3.Adjustthepailtobesureitisalignedwiththe
platen,andopentheplatenbleedport(J).

enteringthepail,whentheplatenreachesthe
topofthepail,movetheramdirectorvalve(BD)
handletotheneutralpositionandmovethepail.

movetheramdirectorvalve(BD)handleto
DOWN,andlowertheramuntiltheplatenlowers
intothepailand󰘱uidbeginstocomeoutofthe
platenbleedport(J).
5.Movetheramdirectorvalve(BD)handletothe
neutralposition.
6.Closetheplatenbleedport(J).

button(BG).Whentheblowoffbutton(BG)is
pushed,theairsupplyraisingtheramisdiverted
totheblowoffconnectionontheplatenand
createsapressuretopushthepailoffofthe
platen.Iftheramdirectorvalve(BD)isnotinthe
up(raiseram)position,theblowoffbutton(BG)
hasnofunctionality.
a.Movethedirectorvalvehandle(BD)tothe
UPposition.
b.Astheramraisesthepailoffofthebase,
periodicallypresstheblowoffbutton(BG)to
createapressureinthepailtopushitoffof
theplaten.
c.Whentheplatenisfreeofthepailandthe
ramreachesitsfullheight,movethedirector
valvehandle(BD)totheneutralposition.
3.Removetheemptypail.
4.Inspectplatenand,ifnecessary,remove
anyremainingmaterialormaterial
build-up.Iffullcleaningisnecessary,see
