo.

ATTENZIONE: Se viene installato LC-GPA come accessorio la centralina segue le indicazioni
dei valori impostati con LC-GPA. La centralina è dotata di una funzione Recovery che, in caso
di rottura e/o malfunzionamento di LC-GPA, continua ad applicare i valori impostati fino al
prossimo riavvio del motore;
*Funzione non disponibile per modelli Cross 125 cc e Enduro 150 cc KTM, HUSQVARNA,

automaticamente.
ATTENZIONE: è possibile attivare la modalità “Launch Control” solo con motore acceso al
regime minimo.
*Funzione non disponibile per modelli Cross 125 cc e Enduro 150 cc KTM, HUSQVARNA,
GASGAS.

QUICKSHIFTER
Per attivare la funzionalità Quickshifter premere brevemente il pulsante
evidenziato in basso a destra. Quando la funzione è attiva il led si accenderà
in colore GIALLO.
ATTENZIONE: tale funzione è disponibile per tutti i modelli Offroad 4T
KTM, HUSQVARNA, GASGAS my 2024 in quanto il sensore Quickshifter
è previsto di serie.
Per i modelli Offroad 4T YAMAHA, HONDA, KAWASAKI è disponibile l’accessorio
Quickshifter GET (venduto separatamente): utilizzando il sensore Quickshifter
GET è possibile integrare quest’ultima funzionalità anche su applicazioni che
originariamente non la supportano.
NOTA: le soglie di temperatura possono essere modificate utilizzando il
software di programmazione GET Maya (venduto separatamente).

SEGNALAZIONE SURRISCALDAMENTO HI-TEMP*
Quando la temperatura del motore supera i 100°C (212°F) verrà visualizzata la
lettera H lampeggiante di colore ARANCIONE per informare il pilota del potenziale

Ai sensi dell’art. 26 del Decreto Legislativo n. 49 del 14 marzo 2014,
“Attuazione della direttiva 2012/19/UE sui rifiuti di apparecchiature
elettriche ed elettroniche (RAEE)”.
Il simbolo del cestino barrato esposto su un prodotto o sulla sua
confezione indica che quando l’apparecchiatura raggiunge la fine del
proprio ciclo di vita deve essere smaltita separatamente dagli altri rifiuti ai fini del
trattamento e del riciclaggio.
Una volta che tali prodotti raggiungono la fine del loro ciclo di vita, gli utenti possono
smaltirli gratuitamente presso gli appositi centri comunali di raccolta dei rifiuti di
apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche, oppure restituirli al distributore secondo
una delle seguenti modalità:
- i prodotti molto piccoli, ovvero le apparecchiature con dimensioni esterne non
superiori a 25 cm, possono essere restituiti senza obbligo di acquisto ai distributori
le cui superfici di vendita dedicate alle apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche
superano i 400 m². I distributori con aree di vendita ridotte non sono obbligati a
sottostare a questo schema.
- I prodotti di dimensioni superiori a 25 cm possono essere restituiti ai distributori
con un accordo “uno per uno”, ovvero il distributore è tenuto a ricevere il prodotto
solo in cambio dell’acquisto di un nuovo prodotto equivalente, acquistando un nuovo
prodotto per ogni scarto restituito.
La raccolta differenziata e il successivo processamento dei prodotti ai fini del
riciclaggio, del trattamento e dello smaltimento ecologico aiutano ad evitare
effetti potenzialmente dannosi per l’ambiente e la salute umana e facilita il
riutilizzo/riciclaggio dei materiali contenuti nei prodotti. Gli utenti che smaltiscono
abusivamente i prodotti sono soggetti alle sanzioni previste dalla rispettiva
legislazione.
