Preparing for Assembly
• Be sure to unpack all of the parts included in this package. Check
inside any tubes or sleeves. Save all packing material until the
product is fully assembled and functional.
• Compare the parts in your package with the Parts Identifier
description on page 4 and 5.
• After unpacking large products, some disassembly may be required
prior to beginning the assembly.
Tools Required
• Allen Wrench (#22)
• Phillips Screwdriver (not included)
• Flat Blade Screwdriver (not included)
• Level (not included)
• Electric screwdriver may be helpful. CAUTION: You must set at
LOW TORQUE and use extreme caution because you could
overtighten the hardware, strip the screws, or damage the table.

Assembly Tips
Make sure you understand the following before you begin to assemble your game table.
1. READ THIS MANUAL all the way through before beginning assembly.
2. When installing parts that have more than one bolt, start ALL bolts in that part by hand
before tightening anything.
3. Some drawings or images in this manual may not look exactly like your product.
4. You may need a second adult to assist with this assembly.
Note: Save all packing materials until the parts have been inspected and the table is
assembled.
Unpack the Pieces
• Lay the box on a flat surface (floor). You may want this near your
area of assembly.
• Unpack the boxes and part bags. Inspect and count the parts. The
Parts Identifier page can be used to record your results.
• If any parts are damaged or missing, contact GLD Customer
Service.
• Missing fasteners may be purchased at a hardware store using the
descriptions on the Parts Identifier pages.
Games
This game table includes the equipment and game pieces for Foosball. The rules for this
game are not discussed in this manual.

STEP 1 - ASSEMBLE GOAL PANELS
1. Locate one of the top rail end pieces (#7). Lay it down with the predrilled screw holes
facing up.
2. Take one of the goal panels (#6) and position the three brackets over the holes in the top
rail end piece.
3. Use three screws (#32) to secure the two pieces together.
4. Repeat for the second goal panel.
STEP 2 - ASSEMBLE THE PLAYING SURFACE
1. Hold one of the side panels (#8) upright. With the help of a second person, hold the
playing surface (#9) in position on top of the supports, playing side up.
2. Line up the screw holes of the playing surface (#9) with the pre-drilled holes of the
supports.
3. Use six screws (#30) to secure the two pieces together.
4. Position the second side panel (#8) on the opposite side of the playing surface (#9). Line
up the screw holes and use six screws (#30) to secure the two pieces together.
5. Turn the assembly over.
6. Position the two support bars (#10) in the gaps of the side supports.
7. Use four screws (#31) to go through the side panels (#8) and into the ends of the support
bars (#10). Tighten the screws.

STEP 3 - ATTACH THE GOAL PANELS
1. Position one of the assembled goal panels at one end of the table. Line up the screw
holes.
2. Use four screws (#31) through the side panels and into the goal panel to secure the
pieces.
3. Use four screws (#30) to secure the playing field to the goal panel.
4. Tighten all the screws.
5. Repeat for the second goal panel.

STEP 4 - ASSEMBLE THE OUTER LEG
1. Select one of the leg pieces (#1 or #2) and lay it flat on the floor.
2. Position the leg center piece (#3) to line up the four screw holes with the pre-drilled holes
in the leg piece.
3. Use four screws (#30) and secure the leg center piece (#3) to the first leg piece (#1 or
#2).
4. Lay the second leg piece on the floor. Position the assembly to line up the four remaining
screw holes with the pre-drilled holes in that leg piece.
5. Use four screws (#30) and secure the leg piece to the assembly.
6. Repeat for the remaining three legs.

STEP 5 - ATTACH THE LEGS
1. Position one of the assembled legs at one of the table corners. The leg will be to the
outside of the end and side panels.
2. Finger start four bolts (#34) through the panel and into the threaded hole in the leg.
3. Tighten the four bolts using the allen wrench (#22).
4. Repeat for the other four legs.

STEP 6- ATTACH THE END PANELS
1. Position one of the end panels (#11) so the angle brackets line up with the pre-drilled
holes in the top end rail.
2. Use two screws (#32) to secure the end panel.
3. Repeat for the second end panel.
NOTE: Until the legs are attached the side and end panels are not fully supported. Do not
pull or lean on these panels.

