Move your body to match your bands to the colored
spots on your screen! You can go head-to-head
against a friend, play in teams, or play by yourself.
Follow the instructions in the Twister Air app and get
the party started!
TIPS & TROUBLESHOOTING
Bands not tracking?
• Ensure the room you’re playing in is well and evenly lit.
Tracking works best when there aren’t any really bright
or dark areas in the play space.
• If there’s a bright light or open window behind you,
that can make tracking harder too.
• Make sure you are wearing your bands over your clothes,
and avoid loose-fitting clothing.
• Make sure the bands don’t blend in with your clothes,
or with the background.
App can’t detect players?
• Try to keep your face (especially your eyes) and hands
visible while playing.
• Avoid wearing clothing that is densely patterned
or blends in with the background.
• Make sure there’s nobody else in frame except the players.

SCREEN CONNECTION
Bigger screen, bigger fun: display Twister Air on your TV! Connect
or cast your device to your TV as you typically would. Ability to
display Twister Air on your TV is subject to connection capabilities.
TAKE APART THE DEVICE STAND
Press the release lever on the back of the device stand clip,
then slide the clip up and o the device stand post.
Push the release lever at the base of the device stand post
and lift up to remove the device stand post from the base.

This game requires the Twister Air app to play.
It works best on a tablet but can be played on a
mobile device. You can also connect to a bigger screen
(see SCREEN CONNECTION).

GET READY TO PLAY
PUT ON THE BANDS
The Twister Air app uses color recognition and tracking
technology, so it’s important to wear the bands correctly.
Here’s how!
Each player wears two ankle bands and two wrist bands,
which should be worn over your clothes. It doesn’t matter what
color combination you choose, as long as the wrist bands
go on your wrists and the ankle bands go on your ankles!
SET UP THE DEVICE STAND
The device stand holds your smart device while
you play! It fits most cell phone and digital tablet
devices with a width of up to 9”.

Snap the device

horizontally and
slide the clip down
until your device
is secured.

Set the device stand,
with your device secured,
on a stable surface high
enough so that each
player’s full body, standing
side by side, is in view of
your device’s camera.

That’s right! Twister Air takes the
party o the mat and onto your
smart device. Just download the
Twister Air app, set up your device
in the stand, and put the bands
on your wrists and ankles: then
you’re ready to play!

CALIBRATE YOUR BANDS
Follow the steps in the Twister Air app to calibrate your bands.
MAKE ROOM TO PARTY
1. Move anything that might get in the way. Make sure there’s
free space around you before you get moving, grooving,
and tied up in knots!
2. Make sure there isn’t anything
between you and your device
while you play, and that there are
no other people in frame.
Loosen up! Stretch up high, down low, then stick
out your elbows & make a face! You don’t get any
bonus points for that, but wasn’t it fun?
To remove your device from the stand,
press the release lever on the back of the
clip and slide the clip up.
Don’t forget to take
o your shoes!
