• ADULT ASSEMBLY
REQUIRED.
• This product is not intended to
be used with any other
accessories. Use only
components provided in
original package.
• Always follow recommended
use for each product modes.
• Seat recline is only used in
highchair mode. DO NOT
recline seat in any other use
modes.
• DO NOT remove seat from
frame with child in it.
• DO NOT FORCE TRAY against
child. Use only the four
adjustment positions. Be sure
both adjustment fingers are
engaged in armrest slots.
•NEVER allow a child to push
away from table.
HIGHCHAIR:
•FALL HAZARD: Children have
suffered severe head injuries
including skull fractures when
falling from high chairs. Falls
can happen suddenly if child is
not restrained properly.
• Always use restraints, and
adjust to fit snugly.
• Tray is not designed to hold
child in chair.
• STAY NEAR AND WATCH
CHILD DURING USE.
Always keep your child in
view.
•It is recommended that the
high chair be used in the
upright position only by
children capable of sitting
upright unassisted.
•NEVER allow a child to push
away from table.
Failure to follow these warnings and the assembly instructions
could result in serious injury or death. Read all instructions
before use.

BOOSTER:
• CHILDREN HAVE SUFFERED
HEAD INJURIES, INCLUDING
SKULL FRACTURES, AFTER
FALLING WITH OR FROM
BOOSTER SEATS.
• Check that booster seat is
securely attached to adult
chair before each use.
• Always use restraints until
child is able to get in and
out of booster seat without
help. Adjust to fit snugly.
• Never allow child to push
away from table.
• Never lift and carry child in
booster seat.
• Stay near and watch your
child during use.
• Until child is able to get in and
out of the booster seat without
help, the child should be
secured in the booster seat at
all times by the restraining
system. The tray is not
designed to hold the child in
the chair.
• Use this booster seat only for
children capable of sitting
upright unassisted.
• ALWAYS USE booster straps to
attach booster to any chair.
Always ensure straps are
pulled tight.
• DO NOT USE the booster on a
stool, swivel chair, folding
chair or any other type of chair
to which this booster cannot
be firmly attached. The
recommended type of chair
shall be with four legs, a high
backrest, and a firm seat.
• PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY
OR DEATH. Do not use in
motor vehicles.

bandeja no ha sido diseñada

capaces de sentarse erguidos

• USE SIEMPRE las correas del
asiento para dar de comer para
sujetar el asiento elevado a
