Pompe de relevage de condensat RAPIDO pour Artiplastic® 08.
La pompe de relevage RAPIDO est intégrable dans le coude de goulotte
Artiplastic 08, directement à la sortie, sur la gauche du climatiseur. Elle peut
également être intégrée dans les climatiseurs et les ventiloconvecteurs de type
plafonniers, consoles et muraux, y compris les mini-splits.

Raccorder à l'alimentation du climatiseur ou au réseau par l'intermédiaire du
câble d'interconnexion avec brin (déjà branché sur la pompe), prévoir un
dispositif de protection et de sectionnement électrique (non fourni) conforme à
la norme IEC 345 sur la phase et le neutre. Pour le branchement du câble sur la
pompe, la phase et le neutre peuvent être inversés. Ne pas oublier de faire le
raccordement à la terre.
Attention : avant toute mise sous tension, s'assurer que le couvercle de
la pompe soit refermé.

Important : pour le raccordement de l'alarme vous disposez d'un contact d'un
pouvoir de coupure de 8A résistif - 230 VAC/VDC max. Ce contact peut être
utilisé en "normalement fermé" ou "normalement ouvert".
Pour utiliser le contact d’alarme en "normalement fermé", il faut utiliser les
câbles branchés sur la pompe sur NC (fil rouge) et C (fil blanc).
Pour utiliser le contact d’alarme en "normalement ouvert", il faut utiliser les
câbles branchés sur la pompe sur NO (fil noir) et C (fil blanc).

Nous vous conseillons d'utiliser ce contact pour couper la production frigorifique
en cas de risque de débordement.
Après le branchement électrique, protéger le tout à l’aide du capuchon
isolant. Ce capuchon doit tre fixé avec un collier Rilsan pour assurer une
bonne étanchéité.

Sur les appareils muraux de type mini-split, le bloc de détection se raccorde à
l’extrémité de la tuyauterie d’évacuation grâce au manchon caoutchouc fourni.
Sur les autres types, il se raccorde sur l’embout latéral du bac grâce au
manchon caoutchouc fourni. La longueur de ce manchon peut être ajustée. Le
bloc de détection doit être installé et fixé en position horizontale (tolérance
±7,5°). Il ne doit pas être fixé sur un support métallique, pour éviter un
mauvais fonctionnement du flotteur. Installer le tube évent sur le bloc de
détection.

Le raccordement hydraulique du refoulement se fait avec de la tuyauterie souple
de ∅6 mm intérieur.
La RAPIDO ne doit être ni immergée, ni placée à l'extérieur des locaux ou dans
des lieux humides et doit être tenue hors gel.

3. INSTALLATION DU KIT DE MONTAGE RAPIDO POUR ARTIPLASTIC 08 :
Avant la mise en service, il est recommandé de rincer abondamment à l’eau la
batterie et le bac de condensat afin d’évacuer tous les corps étrangers.
Toujours prévoir un bac de récupération de condensat suffisamment haut pour
qu'au-delà du niveau alarme, il puisse encore contenir l'eau qui continuera de
s’écouler de la batterie en cas de coupure électrique.
Tracer la position des
trous de fixation du coude
(sur la gauche du
climatiseur) et de la
goulotte, en tenant
compte des dimensions du
couvercle du coude.
Il faut faire attention de
laisser un espace entre la
partie inférieure du coude
et le climatiseur, car le
couvercle est environ 10
mm plus long que la base.

Avant de refermer la goulotte, il est conseillé de "noyer" le câble
électrique et le tuyau d’évacuation d’eau dans les tubes de réfrigération
isolés pour ne pas qu’ils touchent les parois et le couvercle. Ce procédé
va contribuer à diminuer le niveau sonore de l’installation.

face collé sur cache plafond.
Après le test de fonctionnement

4. FONCTIONNEMENT :
Verser de l'eau dans le bac du climatiseur. Vérifier que la pompe se met en
marche et s'arrête lorsque le niveau d'eau est redescendu. Pour tester le
fonctionnement de l'alarme, verser continuellement de l'eau jusqu'à ce que la
fonction alarme se déclenche (coupure, alarme sonore ou visuelle, etc.).
5. NETTOYAGE :
Périodicité : en début de saison. Le bloc de détection doit être nettoyé. Avant
toute intervention sur l'installation et notamment sur l'ensemble de relevage de
condensat, s'assurer de la mise hors tension. Enlever le couvercle du coude de
goulotte pour accéder au bloc de détection. Enlever le flotteur, nettoyer le bloc
de détection et le flotteur avec une solution d'eau additionnée de 5% d'eau de
Javel. Replacer le flotteur dans sa position initiale, bien refermer le couvercle.
Faire un essai de fonctionnement de la pompe et de l'alarme. Lorsque le
climatiseur est installé dans un lieu entraînant ou favorisant une salissure
importante de l'eau de condensation, prévoir un entretien plus fréquent.
. GARANTIE :
Un (1) an à partir de la date de livraison. Cette garantie porte sur les pièces
présentant des vices de matière ou des défauts de fabrication et se limite au
remplacement ou à la remise en état des pièces défectueuses, sans qu'aucune
indemnité ou dommages et intérêts puissent être réclamés. Les pompes
retournées doivent être complètes (détection et pompe) et accompagnées d'une
note précisant le défaut constaté.
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas d'installation non-conforme,
de non-respect des spécifications, de non entretien ou de non
raccordement de l'alarme.

