Safety- and accident prevention regulations
2.1
General safety instructions
•The manual has been created so that you can work safely with the device.
•People who do not know how to use the device are not allowed operate it.
•Read the manual thoroughly before operating. Pay particular attention to the
safety instructions.
•This manual is intended for people with basic technical knowledge of handling
devices such as the one described here.
•If you have no experience with such a device, you should first have an experienced
person help you.
•Keep all documents supplied with the device, so you can check if necessary. Keep the
purchase receipts for any warranty claims.
•If you should lend or sell the device, all the required documents should be given to the
person using the device.
•Observe the operating and maintenance instructions, which can be found in this
manual.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
•The mechanical maintenance environment at the prescribed intervals and in the
prescribed extent.

•After maintenance work all dismantled protective devices must be reassembled
professionally. The protection devices and their protection shall be checked before using
the device by a competent person.
•For defective devices maintenance orders should be put into place to keep the extent
of the damage minimal and not to compromise the safety of the appliance.
•The jack may be used and operated only within the scope specified in this manual
conditions.
•Retrofits, changes or modifications to the device are strictly prohibited. A consultation
and written approval are required from the manufacturer.
•If during operation (residual) risks and dangers show, which are not described in this
manual, the operator is obliged to report this to the manufacturer.
•Never exceed the defined lifting weight permissible for the lifter..
•Always set the jack on solid, level ground on.
•Never work and/or reach under a raised load, if you have not taken additional
precautionary measures to prevent rolling, sliding or tilting of the vehicle. The load to
be well when the desired lift height, are secured by jack stands if work is to be
performed at and below the raised load.
•Do not change the setting of the safety valve. Before each use , you should check the
functionality in particular the hydraulic oil level and check for possible leaks.
•Under high pressure, escaping fluids (hydraulic oil) can penetrate the skin and cause
serious injury! If injured a doctor immediately! Risk of infection!
•Before working on the hydraulic system device, depressurize the system!
•The trolley jack must be set only in location on the vehicle which are provided in the
relevant operating instructions for the device.
•Keep all documents supplied with the device, so you can check if necessary. Keep the
purchase receipts for any warranty claims.
•If you should lend or sell the device, all the required documents should be given to the
person using the device.
•Observe the operating and maintenance instruction, which can be found in this manual.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with this device.

2.2
Activity-Specific Measures
•Scaffolding maintenance and cleaning work is only to be performed when
wearing protective gloves in order to prevent injury on sharp-edged
instrument parts
•While working with and on the device proper fitting
protective work shoes must be worn.
•Before each use, a visual principle and a function control of the device
through to identify damaged and worn parts and to arrange for maintenance
before commissioning by a trained personnel.
•Before lifting the load, make sure that the drain valve is closed.
•Ensure that the jack is always on a solid and stable base, before the load is lifted.
•Never work under a suspended load, if it is only supported by the jack.
•Lubricate all moving parts regularly on hydraulic jacks.
•When the oil level too low is, before further use, replenish and vent the system.
Observe the notes in these instructions!
•The jack must be operated only by persons who have reached the age of 16. An
exception is where the use in the course of training to achieve the skill under
supervision of an instructor is allowed by a teenager.
3.
Specifications
3.1.
Intended Use
The car jack should only be used as a lifting device for motor vehicles and trailers. With the jacks never
other loads, animals or humans may be lifted or transported. Vehicles may never be moved by means
of the jack. Immediately after lifting the load axle stands must be mounted on the lifted vehicle, before
working on or under the vehicle.
Never overload the jack using given in the following table loads.
Failure to comply with the provisions of the generally accepted rules and the provisions of this manual,
including insufficient maintenance, the manufacturer for damages can not be held responsible.

4.
Operation of the Jack
4.1.
Preparation before first use
Check after opening the packaging that all components are complete and undamaged. If
components are missing or damaged, take immediately contact your dealer to contact and
use the device only after the release by the dealer. Before the first use of the jack it is
necessary to vent the hydraulic circuit and, if necessary, adjust the oil level.
4.2.
Venting and filling the Hydraulic circuit
ATTENTION: When the oil level too low is and air in the hydraulic circuit can lead to a
sudden slump of the load and endanger people and seriously injure them.
1. To ventilate, you must loosen the handle (pos. 70) counterclockwise.
2. Receiving Ring (Pos. 10) hold in lowest position

brackets.

