Notes on Safety
To ensure the safe operation of the VTM, please carefully read the notes on safety provided below
as well as the contents of this manual. GRG Banking will not bear any responsibilities for the
damage or injuries arising from the use of the VTM that is not in accordance with the notes and the
contents provided below.
Remove all the foreign articles inside before switching the power on,
and note if the ambient environment conforms to relevant
requirements.
AC 220V/110V voltage inside. Maintenance and repairs should only
be performed by GRG recognized professional service engineers
under power-off condition.
The equipment has large-scale integrated circuits inside that are
highly sensitive to the static electricity. Don't remove the metal shield
for these circuit boards unless in an anti-static environment
confirmed by GRG.
High voltage power supply. Be careful of electric shock.
If one of the following phenomena occurs, please immediately stop operating the VTM.
1. The VTM produces smoke, strange smell, or unusual noises;
2. Electric leakage occurs;
3. Water enters the VTM (Water leakage occurs on top of the VTM or the VTM is submerged
by water);
4. Unstable power supply, voltage dip, or short interrupt occurs;
5. Cards are captured by the VTM frequently;
6. The VTM is not used for a long period (more than three months) after installation;
7. A contrived damage to the VTM;
8. The VTM is placed in an environment of lampblack, steam, high humidity or heavy dust;
9. The indoor operation temperature is too high (above 40℃) or too low (under 0℃);
When the phenomena described in clause 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 occur, call for a GRG Banking service
engineer to the site immediately for examination; when the phenomenon described in clause 6
occurs, the service engineer will decide the further usage of the VTM.

DT-7000K20 is a multi-function lobby kiosk. Characterized by ingenious and flexible, safe and
reliable, easy to maintain, DT-7000 K20-501 is very suitable for banks, self-services, toll stations,
airports and etc., and provides24-hour self-services to the public, such as transaction enquiry,
payment, and receipt print etc. DT-7000K20 -501contains hardware, software and internet support.

Chapter 2 Hardware
This chapter will describe the hardware modules configured for the K20 in detail.
1. BA-08C note receiver (serial number version)
The BA-08C note receiver (serial number version) is a cash-in module for banks and other
financial systems, as well as retail, transportation, games, recharge and other areas.

2. Keypad
The keypad is the main means for interaction between users and the machine.
Legal users can complete transaction provided by the machine by inputting PIN, account,
transaction type and other required information via keypad.
Keyboard matrix: One set of 4x4 numeric keypad (EPP), and two sets of 1x4 function keypads.
Encryption algorithm: DES, 3DES, RSA, SM3, SM3, SM4 and international-used PIN Block
standard.
Key download mode: following dual control-spilt knowledge rules, supporting local keypad input
or remote key loading. MK/SK and TR-31 key management system is adopted.

improved.

4. Card Reader
User can begin transaction by inserting a magnetic card (or smart card) into the card reader.
The card can be used for security, for identifying users, or for permitting access to restricted
services, etc. The application software will use the information on the card for transaction.
K20-501 adopts motorized card reader.
The functions of the card reader are as follows:
Conformable to EMV standard, can read/write the IC card conformable to
ISO7816 or compatible standard; can read magnetic cards conformable to
ISO7810 and 7811 standards;
With a shutter to detect the magnetic card entry;
Support backend card retention and forefront vibration-mode card entry;
Retract the card if it is not taken within an interval time;
Reject the card to the take-out position if the power fails;
Electromagnetic interference anti-skimming protection for card entry slot
(optional);
5. Thermal Receipt Printer
Using the receipt printer, the machine can provide the users with a printed record of current
transaction or enquiry detail, which is useful for future reference.

8. DVR Monitor System
The Digital Video Recorder (DVR) system provides real-time monitoring and recording for daily
transactions on the machine, and alarms on unexpected illicit events. The image information saved
in the hard disk will be used as powerful evidence for future account dissensions and financial
crimes.
9. Privacy Filter
Privacy filter is added on the screen to limit the user monitor’s viewable angle, which helps to
protect user’s privacy.

The ATM is designed to operate in an environment within the following limits:

Leave the machine in its original packing material until required for use. The storage time should
not be more than three months. The machine should be stored in an environment that conforms to

Note:
Leave the machine in its original packing material in an environment of constant

7. Floor Loading

To prevent the ground from sinking after installing the equipment, it is necessary to consider the
mechanical vibration that the machine operates to produce. (If the equipment is installed on the
floor, place it as close as possible to the pillar and crossbeam.)
