Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your new CHAUVET Mirror Ball. CHAUVET offers a wide
variety of sizes of mirror balls (8", 12", 16", and 20”). Also available is an 8" version with
multi - colored reflective mirrors. We are confident you will enjoy many trouble free hours with
this unit. To assist with the care and use of the product we have prepared this short guide.
Operation
This mirror ball has been designed to function in conjunction with a mirror ball motor and pinspot
sold separately. (see Optional Accessories)
Connect the motor ring securely to the S-Hook on a mirror ball motor. (fig. 1) When motor is in
the on position the ball should begin to rotate 360 degrees slowly. Aim a pinspot at the slowly
rotating ball to create a shower of glistening beams. For 360 degree effect use two pinspots one
on either side of the mirror ball.
Optional Accessories(see right)
There are a number of optional accessories available from CHAUVET for your new Mirror Ball
including; mirror ball motors (MOT-2/5, MU-2), pinspots (YA-06/15), color wheel (CH-04), and
color lenses (CL-36). All of which provide a great partner for some dazzling effects! Ask your
dealer for further details.
Cleaning
The most important part of your mirror ball to keep clean is the reflective mirrors. This should be
cleaned with a soft damp cloth.
Troubleshooting
• If the mirror ball has loose mirrors - gently push mirrors back into place.
If after trying this solution you still have a problem contact CHAUVET.
