ガラスのお取扱上の注意/Handlingprecautions
直火にかけられません。
ガラスは割れるものです。洗浄やご使用時はていねいにお取扱ください。
お子様に使用させないでください。また、幼児のそばで使用したり、幼児の手の届く所に置かないでください。
●ヒビ、欠け、強いスリ傷の入ったものは、思わぬときに破損することがありますので、
使用しないでください。
●ガラス器の内面を、金属スプーンなどで強くたたいたり、強くこすったりしないでください。
破損の原因になります。
●破損した際のお取扱は、ケガをしないよう十分ご注意ください。
●廃棄する際は、各自治体の指示に従い分別してください。
●
フタをつかんで持ち運ぶことは絶対にしないでください。ガラスが抜け落ちる場合が あります。

洗浄する場合は、やわらかいスポンジに中性 洗剤を使用してください。
やわらかいスポンジでも、右図のようにガラスに傷のつく
スポンジやクレンザーは使用しないでください。
思わぬとき
に破損する原因となります。
●ガラスの汚れのひどいときは「家庭用漂白剤」を薄めてご使用ください。
その際「家庭用漂白剤」の取扱注意事項を必ずお守りください。
漂白後は十分に水洗いしてください。
●ガラス部品は食器洗い乾燥機のご使用ができます。ご使用の際は
お手持ちの食器洗い乾燥機の取扱説明書をよくお読みください。

● スタンドに付属の部品以外に重いものをのせたり、 落としたり、強い
衝撃を与えたりしないでください。破損の原因となります。
●
スタンドは食器洗い乾燥機のご使用はできません。汚れが 付いた場合
は、よく水気を絞った布で拭いた後、乾いた布で拭い
てください。
●
コック ジョイ ント 、 金属フィルター は食器洗い乾燥機のご使用ができます。
ご使用の際はお手持ち
の食器洗い乾燥機の取扱説明書をよくお読みく
ださい。
●スタンドを水に つけないで下さい。 高温多湿・直射日光をさけてくだ
さい。腐食・木割れの原因となります。

スタンドにポット、粉受ボール、流水管、上ボールの順にセットし、
水栓を上ボールに取り付けます。
コックが閉まっていることを確認してから、上ボールに水を入れます。
※本商品の使用は、必ず平らな台の上でおこなってください。
不安定な場所で作業しますと、転倒や不具合の原因となり
ます。
上ボールに水 2 〜 2.2Ｌを量り、入れる。
（目安 --- 上ボールの中心まで。）

コーヒー粉を粉受ボールへ入れる
コーヒー粉を湿らせる
２つの粉受けボールに各 100ｇのコーヒー粉を量り入れる。
（目安 --- シャフトの２センチ程下まで。）
コーヒー粉全体が湿るように水を注ぎながら粉をかきまぜてください。
数回に分けて湿らせるととてもよく抽出できます。
粉を湿らせないと水が浸透しにくく、できあがりのコーヒーが薄く
なる可能性があります。少量（2 〜 3 杯分）を作る場合は特に薄く
なりやすいので、しっかりかき混ぜてください。
焙煎：深煎りアイスコーヒー用のもの。挽き方：細挽き。挽いた直後の新鮮な粉をお使いください。
※作業中に粉受ボールの底からコーヒーがたれることがありますので、
作業は流し台等で行ってください。

Moistengroundcoffee.
Pourwaterwhilestirringtomoistengroundcoffeeevenly.
Takingseveralstepstomoistengroundcoffeewillresultinexcellentextraction.
Failuretomoistengroundcoffeemaypreventwaterfrompermeatingproperlyandresultinaweak
extraction.Thisisparticularlytruewhenextractingasmallamount(2to3cups).
Pleaseensuretomixthoroughly.
※Smallamountofcoffeemaydripoutfromthebottomofthelowerbowlwhileperformingthistask.
Performthistaskinasinkorsimilarlocation.
上ボール、水栓にコックジョイントを取り付ける方法
Howtofitthefaucettotheupperbowl.
※コックを取り外す際は、コックジョイントからコックをまっすぐに引き抜いてください。
※Toremovethefaucet,pullthemetalfaucetstraightoutfromthefaucetjoint.
コックジョイントから水が漏れる・・・
コックジョイントかコックがしっかり差し込まれていない可能性があります。
再度それぞれ奥まで差し込んで使用してください。

水を入れたらフタをする

ペーパーフィルターをのせる
※2 〜 4 杯分作る際には、コーヒー粉の上面からシャフトが出ていますので、
ペーパーの十字カット部分をシャフトに合わせて差し込んでください。
湿らせたコーヒー粉を平らにし、ペーパーフィルターを上にのせ、
少量の水でペーパーを湿らせてください。

ペーパーをのせることで、コーヒー粉全体に水分が分散されます。
できるだけ平らにしたコーヒー粉の上にペーパーをのせ、湿らせてください。

Alignthecrosscutinthepaperfiltertotheshaftandlettheshaftpiercethroughthecrosscut.

分解の際は、シャフト先端を持ってフィルターホルダーを時計回りに回してください。

コックを開きます
水の滴下速度は 1 秒に 1 〜 1.5 滴落ちる程度にコックをひね
り調節します。左右均等の滴下スピードになるよう
にすること。
※差異がでると、溢れますのでご注意ください。
途中で滴下が止まったら・・・

滴下速度は上ボールの内圧の影響で時間とともに遅くなります。
お好みにより滴下速度は調節してください。最初は少し早めに
落ちる程度に調節してください。
Point!

滴下が途中でストップしてしまった場合は、コックを少し開く
か、フタを外すことで滴下が再開します。次回以降は、最初の
滴下速度をもう少し早めに調節してみてください。

Itisrecommendedtoadjustforaslightlyfastinitialdrippingrateatthebeginning.
Ifitstopsdrippinginthemiddle
Ifitstopsdrippinginthemiddleofextractionprocess,openthefaucetalittlemoreortakeoffthelidanddripping
shouldresume.Itisrecommendedthatyousetaslightlyfasterinitialdrippingratethenexttime.
約５〜７時間後に水たてコーヒーができあがります。
お召し上がりの前にポットのコーヒーを少しかき混ぜてください。できあがったコーヒーはそのままフタを
して冷蔵庫で保存することができます。水たてコーヒーは脂肪分が少なく、酸化等の変質が起きにくいため、
時間がたっても濁りません。3 日程度の保存ができます（要冷蔵）。

※できあがったコーヒーが極端に薄い場合は、コーヒー粉を湿らせる作業が不十分だった可能性があります。
使用方法 3. の際に十分に粉をかきまぜてください。
※ポットにコーヒーが滴下する際に、コーヒーの跳ね返りがアクリルスタンドに付着することがあります。
滴下抽出が終了した後、やわらかい布などで拭きとってください。
※ポットをスタンドから外す際は、ゆっくりと手前に取り出してください。勢いよく取りだしますと、上の粉受ボールにぶつかり破損の原因となります。
お好みによって以下の調節方法をお試しください。
