MANDO Adapt T611. Structure and function
Brief description The MANDO Adapt i intended a an optional adapta-
tion mandrel for implementation of I.D. clamping for our
clamping device .
Through u e of the MANDO Adapt it i not required to
di a emble the re pective ba ic clamping device. Al o
the MANDO Adapt doe not require additional concent-
ricity alignment.
Our CENTREX interface guarantee repeatability of le
than 0.003 mm.
The egmented clamping bu hing u ed are character-
ized by »parallel work piece clamping«, high accuracy
with uniformly minimal deformation of the work piece,
a well a fa t et-up.
When clamping, due to the effect of the axial draw
component , the work piece i pulled tight onto the fixed
end top. Thu extremely table clamping of the work
piece i achieved even with the horte t clamping
length .
An additional benefit i the tremendou rigidity of the
entire clamping device, which greatly increa e the tool
life.
MANDO Adapt T611 can be adapted in the following
clamping device :
SPANNTOP nova
TOPlu
TOROK
MANOK plu
HYDROK
