ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
• Indoor use.
• Temperature 41°F to 104°F (5°C to 40°C).
• Maximum relative humidity 80% for temperatures up to 88°F (31°C) decreasing
linearly to 50% relative humidity at 104°F (40°C).
• Main supply voltage fluctuations up to ± 10% of the nominal voltage.
• Transient over-voltages up to the levels of over-voltage category II.
• Applicable pollution degree of the intended environment
(pollution degree 2 in most cases).

INSTALLATION
Please carry the equipment safely.
Multiple people needed to move unit.
Terp Trap should be mounted on non-flammable surface material.
B Once the unit is
delivered, place the
crate on a flat surface.
C Unscrew the bottom of
the crate.
D Lift the crate as shown
in picture.
E Unwrap the bag
outer wrap.
F Place the Terp Trap on
your desired location.
G Remove the remaining
plastic off the unit.

J Locate Terp Trap between vacuum oven and pump.
Refer to flask connecting illustration (Figure B).
I Make sure you plug into appropriate voltage
source. See faceplate (Figure A) for required
voltage power.

Oven and Pump connection
1. Install the vacuum valve in your preferred configuration (see diagrams below).
2. Before operating, ensure that the vent valve and vacuum valve are closed.
3. Connect the tri-clamps and tri-clamp O-rings to the oven and to the vacuum pump.
4. When operating, strictly follow these procedures step by step:
A) Turn on the vacuum pump.
B) Open the vacuum valve.
C) Close vent valve.
C) In order to end operation, close vacuum valve.
D) Turn off the vacuum pump.
E) Open the vent valve.

SETTINGS AND OPERATION
Use a dry cloth to clean the Terp Trap as needed.
Alcohol Oil
Use of solvents and some detergents can oxidize the Terp Trap causing undesired deposits.
Turn on main power switch (circuit breaker switch) to power up controller display(s).
B Start the unit
Push on/off switch to start the equipment.
C Stop the unit
Push on/off switch to stop the equipment.

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
• Operate this unit for 30 minutes before using with product (no load) to help
the equipment run safely and remove of any moisture inside chamber.
• It is recommended to perform “drying-out” (no load operation for 30 minutes)
at least once a month while the equipment is not used.

Unit does not work
Check power is properly connected
Push On/off switch
Temp does not go down
Check installation site conditions
• Temp: 68°F – 77°F (20°C – 25°C)
• Humidity under 80%
