GRN Par 3-36
The GRN Par 3-36 is a high performance LED xture that gives a multude of advantages unique to LED
technology. The RGBW LEDs give a much wider color gamut than tradional RGB systems, in addion to
dramacally increased power eciency over older technology like Quartz lamps. The LED xtures
eliminate the need for dimmers, gels, and large mains power feeds.

Power Input
The GRN Par 3-36 uses an IEC inlet rated at 10A, 240V as standard. The xture will operate at voltages from
120VAC to 240VAC.
The power cord is a European color code type and should be connected as follows:
NOTE: Only qualied personnel should aempt to change the electrical power connector.
Fuse – 2A, 250V Fuse must be replaced with the proper type and rang.
Data Input
The xture uses standard DMX. The xture uses 3-pin XLRs for DMX data input and thru.
The Data connecons for a 3-pin XLR are as follows:
Pin 1 = GND/Shield
Pin 2 = Data (-)
Pin 3 = Data (+)
Adapng a 5-pin XLR data feed to 3-pin XLR is as follows:
5-pin XLR 3-pin XLR
Pin 1 - Pin 1
Pin 2 - Pin 2
Pin 3 - Pin 3
Pin 4 - N/C
Pin 5 - N/C

Fixture placement & hanging
The xture uses a standard yoke for aachments. Half-couplers or Pipe clamps should be used for
hanging the xtures from standard truss. Ground support should be weighted stands or something
similar. The yoke clutch should be loosened (rotate counter clockwise) before aempng to rotate the
xture in the yoke. Rotate the clutch handle clockwise to reghten.
A safety cable should be used for every xture when hung. Fixtures that are used on the ground do
not need a safety.
NOTE: The GRN Par 3-36 xtures may be mounted in any orientaon as long as the aachment
is secure.
Maintenance
There is no standard maintenance required for the GRN Par 3-36 xtures. Even though all
hardware is secured with threadlocker or locking hardware, it is always a good idea to look for any loose
or missing hardware, and ghten or replace as needed. The fricon clutch on the yoke is rugged, but if
forcibly over-rotated, the clutch may be damaged. The fricon clutch should be loosened before
aempng to rotate the xture in the yoke.
NOTE: All repairs of electronic or structural issues should be done by qualied personnel.
