IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read, understand and follow ALL instructions before using this product.
2. Do not exceed the overall maximum load capacity of 1,200 lbs. or the
maximum dumping load capacity of 500 lbs.The weight rating is based on an
evenly distributed load.
3. Do not load items on the top edges of the panels. Remove panels before
loading oversized items.
4. Do not allow children to use the cart without supervision.This cart is not a toy.
5. Do not use this cart for transporting passengers.
6. This cart is not intended for highway use.
7. Do not exceed 5 mph.
8. Distribute the load evenly over the surface of the bed.
9. If any parts become damaged, broken or misplaced, do not use the cart until
replacement parts have been obtained.
10. Do not use the cart on surfaces or for transporting objects that can cause
damage to the pneumatic tires or tubes. DO NOT INFLATE THE TIRES TO
MORE THAN 30 PSI (2.07 BAR).
11. It is recommended that the cart be inspected for damage before each use.
12. KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FURTHER REFERENCE.

Attach the dump lock to the bed frame using M6x15 carriage bolts (2), M6 washers (2), and M6 lock nuts (2). Tighten securely.

Unlock the front frame using the dump lock and place the rear axle
assembly under the frame to prop it up for easier access.

Remove the rear axle from underneath the front frame.
Attach the rear axle assembly to the bed frame using
M8x20 carriage bolts (2), M8 washers (2), and M8 lock
nuts (2). Hand tighten. Do not fully tighten bolts
at this time

Slide the rear struts onto the rear axle assembly and attach the angled part of the strut to the bed frame using M8x20 carriage bolts (2), M8 washers (2), and M8 lock
nuts (2). Tighten all hardware securely

Attach the front axle assembly to the bed
frame using M8x20 carriage bolts (4), M8
washers (4), and M8 lock nuts (4).The bolts
should go through the frame rst then the
front axle. Hand tighten.
Do not fully tighten bolts at this time.

Next attach the front struts (2) to the underside
of the front axle assembly using M8x20 carriage
bolts (2), M8 washers (2), and M8 lock nuts (2).
Slide the M8x20 carriage bolt down through the
front axle assembly rst and then through the
struts. Fully tighten the bolts in Steps 2 and 5.
Fijar los (2) amortiguadores delanteros a la
cara inferior del ensamblado del eje delantero
con (2) pernos de carro M8x20, (2) arandelas

Attach the front struts (2) to the bed frame
using M8x20 carriage bolts (2), M8 washers (2),

bolt through the bed frame rst and then
through the struts. Hand tighten. Do not fully
tighten bolts at this time

Place the M8x15 hex head bolt (1) and M8 lock nut (1)
in the center of the front axle assembly. This bolt is not
for connecting any parts. It is only used for a steering
stop when rotating the wheels left and right.
Colocar el perno de cabeza hexagonal M8x15 (1) y la
contratuerca M8 (1) en el centro del ensamblado del
eje frontal. Este perno no es para conectar ninguna

Secure the steering linkage using M6x17 hex
bolts (2), M6 washers (2), and M6 lock nuts
(2). Tighten securely.
