lift upward. To close press down the
lid firmly.
lRemove all packaging, stickers or
other accessories from the inside
and outside of the kettle.
lAdjust the length of the cord by
winding it under the base. Wedge
the cord in the slot.

lPlace the kettle on a clean, cool and
smooth surface.
lFill the kettle with the required
amount of water. Connect to the
mains and turn on the switch. The
LED indicator glows .
lThe kettle will turn off automatically
once the water has boiled.
lEnsure that the kettle has stopped
automatically or turn it off manually
before pouring the hot water in the
cups.

lUnplug the kettle and allow to cool
down, then clean with a soft damp
sponge.
lNever immerse the kettle in water.
lNever use abrasive cleaning pads.
lThe kettle is provided with a
removable mesh filter. Remove and
clean the filter under running tap
water.
Descaling
lDescale the kettle once a month.
lTo descale, fill the kettle with half a
litre of vinegar and leave it to stand
for 2 hours without heating.
lAny spots remaining inside can be
cleaned up with a damp cloth.
lAfter descaling empty and rinse the
kettle 5-6 times before using.
Repeat if necessary.
Note : The travel kettle is designed
to work on both 110 & 220 V supply.
To set the kettle as per available
power supply, adjust the
provided at the bottom of
the kettle, as shown in the figure.
Please be careful not to operate at
240V with selector at 110V. In this
case the kettle will get damaged and
the same will not be covered under
warranty.
