Hereareafewideastogetyoustarted:
- We recommend using a little butter or a
high smoke point oil (e.g. avocado oil) for
any meal.
- It also helps to use oil and butter on breads
or directly on the plates.
- Avoid using low smoke point oils (e.g. extra
virgin olive oil) as they can burn
or smoke.
- Cooking times will vary depending on the
size of the bread and ingredients used. If
you want crispier bread or really melted
ingredients, you may have to cook longer.
- Cakes, corn bread, cookies or brownies,
may require additional time. It’s best to test
with a toothpick before removing from unit.
