1Using the ‘Pack Contents’table, identify the parts and lay them out ready to assemble.
2Assemble the frame by pushing the tubes together and using the bolts and nuts to join the
front frame and the incline adjuster frame together, as shown in Fig. 3.
The incline adjuster frame is held together with spring clips and the main frame will be held
together once the net is fitted.
3When the frame is fully assembled and the nuts and bolts are fully tightened, if you can not
reach the top of the frame, lay the frame down on the ground to attach the net. Two or more
people are required to do this, as the frame is heavy and awkward when assembled. It is
advisable to wear gloves to thread the elastic, as it requires tension. Starting in the centre of a
long side of the frame, thread the first of the elastic cords around the frame, (hook each length
together as used) and in through every other mesh of the net, as shown Fig.1. Secure each corner
with the elastic as shown in Fig.2. Upon reaching the end of the cord, hook onto an additional
cord and continue to tie the net as before. Repeat until all cord have been utilised and the net is
fixed all round. Tension so that there is a gap between frame and net of about 5” on the long
sides, and about 3” on the short sides.

4Now that the frame and net are fully assembled, gently tap the black plastic inside fitting
caps into place, as shown Fig.3. The ‘Net Top Indicator’can be threaded through the meshes
as a target height, as shown Fig.1. Ref height 3’ or 914mm = regulation height of Tennis Net at
centre.
