1Dig 2 holes, L600mm x W600mm x D640-700mm, with the centre of each hole in the centre of the
goal line, 7422mm apart. Position the Aluminium Sockets (4) centrally in the hole with the top of
each Socket sitting 25mm below ground level, ensure the straight edge of the Socket is perpendicular to
the goal line and the Sockets are sitting vertical. Leave a drainage hole below each socket to allow
rainwater to drain through the concrete. Fill the hole until the concrete sits between 40 and 100mm
below ground level.

Assembly Instructions
1Insert an Upright Connector (5) into each end of the Crossbar (1). Fix the Connectors in place using
two M10x30mm Button Head Screws (15) and two M10 Nord-Lock Washers (16) per Connector.

2Slide the L/H and R/H Uprights (2,3) over the Connectors protruding from the Crossbar. Secure in
place using two M10x30mm Button Head Screws and two M10 Nord-Lock Washers (16) per Upright.

3Stand the Goal upright and insert in the Sockets. Ensure the channel on the goal is facing away from
the pitch.
WARNING: Do not drop the goal into the sockets. Lower the goal in
slowly to prevent damaging the raising mechanism.

4Insert the Adjuster Handles (17) into the square bores in each Upright. Simultaneously rotate the
adjusters clockwise to lower the goal and anti-clockwise to raise. Each full rotation of the handle
equates to a height adjustment of 0.9mm. Rules of the game for senior 11-a-side competition dictates
the height from the ground to the underside of the crossbar to be 2.44m.

5Screw an M10x40mm Hex Head Screw (13) a short way into a Socket Wedge (6). Place the Socket
Wedge into the channel in the back of the goal and slide it down into the socket. Tighten the Hex
Head Screw until the Upright is secure. Repeat for other Upright.

6Attach the Net Holder Clip (11) to the Crossbar plate using an M10x16mm Socket Set Screw (14).To
attach the Net (18) hook the top corners over the Net Holder Clips and secure with an M6x8mm
Button Head Screw (16). Attach a Net Hook (12) to every other mesh on the Net, insert the Net Hook into
the channel in the back of the goal and twist to lock.
