Camper Van Construction Kit
Start with these parts to
make the right hand door
panel.
Bolt them together
like this using the
small bolts.

Now find the parts for
the left hand panel.
Assemble as above, in
the opposite direction
to the right panel.

These parts make the
right window frame.

Bolt them to the top of
the right door panel.
(refer to pic on back page)
Bolt brackets ‘I’ in the
2nd, 5th, 8th and 11th
holes.
Now take these parts
to make the left
window frames.

And assemble in the
same way.

Check that the brackets
on the roof match up
on both sides.
These parts will make
the bonnet.
Assemble them
together with 5 bolts
like this (top view).

construct your very own. First check to see that you have the right parts, lay them on a flat surface in
this order. Use the standard bolts at each stage unless directed otherwise.

Attach to the bonnet
using 4 nuts and bolts, it
will look like this.
These 3 parts make
the roof panel.
Assemble like this
using 4 bolts.
Now attach the front
panel to the roof
panel with 1 bolt.
Attach the left hand
panel you made in
steps 3-4 with 4 bolts.
Your model should
look like this.
Attach the right hand
panel in the same
way.
Turn the model over,
you can start to see a
Camper Van now.
Use these parts to join
the front to the sides.
Assemble like this using
a ‘P’ bolt at the top and a
std. bolt at the bottom.
These parts are
required for the back
panel.
Assemble the parts like
this.

The Camper Van will
now have a solid
frame.

Attach the blue back
panel ‘A3’ using 4
bolts.
Now to build the
seats. Gather these
parts together.
Join parts ‘S’ and ‘G’ to
form two long seat
supports.

Here is the view from
the other side.

These round domes
form the headlights.
Use the screwdriver to
align the holes. Bolt
them on with bolts ‘P’.
Three parts make the
front bumper.

These parts are used to
attach the seats to inside
the Camper Van.
Attach them to the
seat supports like
this.
With the Camper Van
upside down, slide in
each run of seats.
Bolt each seat support
at the front of the
Camper Van like this.
And at the back bolt
them here.
These are the final
parts needs to
complete the model.
Assemble the 4
wheels like this using
long bolts ‘Z’.
Bolt on parts ‘B’ inside
each wheel. Tighten
with a nut.
From the outside, push
a long bolt ‘Z’ in the
hole above a wheel arch.
Push 3 of the plastic
washers onto the end
of this bolt.
Attach a wheel on the
end of the bolt, fix in
place with a nut.
The wheel should look like
this. Repeat for the other 3
wheels.

one half of each seat
and bolt tight.

each seat assembles

Bolt the seats in the
4th, 8th and 12th holes
from the front.
The fully assembled
