2 Disassembling and replacement
Note: Make sure switch the power off before operations.
2.1 Removal and insertion of NC
hold the NC in
the palm to take
it out.
Handle
Press the button
downwards
Removal of NC
Remove the NC by pressing
the button downwards to
release the NC latch and pull
the handle outwards, then hold
the NC in the palm to take it
out.
Insertion of NC
Holding NC in the palm, slide
the NC into CF along the
guides on the frame.
Make sure the NC is in the
right position after insertion.

2.2 Removal and insertion of RV
Removal of RV
Remove RV by pressing the
button downwards to release
the vault latch and pulling the
handle outwards, then hold the
NC in the palm to take it out.

Insertion of reject vault
Holding the RV in the palm,
slide the RV into NT along the
guides on the frame.
Make sure the reject vault is in
right position after insertion.

2.3 Removal and replacement of MB
Removal of MB Unit
Remove the left cover (total 5
screws), and disconnect all
cables connected to the MB.
Remove 4 screws securing the
MB unit to take it down.
Removal of MB
As is shown in right picture,
remove 4 screws securing the
MB to take it down.

Secure the new MB, PCB
protection cover and board
holder (lower and upper)
together with 4 pcs M3x6
screws to make up the MB nuit.
Secure the MB nuit with 4 pcs
M3x6 screws to NT and CF.
Connect all cables related to
MB, then secure the left cover
onto NT with 5 pcs M4x8
screws.

2.4 Removal and replacement of NP
Removal of NP
1. Rear Type
Remove the left and right
covers (total 11 screws), and
disconnect the cable
connected to NP and NT.
Hold the NP and remove 4
screws fixing it with NT, pull
the NP outwards horizontally
to take it down.
2. Front Type
Disconnect the cable
connected to NP and NT;
Hold the NP and remove 4
screws fixing it with NS, lift
upwards to take down the NP.

Replacement of NP
Remove the NP which should
be done first.
1. Rear Type
Put NP on NT as shown in right
picture, insert the pin into the
notch and keep NP in
horizontal direction to match
the fixing holes , then secure
the NP on NT with 4 pcs M4x8
screws.
Connect the cable connected
to the NP and NT, then mount
left cover and right cover back.
2. Front Type
Put NP on NS as shown in
right picture, insert the pin into
the notch and keep NP in
horizontal direction to match
the fixing holes , then secure
the NP on NS with 4 pcs M4x8
screws.
Connect the cable connected
to the NP and NT.
Keep this surface level.

2.5 Removal and replacement of NS
Removal of NS
1. Rear Type
Disconnect the cable connected
to NS and NT.
Remove two holders fixing the
NS and NT.
Unfold the connection bracket as
showed in right picture, hold the
handle and lift upwards to take
out the NS.
2. Front Type
Follow the steps in section 2.4 to
remove NP, and disconnect the
cable connected to NS and NT.
Similarly as Rear type, take
down NS.

Replacement of NS
Remove NS which should
be done first.
1. Rear Type
Put NS on NT as shown in right
picture, and insert the pin into
the notch.
Tighten 4 pcs M4x8 screws to
secure the NS and NT with 2
holders.
Connect the cable connected to
the NS and NT.
2. Front Type
Similarly as rear type,
mount NS on NT, and follow the
step in section 2.4 to mount NP
on NS.

2.6 Removal and replacement of NT
Removal of NT
Remove the left and right
covers.
Follow the steps described in
section 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 to
remove RV, MB, NP and NS.
Remove the timing belt between
NS and 1st NF.
Remove 2 connectors securing
NT and CF and 4 connector
Bracket securing the CF, lift the
NT upwards to take it down.
Removal of outter timing
belts:
First remove c-clips, and then
pull the timing belt and timing
pulley outwards simultaneity to
take them down.
Removal of inner timing belts:
First remove related outer timing
belt, then pull the timing belt and
timing pulley outwards
simultaneity to take down the
belts. Pay attention to keep the
pins mounted on the shafts.
Note: It is unnecessary to
remove the inner timing belt
when removing the first NF.
Otherwise, the timing belt
tension of NT will be changed.

Replacement of NT
Remove the NT that should be
replaced first.
Put the NT on CF, as shown in right
picture, and make sure the juts on
both sides of NT get into the
notches on CF properly.
Tighten 16 pcs M4×7 screws
removed above to secure NT and
CF with 6 connector Bracket.
Mount NS, NP and MB orderly,
connect all cables, insert RV,
then fix the left and right covers.

2.7 Removal and replacement of NF
Removal of NF
Note: it’s suggested that the NF
should be removed first from the
bottom to top.
Remove the NC (see section
2.1), and disconnect the cable
from NF.
Remove the timing belts and
timing pulleys related to the NF.
Remove 4 screws securing the
NF and take out the NF from CF.

Replacement of NF
Remove the NF which should be
done first.
Push the NF inwards to make the
juts on both sides of CF get into
the notches on both sides of NF
properly, then secure the NF to
the NF by tightening 4 pcs M4x7
screws.
Put the timing belts and timing
pulleys related to the NF onto
the shaft of NF together, and
then mount E rings to fix them.
Turn NT knob to check if the
drive mechanism is normal, then
connect related cables.

2.8 Removal and replacement of CF
Removal of CF
Remove NC and RV (see section
2.1 and 2.2), and disconnect the
cable related to CF.
For the removal of 1st CF, first
remove NP, NS and NT as a
whole (see section 2.6).
Remove corresponding NF (see
section 2.7), then remove 6
connector Bracket securing 1st
and 2nd CF, now 1st CF can be
taken down easily.
For the removal of other CFs
except 1st one, remove all
related connector bracket
securing related 2 CFs (total 12
pieces), take down the upper
above the CF to be replaced as a
whole.
Remove corresponding NF (see
section 2.7), then lift the CF
upwards to take it down.

Replacement of CF
Remove the CF which should be
replaced first.
Put the CF on lower CF, as
is shown in right picture, keep
two sides aligned and make the
juts on both sides of upper CF
get into the notches on the lower
CF properly. Then secure the
CFs with the connectors
removed above.

3 NC adjustment
3.1 Height adjustment
Step 1:
As shown in the right picture, loosen 4
screws A and 2 screws B, then move the
height setting plate 2 towards the NC
handle to release the height guides.
