Kit Overview
The Haldex Intelligent Trailer Control Module (ITCM) ECU provides 2S/1M, 4S/2M, or 4S/3M ABS
applications. It may be used as a replacement for Select 1M, Select 2M and Select 2M Plus ECUs.
Installation
Mount the ITCM ECU on the ABS Air Valve in place of the existing Select ECU. For 1M Select
replacement, the mounting bracket must be changed accordingly.
Changing the ECU on 1M and 2M applications does not require a replumbing of the ABS Air Valves.
However, the S3A and S3B Speed Sensors are renamed to S1A and S1B, respectively. Also the Speed
Sensor locations in the wheel ends and on the ITCM ECU have been changed. Refer to the
Configuration Section for Speed Sensor location on the wheel ends and the following figure for
locating the Sensor to the ECU Connectors.

Configuration
The Haldex ITCM ECU will auto-configure based on the number of speed sensors and valves plugged
into the ECU. Note that the Air Valves are renamed to 21, 22 and 23. Refer to the Electrical Connection
diagram for Modulator connection information.
