This GLEN Air Purifier is fully warranted against any defect arising out of defective materials or faulty
workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Filters are consumables and are not covered
under warranty. Should any defect develop in this product, the customer should bring the product to the nearest
authorised service centre, where the company undertakes to get the product repaired free of charge.
This warranty is not valid if :
lThe use and care instructions have not been followed.
lDefects are caused by accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use.
lThe repair work is carried out by persons not authorised by the company.
lAny modification or alteration of any nature is made in the product.
lNormal wear & tear of the product is not covered under warranty
lThe Bill/Cash memo and copy of warranty card is not presented.
Under no circumstances, whether based on limited warranty or otherwise shall the company be liable for
incidental, special or consequential damages. Use of product indicates acceptance by you of the aforesaid

1-2. PRE FILTER & CARBON FILTERS ARE COMBINED IN 1
Micro mesh Pre-Filter effectively removes fiber particulate matter bigger than 0.28
mm with hair, dandruff, coarse grains & fine dust blocking rate over 99.90%.
Active carbons have high degree of micro porosity, and the honeycomb design
increases the efficiency of gas absorption. It removes 99% of oil vapours, odours,
TOVC and other hydrocarbons.
3. COLD CATALYST FILTER
Cold Catalyst Filter efficiently removes pollen, dust, bacteria, cigarette smoke,
harmful airborne chemicals from carpeting, flooring and household cleaners and
decomposes the harmful gases like formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene etc.
4. HEPA FILTER
True HEPA removes up to 99.97% of above 0.3 micron diameter particulate, such
as fine dusts, haze and smoke particulate, pet dander, mold spores, pollen, some
bacteria and viruses.
5. BUILT-IN IONIZER
Built-in Ionizer produces million of negative ions to promote through the
elimination of airborne allergens and germs.

Before First use : Placing/ Replacing the filters
The apppliance comes with all filters fitted inside, but you have to remove the packaging of the
filters before you use the appliance remove all filters, unpack them and place them back into the
appliance as described below.
Tip : Place the appliance against a wall for more stability when you remove or insert filters.
Note: You should make sure the filters are inserted in the right position
Note: Make sure that the side with tag marked
‘Front’ is onwards
4. Put the filters back into the appliance.
2. Remove all the filters from the appliance.
1. Place your fingers in recesses and pull
the panel out from the lower end.
Slide down to release the hooks at the top.
3. Remove all packaging material from
the filters.
USING YOUR AIR PURIFIER
Please refer to the following control panel icon and instructions for using this product
lPower : Put the plug in the wall socket, all lights go on and you hear a beep. Then the lights go
out again. Touch the on/off button to switch on/off the appliance.
lDigital Timer : Touch the “Timer” button to select the duration. We can set the timer to 1h,
2h, ....upto 8h. Select ‘--’ to bypass the timer and manually turn off when required.
lPattern: The pattern button is used to select the mode of operation. It has three settings
1. Automatic 2. Sleep 3. Purify.
Automatic : When the appliance is in Auto mode the built-in air quality sensor automatically
measures the ambient air quality and selects the most appropriate fan speed for the measured air
quality. Select the auto mode with the pattern button as required.
Sleep : When the machine is in sleep mode, the fan runs at low speed the anion is on, the sleep,
light is on and the rest of the icons are off. Apart from the “Pattern” key other buttons will not
operate. Touch the “Pattern” key to exit the sleep mode.
Purify: This is the default mode which is selected when the appliance is switched ON. Whenever
the appliance is not in ‘Auto’ or ‘Sleep’ mode it remains in purify mode. At this time the
purification process continues.
lNegative ion: Touch the “anion” key, and negative ionic bond generator starts working. The
negative ion indicator, goes ON. Built in ionizer produces million of negative ions to promote the
elimination of airborne allergens and germs.
lFan Speed: If you do not use the auto mode, you can select the desired fan speed yourself.
1. Touch the on/off button to switch on the appliance.
2. Touch the Fan Speed button one or more times to select the desired fan speed. The
corresponding fan speed light and the indications above the lights show the set fan speed (1,2,3).
lAir Quality Indicator : The air quality
indicator shows different colors, that
means dirrerent air quality.

lRemote : For convenient usage of the air purifier from a distance, a remote has been provided
with most functions.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
lRead all instructions before using this appliance .
lEnsure that the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds with the voltage of your electrical
outlet .
lDo not use the appliance near gas appliances, heating devices , fireplaces , lighting devices or
direct sunlight .
lDo not operate the appliance if it has a damaged power cord or plug, if it is not working properly ,
or if it has been damaged in any manner . The appliance should be serviced only by qualified
service personnel . Return the appliance to our service centre for examination , repair or
adjustment .
lIf the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the service center in order to avoid a hazard.
lDo not expose the appliance to water or handle the power plug with wet hand .
lDo not clean or spray the appliance with water , liquid , detergent or any flammable materials
such as insecticides or fragrances to avoid electric shock or fire hazard .
lDo not obstruct the air inlet or/and outlet .
lDo not use extension power cord set unless with approval by competent authority .
lDo not use the appliance when it is damaged or performs abnormally .
lDo not use the appliance when indoor smoke -type insect repellents are used or in places with
oily residues, burning incense or chemical fumes .
lDo not use the appliance in a location with major temperature change to avoid condensation
inside the appliance .
lDo not use the appliance in humid or high temperature environment such as bathroom , toilet or
kitchen .
lIf the appliance produces a strange noise , burning smell or smoke , unplug the power plug from
the electrical outlet and call our service centre .
lDo not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
lThe appliance is not a substitute for proper ventilation, regular vacuum cleaning or extractor hood
or fan during cooking.
lEnsure the power plug to be in good condition and good connection; whether the appliance
properly connected or not; the plug is not overloaded or overheated.
lAlways place and use the appliance on a dry, stable and level surface.
lLeave at least 50cm gap distances away from walls or adjacent objects.
lDo not push or lean against, exert excessive force or shock any part of the appliance or stick
sharp or hard objects such as screw driver into any part of the appliance.
lIf any filter or front panel casing is not properly installed, the appliance would not be operated.
lMaintain a good air circulation when using the appliance.
lUnplug the appliance from electrical outlet when not in use, before assembling or taking off parts,
and before cleaning.
lDo not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Caution: Always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet before cleaning the unit.
Cleaning the Unit
1. Use dry and soft cloth to wipe the exterior of the unit.
Note: Use damp cloth or mild cleansing detergent to remove heavy dirt.
Cleaning the HEPA Filter
lUse a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush to clean the HEPA filter. When cleaning with a brush follow
the mesh horizontal pattern and avoid vertical strokes so as not to damage the screen. When
using the vacuum cleaner keep it 5-10 mm away from the screen surface, so as not to damage
the screen. Once the filter gets damaged replacement is recommended.
Maintaining the Activated carbon Filter
lTake out the activated carbon filter. Drying it in the sun can enhance its adsorption function.
