INSTRUMENT SAFETY This instrument was built and
tested according to VDE 0411 / EN61010-1 and was shipped
in safe condition. The unit was tested before delivery and has
passed the tests required in the test plan. In order to maintain
this con-dition and to ensure safe operation, the user must
follow the hints and warnings given in these safety notes and
operating instruc-tions. The unit is intended exclusively for
use as a measuring and control instrument in technical
installations. The insulation meets standard EN 61010-1 with
the values for overvoltage category, degree of pollution,
operating voltage range and protection class specified in the
operating instructions / data sheet. The instru-ment must be
operated only by trained persons. Maintenance and repair
should be carried out only by trained, qualified personnel
familiar with the relevant hazards. The instrument may be
operated within the specified environmental conditions
without impairing its safety. The instrument is intended for
mounting in an enclosure. Its contact safety is ensured by
installation in a housing or switch cabinet.
UNPACKING THE INSTRUMENT
Remove instrument and accessories from the packing.
Enclosed standard accessories: Quick user guide for the
instrument. Check, if the shipment is correct and complete
and if the instrument was damaged by improper handling
during transport and storage.We recommend to keep the
original packing for shipment in case of maintenance or
repair.
WARNING!
If the instrument is so heavily damaged that safe operation
seems impossible, the instrument must not be taken into
operation.
GERÄTESICHERHEIT Dieses Gerät ist gemäß VDE 0411 / EN
61010-1 gebaut und geprüft und hat das Werk in
sicherheitstechnisch einwandfreiem Zustand verlassen. Das
Gerät wurde vor Auslieferung geprüft und hat die im Prüfplan
vorgeschriebenen Prüfungen bestanden. Um diesen Zustand
zu erhalten und einen gefahrlosen Betrieb sicherzustellen,
muss der Anwender die Hinweise und Warnvermerke
beachten, die in diesen Sicherheitshinweisen und der
Bedienungsanleitung enthalten sind. Das Gerät ist aus-
schließlich bestimmt zum Gebrauch als Mess- und Regel-gerät
in technischen Anlagen. Die Isolierung entspricht der Norm EN
61010 -1 mit den in der Bedienungsanleitung / Datenblatt des
Gerätes angegeben Werten für Überspannungskategorie,
Verschmutzungsgrad, Arbeitsspannungsbereich und Schutz-
klasse. Das Gerät darf nur von eingewiesenen Personen
bedient werden. Wartung und Instandsetzung dürfen nur von
geschulten, fach- und sachkundigen Personen durchgeführt
werden, welche mit den damit verbundenen Gefahren vertraut
sind. Das Gerät kann ohne Beeinträchtigung seiner Sicherheit
innerhalb der zugelassenen Umgebungsbedingungen
betrieben werden. Das Gerät ist ein Einbaugerät und erhält
seine Berührungssicherheit dadurch, dass es berührungs-
sicher in einem Gehäuse oder Schalt-schrank eingebaut wird.
GERÄT AUSPACKEN Gerät und Zubehör aus der Verpackung
nehmen. Beiliegendes Standard-Zubehör: Kurzanleitung und
Befestigungselemente. Die Lieferung ist auf Richtigkeit und
Vollständigkeit zu prüfen. Das Gerät ist auf Beschädigungen
durch unsachgemäße Behandlung bei Transport und Lagerung
hin zu untersuchen.
WARNUNG!
Weist das Gerät Schäden auf, die vermuten lassen, dass ein
gefahrloser Betrieb nicht möglich ist, so darf das Gerät nicht
in Betrieb genommen werden.

Montage Mounting
HINWEIS!
Beim Einbau ist sicherzustellen, dass der
Mindestabstand zum nächsten Gerät einge-
halten wird und zwischen der Geräterück-
seite und der Wand ausreichend Platz für die
Zuleitungen und die Schnittstellenkabel ist.
HINWEIS!
Die Umgebungstemperatur an der
Einbaustelle darf die in den Technischen
Daten genannte zulässige Temperatur für
den Nenngebrauch nicht übersteigen.
Der GHM-ONE ist für den Einbau in eine Schalt-
schranktür oder einem Bedienpult vorgesehen.
1. Ausschnitt 92 mm × 92 mm (+ 0,8 mm Toleranz) in die
Schaltschranktür oder das Bedienpult schneiden
2. GHM-ONE von vorne waagrecht in den Ausschnitt
schieben.
3. Befestigungsspangen auf der rechten und linken Seite
des Gehäuses in die Halterungen klemmen. (Abb. 1)
4. Beide Befestigungsspangen nach oben drücken bis sie
einrasten. (Abb. 2)
5. Befestigungsspangen mit einem Schlitzschrauben-
dreher gleichmäßig festdrehen. (Abb. 3)

NOTE!
During installation ensure that the distance to
the next device or the next wall is at least 20
mm and there is enough space for the leads
and the interface cable between the rear
panel and the wall
NOTE!
The ambient temperature at the installation
site must not exceed the allowed temperature
for the nominal use which is mentioned in the
technical data.
The GHM-ONE is disigned for installation in a switch
cabinet door or a control panel.
1. Cut out a part of 92 mm x 92 mm (+0,8 mm tolerance)
of the switch cabinet door or the control panel.
2. Push the GHM-ONE from the front horizontally into
the cutout..
3. Put the mounting clips on the right and left side of the
housing into the brackets (fig. 1).
4. Press both mounting clips upwards until they click into
place (fig. 2).
5. Tighten evenly the mounting clips with a flat head
screwdriver (fig. 3).

Inbetriebnahme
Beim Betrieb elektrischer Geräte stehen zwangs-
läufig bestimmte Teile unter gefährlicher Spannung.
Arbeiten an elektrischen Anlagen oder Betriebsmit-
teln dürfen nur von einer Elektrofachkraft oder von
unterwiesenen Personen unter Anleitung und Auf-
sicht einer Elektrofachkraft den elektrotechnischen
Regeln entsprechend vorgenommen werden.
Commissioning (electrical connection)
During electrical operation certain parts inevitably
carry lethal voltages. Work on the electrical system
or equipment must only be carried out by a skilled
electrician himself or by specially instructed
personnel under the control and supervision of such
an electrician and in accordance with the applicable
electrical engineering rules.
