1.1. POWER ENERGY
Make sure the voltage of the electric network is compatible
with the one of the appliance. If it does not match, consult the
vendor or Customer Support Service.

1.2. POWER CORD AND OTHER CABLES
Do not roll up or pull the cord to disconnect the appliance,
and do not use to twine the appliance. Keep the cord far from
warm surfaces.
Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket,
or if it is not working properly.
In case of damage of the power cord, do not use your appliance.
Take it to technical assistance for its replacement.
1.3. HUMIDITY AND WATER
Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not let your
appliance to catch water under any circumstance, as it may be
dangerous. TO AVOID FIRE HAZARD OR ELECTRIC SHOCK DO

•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified per-
son in order to avoid a hazard.

headset while driving a car, a motorcycle, boat or bike. You
should always be aware of the local laws and regulations.
•If you have to use the headset while performing any activity
that requires your maximum attention, be careful. In this case,
take offthe headset or turn it offto avoid distractions which
may cause accidents or damages.
•Keep this device out of the reach of small children. e
packaging products and the plastic bags are not toys, so they
should not be allowed to play with them. e bag itself and the
small pieces inside may cause suffocation.
•Do not try to disassemble the device. e parts and small
accessories cannot be replaced or repaired by the users. e
repair, replacement or disassembly should be performed only
by authorized dealers or maintenance centers. Always contact
your dealer when you need to change parts due to any reason,
including wear, break or damages.
•Do not use your headset in areas with flammable gases as
this may cause a fire.
•Store the headset after it is turned off. Keep it away from
extreme temperatures when storing (45°C/113°F or higher,
including direct sunlight or -10°C/14°F or lower). Otherwise it
may shorten the service life of the battery and cause an incor-
rect operation.

•If the device comes to contact with water or any other liquids,
wipe away the water stains on the device.
•In order to protect your hearing, please do not use this device
at high volumes. Otherwise it may damage your hearing.
•Lower the volume before wearing the headset and then
slowly adjust the volume to a proper level when you are
already wearing it.
•During the operation, keep the volume as low as possible.
Avoid using this device in noisy surroundings as you may have
to increase the volume to high levels of volume. If you have to
increase the volume, slowly increase the volume adjustment
control.
•If you feel uncomfortable or you hear a drumming in your
ears, stop using the headset and seek medical assistance
immediately.
•You can get used to the continuous exposure to high levels of
volume. is may result in permanent hearing loss.

2.3. CHARGING YOUR HEADSET
Take out the microphone connector and insert the charging
cable connector to recharge the battery.
NOTE:
When charging for the first time, allow it to charge for 4 hours.

Connect the USB charging cable to the charger connector.

2.4. CHARGING YOUR HEADSET
If you put your mobile phone in an armband bag when doing sports, the
surface of the bag will touch the screen of your mobile phone which may
cause wrong operation.
Please close the screen of your mobile phone when it is connected with
the headset.

CORRECT WAY OF USING YOUR HEADSET:
2.4.1 SWITCH ON OR OFF
1. Press and hold the multifunction key for about 3 seconds
and the blue indicator lights up. It shows the headset is
powered on.
2. Press and hold the multifunction key until the greenindicator
lights up. It shows the headset is powered off.
2.4.2 PAIRING THE HEADSET
If your phone or tablet supports the A2DP Bluetooth profile
and has a music player feature, you can make and receive calls,
and listen to music with the headset.
1. Ensure that your phone, tablet or music device is on and the
headset is off.
2. Press and hold the multifunction key for about 5 seconds
until the greenindicator and the blue indicator light up and start
to flash quickly.

3. Activate the Bluetooth feature on your phone or tablet and
set it to search for Bluetooth devices.
4. Select the GD-BTH743 from the list of the founded devices
on your phone or tablet.
5. Enter the password 0000 to pair and connect the headset
to your device. If your device does not have a password, it will
automatically pair with the headset.
6. When the headset is connected to your phone or tablet and
is ready to use, the greenindicator will be offand the blue indica-
tor will flash every 2 seconds.
2.4.3 LISTEN TO MUSIC
To listen to music, pair and connect the headset to a device
that supports A2DP Bluetooth profile (see the “2.4.2. Pairing
the Headset” section) use the playback controls on the con-
nected device. If you answer or make a call while listening to
music, the music will pause until you end the call.

2.4.4 RECEIVING A CALL
Short press the multifunction key to receive an incoming call.
2.4.5 MAKING A CALL
When you make a call via mobile phone, the call will be trans-
ferred to your headset automatically, depending on the mobile
phone setup. If your phone does not support this function,
short press the multifunction key to receive an incoming call.
2.4.6 ENDING A CALL
Short press the multifunction key to end a call.
2.4.7 VOICE CALL ACTIVATION *
If your phone supports this feature with your headset, when
no call is in progress, press and hold the multifunction key for
about 2 seconds. Proceed as described in your phone´s user
guide.

2.4.8 REDIALING THE LAST NUMBER *
To redial the number you last called (if your phone supports
this feature with the headset), when no call is in progress,
press the multifunction key twice.
NOTE: e function with the * mark must be supported by
your mobile phone. For more information, refer to your phone´s
User Manual.
2.4.9 REJECTING A CALL *
Press the multifunction key twice to reject a call.
NOTE: e function with the * mark must be supported by
your mobile phone. For more information, refer to your phone´s
User Manual.
3. TROUBLESHOOTING
CONTINUOUS CRACKING NOISE:
•To obtain a perfect sound quality, please do not take the
headset too far away from your mobile phone.
UNABLE TO HEAR ANY SOUND:
•Press the volume + button on the headset to increase the
volume.

If the headset is not connected to the phone via Bluetooth op-
tion, please follow the pairing process to connect them.
