ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Underdesk Compact Exercise Bike
Thank you for your purchase of this Harvil product!

or missing parts, contact your retailer to submit parts requests or warranty claims.
Please read the warranty information at the back of these assembly instructions
for further details.

IN ENTIRETY BEFORE ASSEMBLING YOUR PRODUCT.
CAUTION! Please make sure that the pedals are attached to the correct sides, L to left
and R to right. Screw in the right pedal clockwise and the left counter clockwise. Check
if the straps are tightly secured on the pedal before using the bike for the rst time.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before starting any exercise program, you
should consult your physician to determine if you
have any medical or physical conditions that
could put your health and safety at risk or
prevent you from using the equipment properly.
Your physician’s advice is essential if you are
taking any medication that may aect your heart
rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol level.
2. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or
excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop
exercising if you experience any of the following
symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular
heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness,
dizziness, or feelings of nausea. If you experience
any of these conditions, you should consult your
physician before continuing with your exercise
program.
3. This equipment is intended for adult use only.
Keep children and pets away from the machine.
DO NOT leave children unattended in the same
room with the equipment.
4. Use the equipment on a solid, at level surface
with a protective cover for your oor or carpet. To
ensure safety, the equipment should have at least
2 feet of free space all around it.
5. Check if you have all the components and
tools listed. Please note that some components
are pre-assembled to help make the assembly
process quick and easy.
6. Always use the equipment as intended. If you nd
any defective components while assembling or
checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual
noises coming from the equipment during exercise,
discontinue use immediately and do not use until
the problem has been rectied.
7. Always wear appropriate workout clothing when
exercising. Do not wear clothing that can get
tangled in the equipment.
8. Keep hands and other objects away from all
moving parts.
9. The maximum user weight is 220 pounds.
10. Be careful when lifting and moving the
equipment. Always use proper lifting technique and
seek assistance if necessary.
11. Your equipment is intended for use in cool, dry
conditions. You should avoid storage in extreme
cold, hot, or damp areas as this may lead to
corrosion and other related problems.
12. This equipment is designed and intended for
indoor use only.
13. This equipment is not designed for commercial
nor therapeutic use.
14. Make sure all the parts are securely tightened
before using for the rst time.

Attach Front Support Bar (24F) and
Rear Support Bar (24R) to the
bike body with Washer M6 (30)
and Screw M6X14 (27)
Tighten with Screw Driver (28)

Attach Right Pedal (4R)
STEP 3
Attach Left Pedal (4L)
STEP 4
Attach Battery (26) to Monitor (1)
CAUTION: Make sure the pedals are attached to the corresponding sides correctly. Screw in the
right pedal clockwise, and the left pedal counter-clockwise with hands rst, and tighten up with wrench.

90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
This Harvil product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or
workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of the original retail purchase.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to improper installation, alteration, accident or
any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer. Defects or damage resulting from
misuse , abuse or negligence will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover scratching or
damage that may result from normal usage.
This product is not intended for institutional or commercial use; Harvil does not assume any liability
for such use. Institutional or commercial use will void this warranty.
This warranty is nontransferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the
defective product. During the warranty period, Harvil shall repair or replace defective parts at no
cost to the purchaser. Shipping charges and insurance are not covered and are the responsibility of
the purchaser. Labor charges and related expenses for removal, installation or replacement of the
product or components are not covered under this warranty.
Harvil reserves the right to make substitutions to warranty claims if parts are unavailable or obsolete.
Harvil shall not be liable for loss of use of the product or other consequential or incidental costs,
expenses or damages incurred by the consumer of any other use. The user assumes all risk of injury
resulting from the use of this product.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of
merchantability or tness for use to the extend permitted by Federal or State law. Neither Harvil nor
any of its representatives assumes any other liability in connection with this product.
All warranty claims must be made through the retailer where the product was originally
purchased. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of purchase will be required to
process all warranty claims. The model number and part numbers found within the
assembly instructions will be required when submitting any parts requests or warranty
claims.
