Electrical interfaces in the IPT series online thermal imager for temperature measuring
include interfaces such as power input interface and Ethernet interface. The electrical
specications of the interface are as follows:
DC
It is allowed to input the DC power supply within the range of 9 -
15V and ripple wave less than 200mV, and the DC load capacity is
>1A. The internal overvoltage and reverse connection protection
will be provided, and long-time overvoltage and reverse
connection will cause the failure of the protection circuit.
Power indicator The power indicator is red during normal operation.
Ethernet
The standard Ethernet interface with RJ45 specication is
provided. When the thermal imager is successfully reset to the
factory settings by the input operation, the yellow and green
indicators will go out.
Network resetting The device is restarted and returns to the state of manufacturer
default settings.
Warning output IO The temperature measurement both at the front end and the back
end can trigger the warning output.
RS485 It conforms to the standard RS485 electrical specication and can
communicate or network with other RS485-supporting devices.
The names of the interfaces correspond to contents in the following gure:
