Cybernetics' miSAN™ is a breakthrough in disaster recovery and
business continuity. Simply connect miSAN™ to your Ethernet
network and give it an IP address for enterprise-wide access to
centralized data backup and restore. This innovative D2D2T solution
incorporates tape virtualization for compatibility with o-the-shelf
backup software, and for security against the malicious attacks
that can threaten disk storage. The virtual tape library support
automates backup for days, weeks, or months without intervention.
An exclusive ooad feature allows you to attach an external tape
drive or library for serverless archival to removable tape media.
miSAN™ overcomes every obstacle to disk-based backup to deliver
an incredibly secure backup strategy, all at tremendous cost savings.
Our new miSAN™ V Series solutions are available with an integrated
tape drive for serverless tape export for o-site archives. Just 2U of
rack space includes a disk-based virtual tape library with up to 6 TB,
plus easy export of 400 GB - 800 GB per removable tape media.
