Important safety instructions!
Warning!
When using electrical equipment, basic precautions should always be followed to
reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury, including the following:
•Read all instructions before operating this heater.
•The heater is hot during operation. To avoid burns, do not touch the hot surface. When
transporting this heater, use handles, if available. Keep flammable materials, such as
furniture, pillows, bedding, paper, clothing and curtains at least 1 meter away from the
front, back and side walls of the heater. To avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
•Extreme caution is required when a heater is used near children or disabled persons
and when the heater is left unattended.
•Always unplug the heater when not in use.
•Do not use the heater if cables or plugs are damaged or the heater malfunctions or has
been dropped. In this case, submit the heater to an authorized service center for
inspection, electrical or mechanical adjustment or repair.
•Use indoors only, not outdoors.
•This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry rooms and similar areas.
Never place the heater where it can fall into a bathtub or other water container.
•Do not run the cable under carpets. Do not cover the cable with carpets, runners or
similar covers. Do not place the cable in passages and avoid tripping.
•To disconnect the heater, turn off the controls, then unplug the power cord.
•Do not insert any foreign objects into the ventilation or outlet openings as this may
result in electric shock or fire or damage to the heater.
•To prevent possible fire, never block the air inlet or outlet. Do not use on soft surfaces,
such as beds, where the openings can be blocked.
•A heater has hot and sparking parts inside. Do not use in areas where gasoline or
flammable liquids are stored.
•Use this heater only as directed. Any other use is not recommended by the
manufacturer as it may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
•DANGEROUS HIGH temperatures can be generated under certain abnormal
conditions. Do not partially or completely cover or block the front of this heater.
•The lamps should only be replaced when the heater is disconnected from the power
supply.
•This device must not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are under
the supervision or instruction of a person responsible for their safety. Children should
be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
•CAUTION: To prevent hazards due to inadvertent thermal cutout, do not power this
appliance through an external switching device such as a timer, or connect it to a circuit
that is regularly turned on or off by the power company.
Preparation: This product contains a GLASS panel! Always be extremely
careful when handling glass. Failure to do so may result in personal injury or
property damage.
Remove all parts and hardware from the box and place on a clean, soft, dry surface. Parts and
assembly steps are grouped together for hanging or installation in recesses. Check the parts
list to ensure that nothing is missing. Dispose of the packaging properly. If possible, recycle.

Installation and assembly
Your device is a wall mounted device. Choose a suitable place that is not susceptible to
moisture and away from curtains, furniture and passageways. NOTE: Comply with all
national and regional electrical codes.

Because many different materials are used on different walls, it is strongly recommended that
you consult your local building contractor before mounting this unit on the wall.
a) Choose a location that is not exposed to moisture and at least 36" (914 mm) away from
flammable materials such as curtains, furniture, bedding, paper, etc.
b) Two people must hold the unit against the wall to determine the final position.
c) Place the unit upside down on a soft, non-abrasive surface. Remove the bracket from
the back of the unit by loosening the screws, see Figure 1.
d) Mark the position, then fix the bracket(s) to the wall with the screws provided. The
hooks on this bracket MUST be facing up and level.

NOTE: It is strongly recommended to screw the bracket (E) into the wall posts if
possible. If the wall posts cannot be used, make sure that the supplied plastic dowels
are used to fix the bracket to the wall and that the bracket is sufficiently secured.
e) When the wall bracket is installed, two persons must lift the unit and insert the slots
on the back of the unit into the hooks of the bracket and lock the two screws on
both sides
f) Check the stability of the device and make sure that the bracket cannot fall off the
wall.

Installation of the quartz embers
A. You must remove the glass front and the
unit must be mounted in its final position
before the quartzware is installed.
B. Carefully place the quartz embers in the
bottom tray at the front of the heater, as
shown in the illustration.

Operating
Read and understand the entire manual, including all safety instructions, before plugging
in or using this product. Failure to do so may result in fire, electric shock, serious injury
or death.
Power supply
Connect the power cord to 220~240 volts (see IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS on
pages 2 and 3). Make sure the sockets are in good condition and the plug is not loose. NEVER
exceed the maximum current rating for the circuit. DO NOT connect other equipment to the
same circuit.
Functionality
This electric fireplace can be operated via the TOUCH CONTROL PANEL at the front of the
fireplace or via the battery operated REMOTE CONTROL. Operation and functions of both
methods are identical. Please read the IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS and observe
all warnings before operating.

