5.5 Learning function
Youhave the option of using your original TV remote
control to operate the product.
This requires that your original TV remote control be
learned.
Note
•To enable programming, the remote control being
learned must have an infrared transmitter.
•If the remote control uses adifferent standard(e.g.
Bluetooth), learning is not possible.
Proceed as follows:
1. Press and hold both volume buttons (5) +(6) on the
transmitter at the same time for about 3seconds
to activate learning mode. The optical connection
status LED (1) and AUX IN status LED (2) will ash
slowly for about 10 seconds.
2. On the transmitter,press the button whose function
you wish to transfer to abutton on the remote
control. The LED indicators (1) +(2) remain steadily
lit.
3. On the remote control, press the button to be
programmed with the function.
4. Once the programming procedureiscomplete, the
status LEDs (1) +(2) simultaneously ash quickly.If
the programming procedurefailed, then the status
LEDs (1) +(2) ash alternately.
5. Repeat steps 2to4for any buttons you wish to
program.
6. Press and hold the [POWER] button (3) and the
volume button (6) on the transmitter at the same
time for about 3seconds to leave learning mode.
Note
•The learning process is ended without saving changes
if no button is pressed or no signal is received for
longer than 10 seconds.
6. Care and Maintenance
•Only clean this product with aslightly damp, lint-free
cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
•If you do not use the product for along time, turn off the
device and disconnect it from the power supply.Storeit
in aclean, dry place out of direct sunlight.
