Returning the
Plastic Bed to the
Lowered Position
Rotate the plastic bed back down to
the lowered position. Make sure the
dumping release handle is locked
into place when the cart is in the
lowered position.
Removable
Accessory Tray
This removable accessory tray should
not be used as a step or seat. Do not
exceed a maximum evenly distributed
load of 20 lbs (9 kg).
Using the
Dumping Feature
To operate the dumping feature,
pull the dumping release handle
outward to release the plastic
bed from the locking
mechanism. Lift up the release
handle to rotate cart upward
into the dumping position.

Step 7
Attach the wheels by first placing the wheel spacers
(4) onto each axle, then placing the wheels onto each
axle and finally placing the M12 flat washers (4) and
the M12 lock nuts (4), as shown.
Tighten lock nuts.
Step 8
Assemble the handle to the yoke using M8x60
internal button head bolt (1), M8 lock nut (1), and
M8 washers (1).
Step 6
Attach the dump lock assembly to the tray
using M8x20 internal button head bolts (3),
M8 flat washers (6) and M8 lock nuts (3).
If the dump lock does not engage when
you lower the cart, please double check
the placement of the rear frame in Step 4.
Swivel Handle Instructions
Step 1
Remove clips and cotter pins.
Step 2
Rotate the handle and insert cotter pin.
Secure by attaching the clip.
Step 3
The second cotter pin is used to attach the
handle to the trailer hitch.

2. Do not load the cart with more than 1,400 lb (635 kg). Do not use the dumping
feature of the cart with a load of more than 500 lb (226 kg). The weight rating is
based on an evenly distributed load.
3. Do not allow children to use the cart without supervision. This cart is not a toy.
4. Do not use this cart for transporting passengers.
5. This cart is not intended for highway use.
6. Do not exceed 5 mph.
7. Distribute the load evenly over the surface of the tray.
8. Do not load items on the top edges of the tray.
9. If any parts become damaged, broken or misplaced, do not use the cart until
replacement parts have been obtained.
10. Do not use the cart on surfaces or for transporting objects that can cause damage
to the pneumatic tires or tubes.
Do not inflate the tires to more than 32 PSI (2.20 BAR).
11. It is recommended that the cart be inspected for damage before each use.

parts are missing, damaged, or if you have any questions or need additional

Tools required for assembly: standard screwdriver,
phillips screwdriver and socket set (or two
adjustable wrenches).
TOOLS NOT INCLUDED.
Important Safety Instructions
Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach the front axle assembly to the front
frame using M8x20 carriage bolts (4), M8 lock
nuts (4), and M8 washers (4). Hand tighten.
Attach the outer ends of the steering linkage
using M6x20 shoulder bolts (2), M6 lock nuts
(2), and M6 flat washers (2). Hand tighten.
Step 4
A. The rear axle attaches to the rear
section of the rear frame. Double check
the rear frame placement before
assembling to the tray. As shown in
Figure 1 ,the side holes on the rear frame
must be towards the rear of the bed.
Please reference the backside of the rear
frame to confirm the correct placement.
Step 3
Slide rear struts onto the ends of the
rear axle assembly.
NOTE: If the rear frame is installed incorrectly (see figure 2), the dump lock assembly
installation in Step 6 will not engage when the cart tray is in the down position.

Step 2
Attach the front struts to connect the
front axle assembly to the front frame
using M8x20 carriage bolts (4), M8 lock
nuts (4), and M8 washers (4). Tighten all
bolts from Step 1 and Step 2 securely.
Step 5
Attach the rear frame to the
front frame using M8x20
internal button head bolts
(2), M8 lock nuts (2), and
M8 washers (2).
C. Please use the M8x20
internal button head bolt in
the front center location of
the rear frame, as shown in
the illustration.
Step 4
B. Attach the rear axle
assembly with rear struts and
the rear frame to the tray using
M8x25 internal button head
bolts (5), M8x20 internal button
head bolt (1), M8 lock nuts (6),
and M8 flat washers (12).
