Notice:
• The installation and assembly of the
-set-up-systems and compo-
nents may only be carried out by quali-
󰄝ed personnel.
• Installation, connection and operation
of the -Set-up systems and
components must be carried out within
the conditions of use and operation ac-
cording to the instructions and comply
with the applicable regional regulations.
• The -Set-up systems must be
adjusted horizontally with the feet.
• Modi󰄝cation or alteration of the compo-
nents supplied by GUS Gewässer-Um-
welt-Schutz GmbH is not permitted and
may cause malfunctions.
• The -Set-up systems and
components must not be operated in
areas with increased risk of damage.
Minimum clearances must be observed.
• The operational safety of the
-Set-up systems and components are
only guaranteed when used as intended
and in a fully assembled state.

Removal of packaging

port. Make a valuable contribution to waste
prevention and conservation of raw materi-
als and dispose of packaging materials only
at designated collection points.

Preparation
Place all components in the desired position (Fig. 1).

Notes before assembly:
• Check the completeness of the components before installation.
• Pay attention to the correct order of assembly!
• Make sure that the feet can stand on a su󰄟ciently free space or secure the system accor-
dingly.
• Make sure that the respective feet are aligned equally.
• Provide a pressure-resistant base under the feet.
• Ensure a level, load-bearing base! Make sure that an adequate anti-tipper is provided. If
necessary, anchor the setup systems to the base!
• Only mount the system with the max. permissible load weight.

For installation, we recommend mounting
the cross braces with the open side facing up
and the longitudinal braces with the opening
facing down.
Adjust the height of the feet to the desired
position and tighten the nuts of the feet
󰄝 rmly (Fig. 2).
Set the feet in desired position according to
the present drawing.
Double connectors are inserted at butt joints
of the longitudinal struts.
Lift the longitudinal struts into the connec-
tors of the feet (Fig. 3).
Screw the longitudinal struts onto the
connectors (Figs. 5 and 6) of the feet.
At the butt butt joints, screw the longitudinal
struts at both ends (Fig. 4).

Check the position of the cross struts. They
should be optimally aligned under the to be
mounted.
Screw the cross struts with the sliding nuts.

In the case of a special construction
with a planned Beam (Fig. 7),
screw the square tube to the threaded
rods with the nuts and place it in the po-
sition provided in the technical drawing.
As with the other struts, the screw connection
is made via the sliding nuts through the cross
struts into the square tube.
