2. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
Read all instructions before using the treadmill.
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
1. Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
2. An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use, and before
putting on or taking off parts.
3. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children, invalids, or disabled persons.
4. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachment not recommended
by the manufacture.
5. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped
or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
6. Do not carry this appliance by supply cord or use cord as a handle.
7. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
8. Never operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
9. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
10. Do not use outdoors.
11. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
12. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, than remove plug from outlet.
13. Connect this appliance to a properly grounded outlet only.
14. This machine is intended for household use only.
15. If the power cord is damaged, be sure to ask the manufactory for replacement to avoid the accidents. The selling
agents and correlative qualified professionals are as well as eligible.
3. GROUNDING INSTRUCTION
This product must be grounded. If it should be malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance
for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an
equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is
properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

DANGER – Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check
with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is product is properly grounded.
Do not modify the plug provided with the product - if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a
qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a nominal 220V~240V circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in
the figure. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug.
No adapter should be used with this product.

5. ASSEMBLY STEPS
Two people are required to finish the assembly steps. (Please
pay attention to follow assembly procedure , to avoid injury.)
1. Put up left and right Uprights and tighten with Allen
Bolt (b) (a).

2. Put Computer Console (A) on the Upright and connect
Control Wires between Handrail and Upright. Fix
Computer Console with Allen Bolt (a).

Ps.: The Cylinder is made of high pressure, prohibit
hitting with objective.
Ps.: When the cylinder gets hit, possibly will cause the
damage and make the usage not smooth.
To fold the treadmill:
Agreat space saving design is just simply to lift up the
running board and store to any place you want. Always check
if the power is off and unplug the power plug from the outlet
when folding up. Pull out the Pop-Pin as the direction shown
in the drawing, then lift up the treadmill, do not take your
hands away until the POP-Pin click into the hole. Contrarily,
if you want to use the treadmill, just pull out the POP-Pin as
the direction shown in the drawing, do not take your hands
away until the treadmill is slowly drop to the ground .
Before you change to angle, fold the treadmill according to
the steps above. Pull down the iron strip in the manual lift
pole to the frame iron pipe. After it, drop the frame to the
ground according to the steps above.
PS.1 Prevent from causing danger, be careful if the kids
are around. If want to move the treadmill, must fold
the treadmill, let hands hold on rear adjust box, then
make the treadmill incline until the roller can be
moved smoothly, then can move the treadmill.
PS.2 In order to avoid of dangerous, DO NOT move the
treadmill on uneven ground.)
PS.3 To prevent the injury, the main body should be put on
the even ground. Person can’t stand under the frame.

6. MAINTENANCE
1. When running belt is off the center, stop the treadmill
immediately, use Allen Wrench to adjust the hex head
screw. For example, the running belt is offset to the left it
should adjust 1/4 circle clockwise; if the running belt is
offset to the right, adjust 1/4 circle counterclockwise.
After adjustment, start the treadmill again, if the running
belt still off the center, repeat the adjusting procedure till
the running belt is in the center position.
(Ps.1. The action is quite important, please follow the
steps above to deal in the case of it happens.)
(Ps.2. The off center issue is happened sometime when
differ user is using the unit in normal condition. Just be
careful the running belt is not wear out the side rail.
2. It is strongly suggested to follow the Table (in below) to
apply lubrication on running deck. Please use 6mm
wrench to loosen bolts in rear adjusting boxes. Pull up
the running belt and apply lubrication evenly on the
center of the running deck, then adjust the belt to the
center of deck, follow by tighten the screw to the
original set up.
(Ps. When the belt is sliding, please follow the adjusted
method.)

7. COMPUTER OPERATION INSTRUCTION
I. General Operation:
1. Turn on the treadmill.
2. Put the safety key in the recess of the console.
The beeper will sound and the windows will display 00:00 which presents the treadmill has been under
START/READY position, under this situation, user can hold the grip pulse sensor to detect heart rate value
directly.
** It will show the relationship that whether the amount of the running is adequate under different age and heart
rate:

3. Press to start, the treadmill will start with a speed of 1.0km/hr, at this time press to increase
the speed. When press , the treadmill will stop ( press once, Time Window will display the
picture of STOP. All numbers will stop changing and the treadmill will pause for 4 minutes and then come back
to the START/ READY position, if press once, then press the second time and hold it for 3 seconds,
treadmill will automatically Reset to the START/READY position.)
**Range of speed:1.0~13km
4. Under START/READY position, press to enter other functions.
** If the safety key/clip is not placed in the recess of the console, at this time all windows will display “----”, which
means the treadmill has not entered start/ready status.
** During exercise, if the safety key/clip is off, then the beeper will sound for warning, then the treadmill will stop
operation. At this moment, put the safety key back to the recess of console, then all the values will go back to
initial values.
** Under START/READY position, if you do not hold the grip pulse sensor, then PULSE window will display HP,
when you hold the both sides of grip pulse sensor, you will see the PULSE window display the heart rate values.
**When running, if you press ,the window will switch between Speed/Distance.

MODE Function Keys
5. Under START/READY position, press and right Speed window will blink. At this time, it enters
selection mode of function. Under this mode, press to switch the function of P1~P6.
6. P1~P6 program control function
6.1. When Speed window blinks, press to select P1~P6. When the Program that you want displays
in the Speed window, press to confirm. Speed window will stop blinking.
6.2. After select Program, left Pulse window starts to blink. Press to change the grade (L1~L3) that
you need. After select, press to confirm. Pulse window will stop blinking.
6.3. After the grade is selected, center TIME window starts to blink. Press to change time. After the
time you need is set, press to confirm. TIME window will stop blinking.
**Time pre-set value:32(min)
Range of time:5~99(min)
6.4. Press and the motor will operate directly according to installed value, each degree for time
setting is 1 minute. When time is up, the speed value will be changed directly.
During P1~P6 function setting, press , treadmill will immediately begin operating. Those didn’t set up any
value; the system will adapt the installed (pre-set) value automatically. Press to change values, but entering
next grade will return to the original PROGRAM setting.
