3-IN-1 ROLLER STAND
INSTRUCTIONS
Introduction
The Model T33692 3-in-1 Roller Stand features a
pivoting head that incorporates an 111⁄2" ball-bear-
ing roller for single-plane movement; an 8-roller
head for multi-directional movement; and a full-
width metal slide for static support of a wide range
of materials. The stand has a working height of
271⁄16"–45", and a maximum weight capacity of
150 lbs.

To assemble 3-in-1 roller stand:
1. Attach feet to legs using (4) M6-1 x 45 button
head cap screws (see Figure 3).
Wear safety glasses during
the entire setup process!

2. Insert legs into center hinge and secure with
(2) M8-1.25 x 45 button head cap screws, (2)
8mm flat washers, and (2) M8-1.25 lock nuts
(see Figure 4).

• DO NOT exceed roller stand weight
capacity of 150 lbs. Sudden change in
dynamic load at maximum weight capac-
ity could cause roller stand to tip or
collapse, resulting in serious personal
injury or property damage.
• Make sure roller stand legs are fully
extended and roller stand is on flat sur-
face before using.
• Stand height should be set level with bot-
tom of workpiece.
• Fully tighten height adjustment handle
lever before placing a workpiece on roller
stand.
• Do not loosen or try to adjust height
adjustment lever while stand is support-
ing workpiece.
• Periodically check all fasteners and tight-
en, if necessary, prior to use.
Failure to follow warnings can result in seri-
ous personal injury or property damage.

3. Insert extension arm into center hinge
and thread height adjustment handle through
center hinge into extension arm to secure
(see Figure 5).
4. Extend legs fully to ensure roller stand is
stable.
5. Attach pivoting head to top of extension arm
with (2) M6-1 x 35 button head cap screw,
(2) 6mm flat washers, and (2) M6-1 lock nuts
(see Figure 6).

Adjusting Head
Lift up on head to disengage pivot stop, then
rotate head into positive stop at desired position.
Positive stop does not allow further movement
(see Figure 8).
