Stylish, comfortable and warm, this innovative beanie hat has a brilliant extra feature.
Fitted in the front there’s a powerful LED headlight, so you can see your way on the
darkest night while still keeping your hands free. Ideal for walkers, joggers, campers
- in fact anyone out on foot after dark - the light has three brightness settings, a
simple, push-on/off button and can be recharged directly via any USB port. Unisex and
stretchy so one size fits all, our Beanie Headlight is available in Black and Grey and is
knitted from a 35% acrylic, 65% polyester blend.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Before initial use, fully charge the Removable Light Unit
using a USB port. Charging typically takes 1 - 1.5 hours.
To remove the light unit from the beanie hat, simply push
the unit upwards and out of the rim. (Fig 1)
Plug the USB Charger Plug into a USB port of Computer, Laptop or Car which
has an output of DC 5V 1000mA-2000mA. It takes approximately 1 - 1.5
hours to charge fully.
The battery indicator light will illuminate red while charging, when battery
is low or has partial charge. When fully charged, the indicator light will
illuminate green.
How to Operate Your LED Beanie
Caution: Do not use if product is damaged.
Once the Light Unit is fully charged, push the lamp into the hat rim.
Repeatedly press the On/Off switch (Fig 2) to cycle through
the following functions:
There are 3 brightness settings: high, mid and low. Press once
for high brightness, press again for middle brightness and
press third time for the low bright light. To switch if off just
press again.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Light Unit: Store Light Unit in a clean, dry and dark place.
When the device has not been in use for an extended period of time, charge
the device at regular intevals to ensure optimum battery life.
Switch the Light Unit off and disconnect from charging socket before
cleaning.
Clean the Light Unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any form of abrasive
cleaner or solvents to clean the unit. Never submerge the Light Unit in liquids.
Beanie : Machine washable at 30oC.
Ensure Light Unit has been removed before washing the beanie.
Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.

After the Light Unit unit is fully charged, put the USB charger cover back on
and then put the whole light unit back inside the rim of the beanie.
