Gli interruttori automatici magnetotermici sono disponibili in due differenti taglie (45mm. / 55mm.) e rappresentano una
efficace protezione per i motori trifase fino a 63A 30kW AC-3 400V.
Caratteristiche:
- ampia gamma di tarature (da 0,1 a 63A)
- elevato potere d’interruzione (fino a 100kA a 415 V)
- manovra rotativa con indicazione della posizione ON-TRIP-OFF per un immediato riconoscimento dello stato
- completa gamma di contatti ausiliari ed accessori per tutti i tipi di applicazione comuni a tutte le grandezze

Manual motor starters are available in two different sizes (45mm/55mm) and represent an efficient protection for three phase
motors up to 63A 30kW AC3 400V:

ACCESSORI
I salvamotori GH3R e GH3V grazie all’adozione di accessori comuni e al loro sistema di installazione consentono un risparmio
di spazio e tempo durante l’installazione garantendo un’estrema flessibilità. Sul fronte del salvamotore possiamo installare
senza variare le dimensioni esterne contatti ausiliari unipolari (sx e dx) e contatti di allarme ( dx ) Sul lato sinistro è possibile
installare contatti ausiliari bipolari (fino ad un massimo di due), contatti ausiliari di allarme bipolari e contatti di intervento
cortocircuito. Sul lato destro del salvamotore possiamo installare bobine di minima tensione o bobine a lancio di corrente per le
tensioni normalizzate. Tutti i contatti e le bobine vengono inseriti senza difficoltà in quanto il loro posizionamento è stabilito da
incastri preselezionati e senza l’impiego di utensili. Inoltre è disponibile una manovra rinviata con grado di protezione IP54 nella
colorazione nera o giallo / rossa con indicazione di stato salvamotore
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
The MMS types GH3R and GH3V, thanks to the adoption of common accessories and their system of installation allow a
saving of space and time guaranteeing an extreme flexibility. On the front of the MMS it is possible to install auxiliary contacts
unipolar (left and right) and alarm contacts (right) and the external dimensions do not change.
On the left side aux contact bipolar (max two pcs/item), alarm auxiliary contacts and short circuit intervention contact can be
installed. On the right side can be installed undervoltage release devices and shunt trip devices for all the standard voltages.
All the accessories can be mounted without difficoult as their positioning is established by predetermined slots without the
employment of tools. The external handle IP54 enclosure with two colour option (black and yellow/ red) indicates the MMS
status. .

CONTATTO DI ALLARME DI CORTO-CIRCUITO / SHORT-CIRCUIT ALARM CONTACT BLOCK (TKU)
I contatti si attivano solo quando l’interruttore è scattato a causa di un corto circuito. In questo caso il pulsante blu di reset fuoriesce e si
visualizza l’indicazione di scatto. L’interruttore si riaccende solo dopo aver premuto il tasto di reset.
The contacts operate only when the MMS has tripped due to a short circuit.When these contacts operate, the blue reset button extens
out, and a trip indication is displayed.The power to the MMS can be turned ON after pressing the reset button.
Nota: se ne può controllare l’operatività attraverso il pulsante di test. Accertarsi di premere il pulsante di reset prima di montare l’interruttore.
Operation can be checked with the test trip function. Be sure to press the reset button before mounting the MMS.

Il contatto è costituito da un contatto ausiliario e da uno di allarme che opera in caso di sovraccarico, mancanza di fase o cortocircuito. Il
contatto di allarme non è controllato dal comando ON/OFF.
The contact block combines auxiliary contact and alalrm contact that operate in the event of an overload, phases loss or short circuit.
Alarm contact is not linked on the ON/OFF operatin of the MMS.

COMANDO ESTERNO / EXTERNAL HANDLES
Usato per azionare dall’esterno un interruttore installato all’interno di un pannello. Completo di un meccanismo sincronizzato atto a
prevenire aperture accidentali della porta del pannello quando l’interruttore è in marcia. L’alberino può essere tagliato in base alla distanza
tra l’interruttore e la porta del pannello. Funzione di blocco porta - Funzione di bloccaggio su OFF. Può essere bloccato su OFF con al max
3 lucchetti. Una vite di rilascio permette alla porta di aprirsi con la maniglia in posizione ON . Protezione IP54

Equipped with an interlock mechanism that prevents someone from mistakenly opening the panel door when the MMS is in the ON state
The shaft can be cut to match the distance between the MMS and the panel door. Door interlock function - OFF lock function. Can be
locked OFF with up to three padlocks Note: Padlocks are to be provided by the customer. Release screw allows the door to be opened

Montaggio su guida
Il salvamotore può essere montato su
una guida DIN 35mm. Fissare la guida
con le viti al passo di montaggio non
inferiore a 400mm per il modello GH3R
e non inferiore a 300mm per il modello
GH3V. Guida utilizzabile: 15mm di
altezza modello TH35-15 conforme
a EN-50022 e IEC715. La direzione
di montaggio standard è orizzontale.
Nel caso il salvamotore sia da montare
verticalmente, si prega di usare i corredi di morsetti in estremità.
Rail mounting
The MMS can be mounted to a 35mm top hat rail. Secure the rail with screws at mounting pitch of less than 400mm for the GH3R type
and less than 300mm for the GH3V type. Applicable rail: Use a 15mm-high TH35-15 rail to EN-50022 and IEC715
The standard rail mounting direction is horizontal. When using the MMS on a vertical mounted rail, use an end clamp kits.

Il gancio venduto separatamente (GH0SET) è necessario quando si monta la taglia GH3R. I modelli GH3V
possono essere montati direttamente al pannello.
The separately sold push-in lug (GH0SET) is required for screw mounting the GH3R frame. The GH3V frame
can be screw mounted directly to the panel.