Die Kondensatförderpumpe RAPIDO wird direkt im Winkelkanal am Ausgang,
auf der linken Seite des Klimagerätes eingebaut. Sie kann auch direkt in
Minisplit, Decken oder Wandgeräten integriert werden.

Die Anschlussleitungen vom Pumpenblock an das Netz sind mit einem Querschnitt
schon an die Pumpe verlegt. Nach der Norm IEC 345 muss eine Unterbrechung
der Phase und des Neutralleiters durch eine Vorrichtung zum Schutz vorgesehen
werden.
Achtung : Überzeugen sie sich vor jedem Einschalten, dass der Deckel
der Pumpe wieder verschlossen ist.

Wichtig: Die Steuerung beinhaltet einen Schaltkontakt, der einen zulässigen
Schaltstrom von 8 A bei ohmscher Last besitzt – Spannung max.230 VAC/VDC.
Dieser Schaltkontakt kann in « Normal geöffnet » oder « Normal geschlossen »
betrieben werden.
Um den Schaltkontakt im « Normal geöffnet » etrieb zu benutzen, benutzen
Sie die Alarmkabel NO (schwarz) und C (weiss).

Es wird empfohlen die Alarmschaltung zu verwenden, um ein mögliches
Überlaufen bei einer Störung der Pumpe zu vermeiden.
Nachdem Stromanschluss wird empfohlen, die Kabel mit der
beiliegenden isolierenden Kappe zu schützen.

ei Minisplit-Wandgeräten wird das Schwimmermodul am Ende der
Ablaufleitung mit dem mitgelieferten Schlauchstück angeschlossen. ei anderen
Typen erfolgt der Anschluss seitlichen direkt am Stutzen der Kondensatwanne.
Die Länge dieses Schlauchstücks kann beliebig angepasst werden. eim
Schwimmergehäuse muss unbedingt auf eine waagrechte Montage geachtet
werden (Toleranz 15 °). Es darf nicht direkt in die Auffangswanne gestellt und
auf keinem metallischen Träger befestigt werden. Achtung, Entlüftungsschlauch
nicht vergessen.

Für die Druckleitung der Pumpe, ist ein Schlauch mit einem Durchmesser von
6mm zu verwenden.
Die RAPIDO muss so eingebaut werden, dass sich beim etrieb entstehenden
Vibrationen nicht störend auswirken können. Die Montage in feuchten Räumen
oder Umgebungstemperatur unter 0°C ist nicht zulässig.

3. INSTALLATION DER MONTAGE-SET RAPIDO FÜR ARTIPLASTIC® 08-KANAL :
Vor Inbetriebnahme muss die Anlage gründlich mit Wasser gereinigt werden,
damit keine Metallsplitter und Fremdkörper die Funktion des Systems
beeinträchtigen.
ei den Spülvorgängen ist darauf zu achten, dass ein genügend grosses Gefäss
unterhalb den Stutzen vorhanden ist, um das anfallende Wasser auf zu fangen.
Je nach Klimaanlage muss
die Pumpe auf der rechten

Zeichnen sie die Position der
Löcher des Kanalwinkel und
des Kanal an. Aufpassen auf

Bevor der Kanalwinkel wieder verschlossen wird, ist es zu empfehlen
die elektrischen Kabel und die Druckleitung zwischen den isolierten
Kühlrohren zu verlegen. Somit wird verhindert, dass diese den Deckel
und die Wände berühren, was beim Betrieb der Pumpe das
Geräuschniveau erhöhen könnte.

