Our product prevents dry skin which can be caused by AC or the

Was there any static discharge
by a person during the winter?
This device has micro computer
monitoring functions that detect large
static discharges. When detected, the
device resets itself.Please remove the
AC adaptor and POWER OFF for five
seconds. Then restart it.
The AC adaptor is not connected
properly into the device.
Please connect AC adaptor for sure.
This error can result from
excessive use, a very hot
environment, or because of a
radiation distraction.
Please press POWER button for
restarting.Please remove AC adaptor and
POWER OFF if it still displays “E-01” after
restarting.