4.3.
Lifting of loads
Stellen Sie den Wagenheber unter die zu hebende Last. Die richtigen Aufnahmepunkte
am Fahrzeug entnehmen Sie bitte dem Fahrzeughandbuch. Das Fahrzeug muss gegen
Wegrollen gesichert werden und die Stellfläche muss eben und ausreichend tragfest für
die zu hebende Last sein.
1. Close the valve by turning the handle (pos. 70) clockwise. IMPORTANT: Do not
over-tighten the handle.
2. Position of the jack is according to the vehicle
operating instructions.
3. When operating the pump lever, be sure that the load lies as fully as possible on the
receiving device.
4. Pump the load tot he desired height, you always pay attention during pumping tot he
stability of the vehicle and the jack.

WARNING: Incorrect positioning or insufficient stability of the jack may
cause it to overturn. .
5. When the desired lift height is achieved, secure the vehicle by additional axle
stands before you begin working on the vehicle
.
4.4.
Lowering Loads
Lift the load off slowly and evenly, avoiding a jerky lowering. This protects the pivot points and
the hydraulic unit and extends the life of the jack.
CAUTION: Before draining, check that no tools or people are under the suspended load. It
could be wedged, or damage or badly injure someone.
1. Turn the handle (Pos. 70) slowly and evenly counterclockwise until the load
lowers. Once you turn the handle in the clockwise direction again, the
downward movement stops.
NOTE:: The more you open the valve, the faster the load lowers.
2. When the vehicle is fully drained, pull the jack out from under it.
NOTE: If necessary, press (never the bearing surface) the lift arm down to free something
underneath with your hand.
If the lifting arm can not be lowered to the lowest position is completely on its own, air can go
through the hydraulic circuit. Before the next lift of the jack as described in section 4.2, it is to
be vented. If this does not improve, you must inform your dealer.

5.
Service and Maintenance
5.1.
General Maintenance
•
Carrying out maintenance and repair work must be conducted only by qualified personnel.
•
Pay attention to the originality of spare and the wear of parts.
•
The implementation of maintenance and cleaning work and the correction of
malfunctions are only permissible if the jack is lowered without load.
•
In case the repair of paint is necessary, pay attention to the integrity and readability
of all billboards and product signs must be replaced with original spare part.
•
Fasteners must be regularly checked for tightness and, if necessary, be tightened.
CAUTION: Never perform various tasks simultaneously and not with several
people.
WARNING: Failure to comply with the maintenance specifications can lead to
serious accidents.
ATTENTION: Do not hold body parts between moving parts.
IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with the lubrication service can cause
damage to property and lead to impairments.
5.2.
Filling of hydraulic fluid
1.
Place the jack on an even and workable base
2.
Remove the cover plate (Pos. 73).
3.
Open the valve by turning the handle (Pos. 70) and press the lift arm to the lowest
position.
4.
Remove the valve cap (Pos. 39) and fill with fresh hydraulic oil. (Type HPL 46 or
similar oil).
5.
The hydraulic cylinder must be coated with oil.
6.
After refilling insert the valve cap and mount the cover plate.
7.
Before being used again, the system must be vented as described in section 4.2.

6.
Storage and Transport
Always keep the jack in a dry and frost-proof room. Always check the condition of the
device before storage and perform maintenance from before the shutdown, so you jack is
ready to work again.
7.
Disposal
The separate, environmentally friendly disposal of materials encourages recycling of recyclable
materials. Therefore, after expiry of the normal service life of the unit itself and all related
items such as lubricants, packaging and consumables to perform the collection of recycled
material.
Packaging, equipment and accessories are made of recyclable materials and must be disposed of
accordingly.
Make sure that an old unit is rendered unusable before disposal.
WARNING: if you do not have the necessary expertise, consult an expert with the
dismantling and disposal. POSIBILITY OF INJURY!!!!
Always keep in mind the local regulations!!
