GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Prior to first use, please hand wash the dispenser
and accessories with mild detergent and warm water.
Allow to dry completely.
Note: Do not fill the whipped cream dispenser with
more than 2 cups/ 500 mL of liquid. Use a measuring
cup for accuracy.
Note: Only charge the whipped cream dispenser with
one 8g N2O charger unless otherwise specified in the
recipe. Do not charge more than twice per use.
1. Chill whipped cream dispenser in the
refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours
prior to use for best results.
2. Fill the base of the whipped cream
dispenser with prepared chilled
ingredients. Mix ingredients in a separate
container to ensure all ingredients
dissolve before pouring into the
dispenser.
3. Ensure that the silicone gasket is
installed in the whipped cream dispenser
head. Screw the head of the whipped
cream dispenser on to the body. Screw
the head on carefully to avoid cross-
threading. If you cannot find the
threading, unscrew and try again. Head is
properly installed when the threads are
no longer visible. Do not over tighten.
4. Screw on desired decorative tip to the
disperser nozzle adapter. Always make
sure a tip is attached before charging the
whipped cream dispenser.
6. Carefully screw the charger holder
clockwise on to the inlet valve located
on the dispenser head. Screw until the
charger is punctured and the charger
contents have flowed into the dispenser.
5. Insert a standard 8g N2O charger into
the charger holder (narrow end of the
N2O charger facing the opening).

WARNING: Contents now under pressure.
7. Vertically shake the whipped cream
dispenser vigorously 5-7 times.
8. Unscrew (counterclockwise) the
N2O charger holder. Dispose of the
spent N2O charger. Screw on the cap
to protect and cover the inlet valve.
Note: Slight hissing when removing the charger holder
is normal. Don’t panic.
9. To dispense, turn the whipped
cream dispenser upside down
(decorative tip facing vertically
downward) and press lever gently.
NOTE: If the whipped cream is too runny, shake
an additional few times. Do not over shake the
dispenser. This will result in over hardened
whipped cream, it will become butter.
Note: Screwing on the charger holder requires
very little force. Do not over tighten. If there is
any resistance, unscrew the charger holder and
try to find the threads again. Forcing the
charger holder to screw on will result in cross-
threading. Do not cross-thread. Cross-threading
damages both the whipped cream dispenser
and charger holders.
STORAGE
You can store the whipped cream dispenser
(filled with whipped cream preparation) in the
refrigerator for 7-10 days. We recommend
removing the decorative tip prior to storing in the
refrigerator to prevent any chance of damage.