4. FUNKTIONSPRÜFUNG :
Schütten Sie langsam Wasser in den ehälter der Klimaanlage. Überprüfen Sie,
ob sich bei entsprechendem Wasserspiegel die Pumpe ein und ausschaltet. Um
die Funktionsweise der Alarmschaltung zu überprüfen, schütten Sie ständig
Wasser hinzu, bis die Alarmfunktion ausgelöst wird.
5. REINIGUNG :
Vorbeugende Wartung: Das Schwimmermodul muss jährlich vor eginn der
Saison gereinigt werden. Vergewissern Sie sich vor allen Arbeiten, insbesondere
am Pumpenteil, das die Anlage abgeschaltet und spannungsfrei ist. Nehmen Sie
den Deckel des Kanal und des Formteils heraus um den Schwimmermodul zu
erreichen. Reinigen Sie das Schwimmermodul und den Schwimmer. itte
beachten : An dem potentialfreien Relais kann immer noch Spannung anliegenb
! Prüfen Sie die Funktionsweise der Pumpe und der Alarmfunktion. Wenn die
Klimaanlage an einem schmutzanfälligen Ort installiert ist, verkürzen sich
Reinigungsintervalle.
. GEWÄHRLEISTUNG :
1 Jahr. Diese Gewährleistung gilt für Teile die Materialschäden oder
Herstellungsfehler aufweisen und beschränkt sich auf das Auswechseln oder die
Reparatur der defekten Teile. Arbeitskosten und eventuelle sekundäre Schäden
können in keinem Fall als Grundlage für eine Reklamation dienen. Die
zurückgesendeten Geräte müssen vollständig und mit einer schriftlichen
Aufstellung der festgestellten Mängel versehen sein.
Bei einer nicht konformen Installation oder bei Nichteinhaltung der
Spezifikationen oder der Wartung lehnen wir jede Haftung ab.

The condensate removal pump is integrated in an elbow of duct to be installed
directly on the left side of the air-conditioner. The RAPIDO is suitable for mini-
split, ceiling-mounted and wall-mounted air conditioning units.

The pump is delivered wired with a 6 lead cable. rown & blue leads are for the
two phases of the 230V supply, and the green/yellow lead has to be connected
to earth. The red, black and white leads are for alarm; see below. The electrical
installation shall be done by a competent and approved installer in respect of
local regulations. At the free extremity of the cable, provide an electric
protection and isolating device (not supplied) conforming to the IEC 345
standard on phase and neutral.
Warning : before connecting the power supply, ensure that the cover of
the pump unit is properly closed.

We advise the use of this contact to cut off refrigeration in the event of an
overflow in the detection unit.
Ensure that the electrical connections to the pump are sealed fully
using the insulating cap, which must be secured with a cable tie.

On mini-split, wall mounted equipment, the detection unit is connected to the
end of evacuation pipe by means of a rubber sleeve (supplied). On other types,
the rubber sleeve is connected to the drain tank outlet. The length of this sleeve
can be adjusted. The detection unit must be installed horizontally, in the
location reserved inside the foam elbow (tolerance 15°).To avoid dysfunction of
the magnet, this unit must not be fixed on a metallic brace. Install the
ventilation tube on the detection block.

The RAPIDO must not be immersed or placed outside of the premises or in a
damp place, or in temperature below 0°C.

3. INSTALLATION OF THE RAPIDO PUMP WITH ASSEMBLY KIT FOR
ARTIPLASTIC® DUCT 08 :
Clean all elements of the a/c unit’s drain, in order to ensure that the condensate
water to be pumped will be clean.
The drain tank should be deep enough such that it is capable of containing the
water, above the alarm level, which will continue to flow from the evaporator in
the event of a power failure.
Mark the position of the
elbow and duct fixing
holes on the left of the air-
conditioner.
Take care of the dimension
cover, which is about
10mm longer than the
basis.
Drill the holes and insert the wall-plugs.
Fix the elbow, the polystyrene hull and the duct.

Before closing the duct, it is advised to support the power cable and the
discharge tube between the insulation of the refrigerant tubes, so that
they do not touch the walls and the lid of the duct. This process will
help decrease the noise level of the installation.

the double adhesive face which is on
the ceiling joint.
After testing the pump as described in
chapter 5, close the lid of the hull and
position the duct elbow.

4. OPERATION :
Pour water into air conditioner drain tank. Check that the pump starts then
stops when the water level has gone back down. To check the operation of the
alarm, continue to pour in water until the alarm triggers (cutting of the air
conditioner or generating an audible or visual alarm, etc.).
5. CLEANING :
Periodically: at the beginning of the season. Clean the detection unit.
Disconnect from main supply before opening. Remove the lid of the elbow to
reach the detection block. Remove the float, clean the detection unit and the
float using a solution of water containing 5% bleach. Replace the float in this
initial position, reinstall the lid. Carry out an operating test on the pump and the

One (1) year as of date of delivery. This warranty concerns all parts with
material defects or manufacturing faults and is confined to the replacement or

be considered as basis for a claim in any case.
All returned equipment must be completed and accompanied by a note
indicating the observed fault.
We decline any responsibility if the installation is not in conformity, if
the specifications are not satisfied, if the equipment is not maintained
or if alarm is not connected.
