pumpingandbeforeyouclean,check,orservice
theequipment.
1.Closetheairmotorslidervalve(BH)andthe
mainairslidervalve(BA).

2.Settheramdirectorvalve(BD)toDOWN.The
ramwillslowlydrop.
3.Jogtheramdirectorvalve(BD)upanddownto
bleedairfromramcylinder.
4.Opendispensevalveortriggerguntorelieve
pumpoutputpressure.

1.Raisetheram:
a.Openthemainairslidervalve(BA)andset
theramairregulator(BB)to30psi(0.21
MPa,2.1bar).
b.Movetheramdirectorvalve(BD)handleto
UP.Allowtheramtorisetofullheight.
c.Whentheramisatitsfullheight,movethe
ramdirectorvalve(BD)handletotheneutral
(center)position.
2.Placeafullpailonthebaseandcenteritunder
thePlaten(D).
3.Adjustthepailtobesureitisalignedwiththe
platen,andopentheplatenbleedport(J).
NOTE: NOTE:
NOTE:Iftheplatenisnotalignedproperlyfor
enteringthepail,whentheplatenreachesthe
topofthepail,movetheramdirectorvalve(BD)
handletotheneutralpositionandmovethepail.
Thencontinueloweringtheplatenintothepail.
4.Withhandsawayfromthepailandtheplaten,
movetheramdirectorvalve(BD)handleto
DOWN,andlowertheramuntiltheplatenlowers
intothepailanduidbeginstocomeoutofthe
platenbleedport(J).
5.Movetheramdirectorvalve(BD)handletothe
neutralposition.
6.Closetheplatenbleedport(J).

3.Openthepumpairmotorslidervalve(BH).
4.Keeptheramdirectorvalve(BD)handleDOWN
whilepumpisoperating.

pumpdoesnotprimeproperlywithheavieruids.
Decreaseairpressureifuidisforcedoutaround