STEP 7 - ASSEMBLE THE INNER LEG
1. Select one of the inner leg (#4) pieces. Do not bend the hinge of the leg backwards.
Damage will occur.
2. Position the leg piece with the assembly from Step 1. Notice that the leg gets wider at
one end.
3. Insert six screws (#30) and tighten.

4. Finger start four bolts (#34) through the panel and into the threaded hole in the leg.
5. Tighten the four bolts using the allen wrench (#22).

STEP 8 - ASSEMBLE THE LEG BASE
1. Position a leg assembly with the small end up.
2. Place a leg base (#5) on top. The four screw holes will be over the pre-drilled holes in the
outer pieces.
3. Use four screws (#31) to secure the base to the leg assembly.
4. Screw a leg leveler (#29) halfway into the hole in the bottom of the leg.
5. Repeat for the other three legs.

STEP 9 - ATTACH THE GOAL BOX
1. Position one of the goals (#12) at one end of the table. The screw holes should line up
with the pre-drilled holes in the end panel. The goal will allow the soccer ball to enter
from the playing surface and drop down to be retrieved for the next game action.
2. Use four screws (#33) to secure the goal box.
3. Repeat for the second goal box.
STEP 10 - TURN THE TABLE OVER
The table is ready to be turned over.
USE AT LEAST TWO PEOPLE TO LIFT THE TABLE ASSEMBLY AND TURN IT OVER TO
REST ON THE LEGS.
DO NOT ROLL THE TABLE OVER. This will place a sideways force on the legs. The legs
should be off the floor until the table assembly is rotated completely. Set the table down.

STEP 11 - INSTALL FIELD RAMPS AND ENTRY CUPS
1. Locate all six pieces of the playing field ramps (#13, 14 and 15). Do not remove the
protective paper. The playing surface should be clean and clear from debris.
2. Position the six pieces on the playing field. This will make you familiar with the location
and fit of each piece.
3. Remove one of the pieces and peel off the protective paper. This will reveal a glue
surface.
4. Carefully lower the piece back into position with the edge against the sidewall and the
glue side against the playing surface.
5. When the ramp is flat against the playing surface, it can be pressed down to lock into
position.
6. Repeat for the remaining five ramps until they are all “glued” in place.
7. Locate one inner ball entry cup (#17) and one outside ball entry cup (#16).
8. Place the outside cup (#16) into the large hole on the side of the table. From the inside of
the table, push the inside entry cup (#17) into the same hole.
9. Rotate the outside cup so the opening is level and facing up. A soccer ball dropped into
this cup will fall onto the playing field.
10.Secure the inside and outside cups with two screws (#35) each.
11.Repeat for the second cup.

STEP 12 - INSTALL PLAYER RODS
Use the illustration to layout the player rods. There are three types of player rods, two hole
(#19), three hole (#18) and five hole (#20).
1. Assemble the handles (#26) to the player rods. Find the end of the player rod that has a
hole approx. 6 inches from the end. Stand the rod up and place the handle (#15) over the
end. Use a mallet to hammer the handle onto the rod.
1. Select a player rod (#18, 19, or 20) and insert the end into the correct bushing on the
side of the table.
NOTE: The handles for each color team will be on the same side.
2. Slide a bumper (#23) followed by a washer (#21) onto the rod.
3. Slide players (#24 or 11) onto the rod. The “feet” may not have the same shape on both
sides.
4. After the last player is on the rod, place a plastic washer (#21) then a bumper (#23) onto
the rod. Push the end of the rod into the second bushing.
NOTE: The player rod should spin freely even though the players are not secured in place.
5. Secure the players (#24 or 25) to the player rod using a bolt (#36) and lock nut (#37).
Tighten to keep the players from moving.
6. On the end of the player rod away from the handle, push an end cap (#27) over the rod.
7. Repeat for the remaining player rods. Pay attention to team colors and foot direction.
