GREENMIGO ‘ALPHA’ Range Dehumidifiers
INSTRUCTION MANUAL [EN]




Remove all packaging material and placethe dehumidifier onastable, flat dry and level surface.
Ensure the dehumidifier is at asafe distanceatleast 50cm away from awall or furniture.
Supply power should be in correspondence withthe value on the nameplate, power outlet needs to be
grounded.
Ensure thetank is correctly fitted, if thetank is full or not in place, thetank full light comesonand
the dehumidifier will stop working.
Turn on the power and runthe machine as per instructions below.
Checkthe dehumidifier for any transport damage. In case of damage, youshould informthe sender
immediately.

Press power button once to turn the dehumidifier on, the appliance makes a ‘beep’ sound. By default, appliance
runs on Manual Dehumidifying Mode.
To turn off the appliance, press power button again.
Press Timer off button consecutively to select your preferred timer duration from 1 to 24 hours for automatic shutoff.
Its corresponding indicator will be on. To cancel the timer off setting, press the timer button twice in 5 seconds or
turn off the appliance off and on using the power button.
Press Fan Speed button to select your preferred fan speed setting (low and high) at manual mode and its
corresponding indicator will be on.
Oscillation Button (ALPHA-12 PLUS)
Oscillating flap oscillates from 45°to 90°for better air circulation and optimum diffusion of the dehumidified air throughout
the room.
Anion Function (ALPHA-12 PLUS)
Press and hold the Oscillation button for 2 seconds can active the Ionizer function to fresh up the air quality.
Note: Anion function will be switched off automatically when the fan stops working.
Press and Hold the fan speed button down for 2 seconds to lock the control panel and repeat to deactivate the child lock.
On ALPHA-12 PLUS model, press and hold the Mode button for 2 seconds to lock the buttons.
Mode Button (ALPHA-12 PLUS)
By pressing mode button, you can choose the function of laundry drying mode, sleeping mode and air purifying mode.
At Laundry Drying mode, it operates in continuous dehumidification with high fan speed setting and will turn off
automatically after 6 hours.
Press Manual button to select your target humidity value, 55% RH is recommended for most applications. Pressing
the Manual button will scroll through the options of CO-30%-35%-40%45%-50%-55%-60%-65%-70%-75%-80%-CO.
On the 20L model, you can use the UP and Down buttons to scroll through the options.
Press the button once to check the setting humidity, after a few seconds the display will revert to the current room humidity.
When the relative humidity is below the target humidity, the appliace will go into the standby mode.
Fan will work for a few minutes to blow out the hot air from the appliance.
CO means the appliance can work continuously and without effect of the relative humidity.

Tank Full Indicator
When the tank is full, the appliance automatically turns off and tank full indicator will be on.
Auto Dehumidifying Mode (ALPHA-12 PLUS)
Press the Auto button, the unit will work automatically accordance to the ambient humidity detected below.

Air Purifying Mode (ALPHA-12 PLUS)
At Air Purifying mode, the unit works with high fan speed without dehumidifying, and the anion function will switch on
automatically.
Note: Anion function can be switched off by pressing and hold the Oscillation button for 2 seconds.
Sleeping Mode (ALPHA-12 PLUS)
At Sleeping mode, all lights will be off 5 seconds after the setting is completed, and the unit works in default humidity setting
of 55% along with low fan speed.
Note: At Sleeping mode, press any button to wake up the unit, then to operate as usual.
Note: When the water tank is full on sleeping mode, water tank full indicator will always be on.
Memory Function:
a. When unplugged directly or power cut, then reconnect to the power supply, the dehumidifier will run with the mode
prior to the shutdown. The timer setting will be kept.
b. Press the power button to switch off the dehumidifier, and then press the power button to switch it back on. The
dehumidifier will run with the mode prior to the shutdown. The timer setting will be canceled.
c. Switch off the dehumidifier and unplug the power cord, then reconnect the power supply and switch on the dehumidifier.
It will run as factory preset mode the first time you received the dehumidifier.

10. Continuous Drainage - Greenmigo ALPHA 20 Litre
Continuous drainage option allows easy removal of collected water instead of manually emptying from the water
tank. Firstly remove the tank (ALPHA 10 and 12 litre), Push a 14mm internal diameter hose onto the spout. Put
the tank back in place and ensure that the hose is running downhill with no kinks or blockage. ALPHA 20 no need t
o remove the tank in operation.

11. Cleaning & Maintenance
1. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
To ensure the effectiveness of dehumidifier, it is recommended to clean & maintain the appliance at least every two
weeks.
2. Use a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer case to remove dust. If the appliance is
extremely dirty, use a mild cleaning agent.
3. Remove the air inlet filter, use a vacuum cleaner or a brush to remove the lint
collected. Use warm soapy water to wash the air filter screen if required. (Water
no hotter than 40 degree Celsius)
4. Air dry it then install back to the appliance.

12. Trouble shooting