Timer
TIMER button: Controls timer
settings to turn off the heater
at the selected time. Setting

setting is reached. Display lamps
indicate the setting.
Flame
FLAME button: Makes the
flame effect darker and
brighter. NOTE: Flame effect
will remain on until the power
button is turned off. Flame
effect must be on to turn the
heater on.
1. Press once. The brightness of
the Flame effect changes.
2. Press again until the desired
setting is reached.
Color
COLOR button: The color of
the flame effect changes.
NOTE: Flame effect color will
remain until the Power button
is turned off. The Flame Effect
color must be on to turn the
heater on.

flame effect changes.
2. Press again until the desired
setting has reached a total of 3
colors.
Temperature
TEMPERATURE button:
Switches the heating on and
off.
NOTE: Press the button for 5
seconds, the temperature
setting switches from °C to °F.
In the same way from °F to °C.

display is activated
2. Press again: until the desired
setting is reached. Digital display
shows setting cycles, see below:
Heater
HEATING key: Switches the
heating on and off.
NOTE: The heater only works
when the flame effect is on. If
the flame effect is off, the
heater will not turn on.
NOTE: To prevent
overheating, the heater fan
blows cold air for 8-10 seconds
before the heater turns on and
after it turns off.
1. press once. The control lamp
lights up. Blower blows cold air for
10 seconds. The 750 W heater
switches on and blows out warm
air.
2. press again. The control lamp
lights up. The 1500W heater turns
on and blows out warm air.
3. press again. The heater
switches off. The blower blows cold
air for 10 seconds, allowing the
heater to cool down and then
switches off.
Back Lights
BACKLight button: Changes
the color of the backlight
NOTE: The rear lights remain
on until the power switch is
turned off. Works only when
touched on the control panel.
1. Press once. Flame color effect
changes.
2. Press again until the desired
setting is reached. 3 colors.
3. Press the third time, the
backlight is switched off.

Note
When the heater is put into operation for the first time, a slight odour may occur.
This is normal and should not occur again unless the heater is not used for a
longer period of time.
Note
To improve operation, point the remote control towards the front of the fireplace.
DO NOT press the buttons too quickly. Allow the appliance time to respond
to commands.
Temperature limiting control
The heater is equipped with a temperature limiting control. If the heater reaches an unsafe
temperature, the heater will automatically switch OFF. Reset:
1. pull the power plug from the socket.
2. set the ON/OFF switch to ON and the TOUCH CONTROL PANEL to OFF Wait 5
minutes.
3. Inspect the fireplace to make sure that no ventilation openings are blocked or
clogged by dust or lint. In this case, clean the ventilation openings with a vacuum
cleaner.
4. turn the ON/OFF switch to OFF and reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet.
5. If the problem persists, have the outlet and wiring inspected by a qualified
technician.
Battery instructions for the remote control
The remote control uses ONSCR2025 battery (included)Temperaturbegrenzungsregelung
NEVER throw the batteries into a fire. Failure to observe this precaution
may result in an explosion. Dispose of the batteries at your local
collection point for hazardous materials.
Care and maintenance
ALWAYS turn the heater OFF and unplug the power cord from the wall
outlet before cleaning, servicing or transporting this heater. Failure to do
so may result in fire, electric shock or injury.
NEVER immerse or spray in water. This may result in fire, electric shock
or injury.
Metal:
•Clean with a soft cloth moistened with a citrus oil based product.
•DO NOT use brass polish or household cleaners because these products will damage
the metal bar.
Glass:
•Spray a high-quality glass cleaner on the cloth or towel. Dry thoroughly with a paper
towel or lint-free cloth.

•NEVER use abrasive cleaners, spray mist or other cleaners that can scratch the
surface.
Ventilation openings:
•Remove dust and dirt from the heater and ventilation areas with a vacuum cleaner.
Plastic:
•Wipe with a slightly damp cloth and a mild solution of detergent and warm water.
•NEVER use abrasive cleaners, spray or other cleaners that can scratch the surface.
Maintenance
Danger of electric shock! NEVER OPEN the panels! Contains no user-
serviceable parts!
ALWAYS turn the heater OFF and unplug the power cord from the wall
outlet before cleaning, servicing or transporting this heater. Failure to do
so may result in fire, electric shock or injury.
Electrical and moving parts:
•The blower motors are lubricated in the factory and do not require lubrication.
•Electrical components are integrated in the chimney and cannot be maintained by the
customer.
Storage:
•Store the heater in a clean, dry place when not in use.
WARNING! DO NOT MAINTENANCE the internal or electrical parts from the
customer. Do not service the unit yourself.
Meaning of the crossed-out dustbin:
Never dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use
separate collection points. Contact your local government regarding the
existing collection systems. If electrical equipment is disposed of in landfills or
waste dumps, hazardous substances can enter the groundwater and enter the
food chain, which can affect your health and well-being.
If you replace old equipment with new, the dealer is legally obliged to take back
your old equipment for free disposal.
