1. Replace top
With the sunshade in vertical or horizontal position, proceed as follows:
·Screw off the top, screw in new top
2. Change cover
·Screw off the top and loosen the screws at the rod ends. Take off the
cover.

3. Replace crown
·To replace the crown, the sunshade should be placed on a table.
·Tie the rods together with a strap to prevent them from dropping
laterally onto the table.

·Loosen the crown screws and remove the rods (2- and 3-part rods).
·To remove the lower part of the crown, drill out the four rivets.
·Remove this part also, then install the new crown. You then need to attach
new rivets to the lower part of the crown.
·When attaching the new crown, mind the groove for the stretcher.

·Hold the lower half of the crown with one hand and insert the rods with the
pin. Ensure that the pins are positioned properly in the notches.
·Once all the rods are installed correctly in the lower half of the crown, put the
upper half on top and fasten using the hex-head screws.

4. Replace tensioning lever
·Loosen the screws on the crown and remove the cap.
·Remove the pin and replace the tensioning lever with a new spare part.
5. Replace rods (LED with power cable)
·All roof rods with LED strips are supplied with the power cable. When
replacing a roof rod without a power cable, pull out the black cable.
·When replacing a rod without LED, proceed as with the other F-Line
sunshades.

·First pull the cable out of the hinge using a pair of pliers.
·The other end of the power cable is located near the fork. The cable can be
pulled out entirely from this end.

·On the top of the crown, loosen the screws far enough to enable the rod
with the pin to be pulled out.
·Now insert the new rod and re-tighten the crown screws.
·Then loosen the screws of the auxiliary cap.

·Push the cap upward and lift out the rod with the power cable.
·Remove the pin from the rod.
·Then use a screwdriver to push out the cap of the rod.
·Pull out the terminal and remove the broken rod. Then attach the new
rod to the terminal.
·Insert the rod with the pin into the auxiliary cap. Screw shut the cap.

·Then open the sunshade with the tensioning lever and attach near the slide.
·Use the drill to loosen the screws on the slide cap and push the slide cap
upward. Attach to the poles with a strap if necessary.
·Remove the white plastic ring inside the slide by loosening the screws.
·Fasten the cap of the slide including the white plastic ring with the strap.

brown cables.

6. Replace slide
·To replace the slide, it is best to position the sunshade on a table.
·The auxiliary cap must be loosened first.
·Completely loosen all the rods in this location (incl. the rod with
the power cable).
·Then loosen all screws on the slide and remove the upper half with the
plastic ring.

·Then attach the new crown, minding the groove for the stretcher.
·As shown in the image, jam something in between the auxiliary cap and
the pole (gluing is also possible).

·Insert the stretcher at the bottom of the slide.
·Then insert the rods with the bolt into the slide.
·Reconnect the cables and screw shut the slide cap.
