machine has a sliding stop. The
position of these can be determined
by using either the millimeter or inch
ruler at the side of the machine.
Press handle down to operate the
crease or perf tool. Remove sheet
and repeat or set up a new position.

8
Changing Dies
Pull out the crease/perf dies using
the removal tool provided.
It is important, forbest results and to
avoid damaging the blades, make
sure that the anvil for perforating or
creasing matches the appropriate
perforating/crease bar position. i.e.
DO NOT use the perforating blade
against the creasing rule side of the
anvil or vice versa.

9
Maintenance
•Cover the machine when not in use to avoid dust from collecting on surface and dies.
•Replace the crease/perf bar and the composite bar if worn or damaged.
Troubleshooting
Paper Sticking to Perf Blade
•Remove the top cover. This will allow you to see the mechanism and ensure the perf blade is
inserted correctly.
•Attach the lever and press down lightly for better access to the screws.
•Loosen the four screws that hold the blade in position.
•Release the lever arm
•Remove the blade
•Turn the anvil block so the perf anvil is facing up
•Insert the perf blade
•Ensure the pinch bar is even and pushed all the way back
•Press down hard with the lever
•Tighten the screws
•Release the lever
•Check perf blade position by watching the blade as it is lowered. The blade should come free of
the pinch bar. If you cannot see the blade teeth, adjust the blade using the screws until you can
see the teeth when pressing down. The pinch bar is what frees the paper from the perf blade.
